We loved our stay at On a Break cabin this past weekend. It was such a nice, clean cabin! Highly recommend! The customer service was amazing and check in was a breeze. We came at the perfect time as it snowed. Cabin was equipped with everything. Water pressure in showers was very very low but overall lovely stay!

We had stayed in Smithville a few days and decided last minute to spend a night in Broken Bow before heading home. We were able to book same day which was awesome. Beautiful cabin had everything we needed. A buck walked right up to our truck while unpacking! There were places nearby we were able to grab a bite to eat even though it was late. We loved it.

This was such a cozy and relaxing cabin and area. Super clean and well stocked. There were indoor and outdoor games, plenty of room for the whole family. We stayed in the Mended Bow cabin. While driving around the whole Blue Beaver cabin area it all looked clean and well maintained. There are several sizes depending on you need during your stay. Will definitely make our way back!!

We stayed four days in Always and Forever. The only complaint we had is that the mattress on the bed was awful! It was an extremely clean and nice cabin just with they would do something about their mattress!! Woke up with a backache everyday. Thank goodness for the hot tub cause we sure needed it!! Great getaway for us though!!

Happy Hours Cottage is the one we stayed in & it was FABULOUS!!It’s perfect for a couple. My husband & I just needed a get away & this was perfect!I highly recommend it for a romantic getaway!

We had an awesome anniversary trip to Broken Bow/Hochatown. The cabin we stayed at was perfect. It was surrounded by trees, with beautiful/serene views, quiet, clean, and exactly what we needed for time away. We had a maintenance issue that was responded to immediately/quickly, with the problem managed efficiently. The hiking was so much fun, and the proximity to restaurants was perfect. Thank you Blue Beaver cabins for helping us have a wonderful trip.

Mountain Time was a magical oasis of relaxation and peace. The cabin was exactly as described. There was so much to do like play pool, enjoy the hot tub, cook on the outdoor grill, and play corn hole. This is the perfect place to unplug and take it slow. The deer wandering in the yard was a perfect accent to morning coffee on the porch. Lovely place to visit.

My wife and I needed a quick getaway so we rented Blue Beaver’s Luxury 5-S cabin in Broken Bow , OK over the 4th of July weekend. When I say it exceeded our expectations would be an understatement. The cabin was well kept, luxurious, and comfortable with wonderful amenities, all situated in a beautiful woodlands environment! We relaxed, reflected and had a great time together as “ empty nesters”. Blue Beaver Luxury Cabins customer support was great! We will use them again in the future!

We had a wonderful short family stay at Get Out of Dodge Lodge! There was plenty of space for everyone. I would bring extra dishes and storage containers if you plan to cook alot. The master suite is beautiful. Everything was clean and neat. Great location, but make sure you drive slow there are a lot of very big pot holes as youre driving up to the cabin. Thanks for a great stay!

We had the best time at The Bison Bluff cabin. It was build and decorated beautifully! Clean from top to bottom and had everything we needed! I called Friday looking for a one night stay for Saturday that was also pet friendly. Long shot, yes! The lady I spoke with was so friendly, said she would make some calls to see if she could get us in and would call back. I had a return call from her in less that 5 minutes and had everything booked within 10 minutes. When we arrived, it was pitch dark but they had warmed the hot tub and turned on the lights inside for us. We were in awe of how beautiful everything was. Cabins were nicely spaced out as well. It was homey and the copper tub was a huge hit! My one and only recommendation would be adding check in and out times on the reservation email. The times were not mentioned, so I called ahead to confirm check in time which was a little later than expected. We reviewed the info brochure when we arrived that gave us check out time which was earlier than expected. I called again to the desk and asked for a later check out, they were very nice and approved 2 hours past normal time which was a great help. We will absolutely be back and many of our friends are asking for details! Highly recommend Blue Beaver Cabins and staying in the Bison Bluff Cabin will not disappoint! The perfect getaway and minutes from an awesome Brewery which I highly recommend stopping by for some great pizza and beer during your stay. (Photos taken on way out of cabin)

Beautiful location not far from Beavers Bend State Park. The cabin was well-equipped with a full kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a hot tub. The bed was a little high off the floor, but it was comfortable. We stayed in a dog-friendly cabin. The only drawback was a lack of a run or fenced area for the dogs.

The cabin was perfect for our group! The set up of Sweet Creeks is perfect for kids. The location is great being isolated enough to have complete privacy yet close enough to restaurants and activities. It’s nice that there are no heavy trafficked roads leading up to it either. We would definitely stay there again.Blue Beaver and their staff made our stay perfect! They are super responsive and helpful with everything!

Always a great time with Blue Beaver Luxury Cabins! We stayed at Castle rock and absolutely loved it. Love the fact that the hang out area is away from the house as well as the game room. Makes it much quieter for those who want to go to bed early. Four couple stayed and there was plenty of room, very clean and beautiful! Fully stocked with everything that you will need. I have rented from them at least 6 times and the cabins are always very nice and clean and the staff at Blue Beaver are quick to respond and very sweet. Can’t wait for our next trip!!

Our stay at BBLCs Backwoods Cabin was divine!! Exceeded our expectations greatly! Beautiful, incredibly clean, great location, fully stocked with everything one might need, lovely ambience! Loved this 1200 sq ft one bedroom cabin … didn’t feel cramped like so many small cabins. Felt like home away from home! The host provided all details we might need prior to arriving. Never had to contact the host which says a lot! Drove straight to the cabin thanks to impeccable directions! Although other cabins were nearby, it was still quiet and we felt secluded amongst the beautiful tall pines and nearby running stream. Safe surroundings, non busy roads for our labradoodle to be outside and play! Access to 259 was near making easy it easy to frequent nearby restaurants and shops! Loved Backwoods! Perfect cabin for a long overdue getaway for hubs and me!

Me and my husband decided to spend our honeymoon where we shared our first ever getaway. It wasnt the same cabin but was in the same nick of the woods. Everything was great. It was clean and had everything travelers would need to enjoy a wonderful stay. The cabin is more secluded than others. So it was peaceful and relaxing. The representative that reached out to finalize our reservation was awesome and very informative and made out stay that much more enjoyable.

We booked this cabin “Sweet Emotion” as a little getaway from the city, to unwind and disconnect. This place was perfect for doing that. It has everything you could possibly need during your stay. I can honestly say the photos do not do this cabin justice. It was beautiful, big but still felt cozy. The kids ages 7 and 4 absolutely loved the hot tub, video game consoles, the jungle gym and the loft area where the bunk beds are. The adults loved having a well stocked kitchen, perfect for chefs and foodies. It had everything we needed to cook everything from simple breakfasts to large family dinners. The beds were comfortable, and everything was very clean. They really have thought of everything here, I’m not exaggerating when I say all you need are your clothes and toothbrush/ toothpaste. We cooked all of our meals but you could easily pick up food in town if you don’t want to cook, the kitchen has every spice and pan you could possibly need. Absolutely wonderful stay at Blue Beaver luxury cabins.

We had a minor problem with an outdoor swing and the owner had someone to repair it there within the hour. Our group is definitely looking forward to booking this cabin next year. We’ve been to Broken Bow many times but this is the first time we took the kids. This cabin is absolutely beautiful. They also offer a s’mores and wood package and I highly recommend it. The kids room is amazing, and it has the cutest tent! This was hands down the best cabin we’ve stayed in and super kid friendly. Definitely will be booking again. Also pet friendly.Bonus: The Blue Beaver staff is just a call or text away. They’re super friendly and will help with any questions or problems.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay with Blue Beaver Luxury Cabins at “Sanctuary”. What a beautiful, luxurious cabin to spend making sweet memories and relaxing. Everything was extremely clean & tidy. The cabin was stocked with all the amenities we needed and more. We enjoyed being surrounded by nature and seeing an occasional deer or two. The area was very peaceful and we felt completely safe. My family was not ready to depart. We will definitely book again! Thanks for making our stay GRAND!

My husband and I fell in love with this cabin. Perfect size for two people. Next time we will bring our fur baby along. The cabin was very well decorated, cozy and very very cute. We stayed in the Always Love You cabin as it was our Honeymoon. Quiet getaway and the cabins are located not far from food and things to do. The hot tub was much needed and super clean. You can tell the owners take pride in their cabins and we highly recommend! 5 stars!

We had a wonderful stay at the Blue Beaver Luxury Cabin - Blaines Bliss. It was in a perfect location...far enough away to feel you are in the woods, but close enough to coffee, great food and fun nightlife. The folks at Blue Beaver were very helpful, professional and accommodating. On our last day, we took a morning boat ride and wanted an extra 30-minutes before check out. They were very helpful in making that happen so we didnt feel rushed and we could get cleaned up before heading back home. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family. We were celebrating our 14-year wedding anniversary and it was the exact right place to do so. Be sure to get the firewood and smores setup as that made it really easy to enjoy fun by the fire on our last night.

Absolutely gorgeous cabin!! Felt like a home away from home with all of the cute decorations and they even had their Christmas tree up!! They also had plenty cookware and utensils as well as towels and movie selections. Hot tub was AMAZING. Also, the owners were very responsive and helped me with whatever I needed. Overall, A great place to get away from everything and relax with friends. Will definitely be back!

We just returned from our first stay with Blue Beaver, and we had a wonderful experience! The reservation process was easy and our cabin, TEXAS TIME, was AMAZING! From the moment we pulled up, I was in love with this cabin. It was clean, spacious, and looked just like the pictures online. The location of the cabin is perfect – quiet and secluded by gorgeous Pine trees. When we first walked in, there was a complimentary basket of snacks and bottle of wine waiting for us with a note from the owners. The cabin itself is GORGEOUS, equipped with practically everything we needed and, although only a one bedroom, was very roomy and perfect for our small family. My favorite thing to do was to sit out on the back patio with a cup of coffee and enjoy the outdoor fireplace. It was so peaceful and relaxing – I didn’t want to come back! I would highly recommend Blue Beaver and the Texas Time cabin. Our family will definitely be returning!

Absolutely loved our experience this past weekend at Holy Shiplap! It was a beautiful cabin and allowed us to completely relax and rejuvenate! My wife is pregnant at the time and this cabin gave her all the comfort she wanted! A prenatal massage in our cabin was the cherry on top for her. The location is perfect as we were minutes from Beavers Bend state park and could hike and fish within a five minute drive.Check-in and check-out was super easy and the amenities provided were more than we needed. The hot tub worked great and the curtains on the balcony gave us a sense of privacy and allowed us to enjoy the fire without the cold wind!Cannot wait to go back and try another Blue Beaver cabin with our friends and family next time!

We spent our 4th anniversary with a stay at Hidden Pines Cabin. It was perfect, well equipped for our entertainment if we chose not to venture off the property. From the oversized shower/wet room to the outdoor deck with hot tub, gourmet kitchen, smart tvs to log in to our personal accounts while staying. Everything was perfect. We would definitely recommend this location for couples and will be looking into other options for upcoming family trips. Thanks for sharing a wonderful space while visiting Broken Bow.

My family and I stayed 5 nights at Summer Moon Lodge. This STUNNING cabin was perfectly nestled in the woods and the area was perfectly spaced with the fire pit and playground off a ways. Plenty of room to roam while remaining on property and the expansive deck was shaded no matter what time of day it was! The hot tub was perfect and it felt like we were one with the trees. Inside the cabin was extremely clean and this family of 5 had plenty of room. The kids absolutely loved the loft upstairs with the foosball table and built in beds. We will definitely stay again!

What a great trip! We stayed in the Honeymoon cabin, and it was absolutely lovely! VERY clean, and all the amenities of home! We received several emails before our arrival containing directions, the door codes etc. I would recommend Going to the website and printing the map and list of things to do. All of the cabins looked wonderful and beautifully maintained! If you are looking for a weekend getaway, or longer, I highly recommend Blue Beaver Luxury Cabins.

My son and I needed a quick getaway and lucking stumbled upon the cabin Just A Swingin’. It was perfect! Everything was super clean and the cabin had everything we needed! Even a fireplace in the huge bathroom! The hot tub was super cool - my son loved that the light inside could change color. We never needed any customer service during our stay, but the few questions I had for Blue Beaver before our arrival were answered in a few hours or less. We will definitely book with Blue Beaver again!!

We stayed at Cozy Bear Den - it was the perfect weekend getaway. Beautiful scenery, beautiful cabin. Our kids enjoyed the playground and the outdoor games. We had such a wonderful weekend and can’t wait to come back ASAP!Our only suggestions - a sink disposal would have been very handy, the sink in the kitchen had very little water pressure, and it might be a good idea to bolt the vertical dressers to the wall in the bedrooms. We had younger kids staying alone in one of the bedrooms and they frequently opened and closed the drawers to get their clothes or blankets and it made us a little nervous after hearing all the stories in the news about dressers (especially tall, heavy vertical ones) falling on small children. Other than these few suggestions, our stay was perfect!

What a lovely place to stay! The house was adorable, warm, and homey. It was impeccably clean and had everything we needed from towels and linens to kitchen supplies. It was close to other cabins, but the trees are so thick that we felt like we had our own little corner of the woods! It was the perfect relaxing getaway!! I highly recommend this place!! They were great to work with and very responsive when we had questions.

The cabin is absolutely breathtaking. We have stayed in some pretty nice ones, but Wolfs Ridge was spectacular. The floor to ceiling windows gave an amazing view of the scenery while still allowing us privacy. The cabin was well stocked with pretty much everything from kitchen gadgets to toiletries.The location is perfectly. The cabins is situated at the top of a hill, and not far from all the attractions of the city. When we decided to take this trip our main concern was that the cabin may have been previously occupied by others who my have been in contact with covid-19. Those fears went out the window the moment we got there. It was apparent that the cleaning crew took their job very seriously. We will definitely be booking through Blue Beaver again.

There was plenty of room & privacy between cabins. We saw alot of deer 🦌 walking around cabin in mornings. The roads to get to cabin are horrible. I feel the roads could of been better. We will be back soon.

This is our second time to stay at a Blue Beaver cabin. We stayed in a one bedroom this time and it was just right for myself, husband and 15 month old son. They make the process so easy and the cabins are beautiful. It was nice to see that they had snacks waiting for us upon arrival. They really go the extra mile and we were not once disappointed. Great trip, great cabin!

This was the perfect place to stay! We chose Brewster’s Corner and it was perfect for two couples and our dogs. The grounds are super clean and there is plenty of gravel on all of the walkways and around the fire pit so you didn’t have to worry about tracking any mud into the cabin. The staff is super helpful and are extremely quick with their email replies. It’s within walking distance of Mountain Fork Brewery and Shuck Me, which are two must tries! Will definitely be back!!!

My family just returned from a much needed vacation in Oklahoma. Blue Beaver Luxury Cabins (Bear Crossing Cabin) was amazing. It had all the comforts of home plus a lot more. We enjoyed the back deck the most as it had a gorgeous view and lots of wildlife to experience. Definitely a place we will visit again!

We came to Broken Bow for a small family getaway and our cabin, titled the “Honeymoon” cabin was perfect! Our host, Blue Beaver Luxury Cabins gave great instructions on how to find it and were always quick to respond. The cabin was sparkling clean and had all the essentials needed for our trip. We loved the fireplaces, we even had one outside, and the hot tub was sooo relaxing. The location was also perfect as it was close by to the state park. I definitely plan on coming back to another one of their cabins soon :)

It was a milestone birthday. I had a beach holiday planned.in Rivera Maya however I decided to do something different. And I’m so glad I did. It was one of the best birthdays I’ve ever had.The cabin was lovely. There were a few issues with the cabin however management worked to resolve them. And we had the most amazing time. I would choose this cabin again.

This cabin is perfect! My family celebrated New Year’s Eve by utilizing all the amenities so nicely posted in the pictures provided: campfire area, grill on the back porch, and hot tub! The cabin is extremely clean and very well maintained. We were pleasantly surprised with the attention to details ensuring a wonderful stay (hammock, board games, nice coffee, and steak seasoning (we forgot). A friend familiar with the area suggested we pack food for the stay as opposed to shopping once arriving to the area. We were extremely glad we did so as the grocery selection in the area was limited.The owner and her property manager are both extremely responsive to any/all questions.

We took over the reservation of some friends who had a family emergency come up (be aware...they have a no refund policy!!) We arrived to a gorgeous cabin with all the lights turned on in welcome. The furnishings in the cabin are really poopoooooplexceptional. We brought our boat which had plenty of room in the driveway (tho we ended up leaving it in a slip at the state park that accommodated daily slip rentals). We brought food to cook for the weekend, thank goodness because by Friday night Hochatown and Broken Bow were packed with people and traffic. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with some pans, cutting board, mixing bowls, crockpot, dishes and silverware. If youre going to do any major cooking Id suggest you bring any large pans you need. We truly enjoyed sitting on the back porch in the rockers and waking up to deer in the front yard. We didnt get to enjoy the fire pit because of rain. Overall a wonderful stay.

This was our first time taking a family trip to Broken bow. We stayed at “Three Pines” and omg it was amazing. Everything was perfect. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook dinner, breakfast and even sticks for s’mores. Super clean and the communication was excellent. The owner responded within a timely manner to our text messages. The mattresses were so comfortable. We rested so well. The bathrooms in both rooms were beautiful, and spacious. Just a tip tho, Please follow the directions given, they are pretty accurate. Address does pull up on “Waze” app if that helps. Location was close to restaurants and the arcade. Only a few miles from Walmart and grocery stores. We loved it. If we ever return to broken bow, we will be renting from BBLC again.

The cabin was everything we expected and more. Upon arrival, the cabin was beautifully decorated with Christmas decor, exceptionally clean, fully stocked with all the supplies as promised, maintenance free and very cozy. The cabin’s appliances, furnishings, bed linens and towels were in perfect condition. We didn’t experience any issues except for the one night we could not figure out how to properly operate the gas log fireplace. We placed a call for help and someone was out to address the issue right away. We quickly learned it was not the fireplace but rather user error. 😂😂 The property management staff was friendly and responsive.We highly recommend booking a cabin managed by Blue Beaver Luxury Cabins and if you’re looking for a beautifully designed four bedroom cabin, then definitely book Laze Daze. You won’t be sorry.

Perfect family vacation!The cabin was beautiful! The pictures online are nice but they really dont do it justice. We stayed at the Iron Horse and there were probably 20 family members and the cabin was big enough to accommodate everyone. The only negative thing I would say is that when we got there to check in shortly after 4, the door code given was not working (turned out the staff didnt change it). But once we gained access we quickly forgot about how frustrated we were and we all felt like kids picking out rooms in a new house. There is tons to do around the cabin. The hot tub was a good size, the pool table saw lots of action as well as the Foosball table, and we brought a good amount of games to play in the large living area. We visited a couple restaurants and we definitely enjoyed the moon tower. Grateful head pizza was just OK in my opinion. We got the impression that that they werent prepared to accommodate a large group and that reflected in the food. There is tons to do in the area for all age groups. We had little kids, aged 1-4, and an 11 year old who loved the petting zoo and the beautiful lake. We also had teenagers, 13-19 who also found things to do. The highlight of the trip for me was the jet skis! We were able to rent them from the blue beaver marina and they were a blast! We didnt want this trip to end and were planning on returning soon

Cabin was spotlessly clean and we enjoyed the hot tub, outdoor fireplace, making breakfast the next morning in the well stocked kitchen etc. We were making a whirlwind spur the moment trip for my birthday and called on our way up, Julie answered the phone and was knowledgeable and very helpful. We would stay here again and recommend to friends. A little on the expensive side for a 1 night stay but you get what you pay for and we were pleased. Thank you!

From the moment we pulled up to the Star Creek cabin, we knew this was going to be a wonderful cabin. As we walked in we were in awe of the cabins beauty and decor. The cabin is cozy and feels like home. It was extremely clean and had all the amenities we needed. There are many things to explore and enjoy in this area. We enjoyed sitting out by the fire pit every night. The recommendations on where to eat were very helpful. We enjoyed pizza at the Grateful Head and the best breakfast ever at Stevens Gap restaurant. I visited with some friends for a weekend getaway, and it did not disappoint! The amenities were well stocked, design was beautiful, and the checking in/out process was very easy. We spent our entire Saturday out on the spacious porch soaking in the view, relaxing in the hot tub, and cooking on the grill- all next to a crackling fireplace. I absolutely loved it!

We just spent a few days at Broken Bow in the Safari Cabin! It was wonderful! It was super clean and inviting. Beautifully decorated and furnished with all of the essentials! This was a great cabins with a great location very close to anything you could want. We saw deer multiple times. You can sleep ten in beds and twelve with the small bunk room. The location was perfect. Hochatown was very quaint. We will definitely return. The cabin was well stocked. The outside was beautiful. The only reason why this didn’t get 5 stars is because one set of linens was dirty with vomit and used bar soap was left in one shower. We contacted the office, and they offered to bring new linens. The master bed downstairs could use a new mattress. It dips in the center, and you roll towards it. Overall, it was a great stay in a beautiful location.

The Good Place was the perfect getaway for our large family. We’re from the Dallas area, and have never been to Broken Bow, but will likely come back! The Good Place was beautiful, spacious and had many amenities that enhanced our stay. We especially enjoyed the back patio and yard. There was a lot of space and plenty of games to play. The playground was nice for the kids, and we enjoyed the fire pit each night. The weather was slightly cooler than Dallas has been, getting into the 70s at night, which we loved. We went to the petting zoo in Hochatown one day, which was unique and fun for everyone. We also rented a Pontoon boat on Broken Bow Lake one day, and went on a family hike another day. There’s plenty to do, or it’s a great place to just relax. The beds were very comfortable, and every bedroom had it’s own full bathroom. Nice, big living room to gather in, and it was also a nice perk that every bedroom had a TV. They even had a Netflix account. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend it!

The setting was peaceful and beautiful...though a bit nosy because of traffic. The inside fireplace and the deck fireplace were super nice. (The deck fireplace did not hold its time causing it to cut off earlier than set.) We ordered firewood...got it started but it was too green. The setting for the firepit would have been the icing on the cake! Be sure to bring you own amenities like shampoo, conditioner, nice bath soap. The shower was really nice. The bed was spectacular. The kitchen was well stocked and we ate in all but one of the 9 meals we were there for. IF you cannot get the TV to work (with a picture not just sound), rather than calling in as we did, unplug it and re-plug it. Thats what we learned by calling and it is not in the book of directions. Save yourself frustration and about 3 hours of trying...just re-plug! Walking to the local shopping and eating establishments made for a great location. The hot tub...well it was the delight of early mornings and later evenings.Barely Camping would be a 4 star out of 5 stars in our books. ENJOY!

We hosted a couples getaway and stayed in Sticks & Stones. We’ve visited the cabins 4 times now and this is hands down the best so far. Each couple had their own rooms with in suite restrooms. The master was very nice especially the restroom. Plenty of open space to entertain throughout common areas. The kitchen is functional, spacious and welcoming. We were able to seat all guests at one dinner table, which was a huge plus for us. And the living room had just enough open space and COMFORTABLE sitting. It was valentines weekend and we were greeted with a card and box of candies. Very nice touch!We experienced one hiccup with one of the toilets but we called and maintenance was there in a jiffy.There’s so much more I could say but I’ll leave some to the imagination.

So clean and so well stocked that there’s very little you’d need to bring.. which is really helpful on a 3+ hour road trip from home. In addition to the 2 queens, 4 kings and 3 twins, there is a pull out full size mattress in the ping pong room which came in super handy.The only things I would suggest to the owners is a garbage disposal, and additional bedding for the pull out mattress. Otherwise the most perfect stay we’ve ever had for our annual family trip! We’d go back in a heartbeat!

Great layout. We had little kids so liked that it was all on a single story. All the rooms plus an outside porch have tv’s. The pool table was a great plus and my adult sons played every night. The kitchen was well stocked. Bring your own wine opener. But it had all the small appliances- including a waffle maker and crock pot which we used! Spacious bathrooms were great. Each room has a closet with a shelf. Beds are very comfortable. Living and dining room furniture are fresh and new looking. Wash machine and dryer seem brand new. Outside porches are amazing, along with a great jacuzzi tub and another tv, 2 BBQ pits. There is even a little fort/playground for the kids. The cabin is surrounded by woods so we had our privacy. There is a creek a short walk from the cabin. The pictures of the cabin on the website are real. And just a short drive to Beaver Bend Park.We will definitely be going back!We stayed at Areow Creek Cabin

Overall, great peaceful experience. 10/10 Will do again.

Our stay at Tailwater Creek was great. The cabin was clean and spacious for our family of four. We loved the wrap around porch, hot tub and jumbo jenga. The outdoor fire pit made smores and roasting hotdogs fun and easy. The location was perfect for all of the activities that we did in town and the trails that we explored. The area surrounding the cabin was quiet and very little traffic. The gravel and large rocks leading to the cabin would have been difficult in a small car but we were able to get up the big hill in our traverse. We will be back soon!

My family of four went for a long weekend to Away From It All, and it was everything we hoped for and more! The cabin was clean and set up beautifully for our arrival. Every detail of the house is special, and we particularly enjoyed the expansive windows looking out at the trees and creek area. Our favorite part of the house was the screened in porch with the overhead string lights and picnic table. We ate all our meals out there and played board games with our children. The kids loved the hot tub.There was ample space to park our SUV and fishing boat on the driveway, and the house sits on a cul de sac, which was nice because it limited traffic and also allowed for easy towing and turnaround of the boat. We spent two days on the lake, which was not far at all from the house (about a ten minute drive to the marina).I can’t say enough great things about the cabin. On the drive home, I was already looking online at when we could go back. You know you truly enjoyed a place when you get a little misty eyed driving away, and that’s how it was here. I am so grateful for the memories we made on our trip and we can’t wait to go back!

We had an issue with one sink in one of the cabins and they responded immediately to our text and came out to fix it. Communication for reservations, check in and check out was all very good. Would definitely recommend BBLC for cabin rental, and we plan to return.

Their online portal is great for more information, maps, and easy payment. Directions to the cabin were great as it is off our GPS.Watipi was a great cabin for our group of 9. The cabin is located in a neighborhood of other cabins but we had great tree lines for privacy. Bedrooms were great with private full baths. Lots of extra blankets and pillows. The kitchen is large and very well stocked for utensils and appliances. Large fridge for all your food. Just make sure to being your own coffee and condiments.The large back porch has a 4 person hot tub, table and chairs and a propane grill. The large fire pit was very nice and surrounded by tree stump stools, lounge chairs, and benches. It also has an outside pavilion with a wood burning fireplace with lights and a fan. The hammock is very strong. Im a rather large man and former college lineman and it held me perfectly. We didnt use the horseshoe pit but it looked very nice.Really close to the state park for fishing, boating, camping

We’ve owned a cabin in Broken Bow for the past 5 years but found ourselves needing a new property management company. It was a bit of an emergency, that we needed to leave our old one, so it was a real rush. We had heard good things about Blue Beaver, so after interviewing several property managers, we chose them. And, let me tell you, we’ve been very thankful we did ever since. They are top notch in service, marketing, and their owner’s portal is awesome. After 5 months our revenue is up by an extra $1500 per month. Weekdays that typically don’t get rented through other property managers, are somehow rented with them. Needless to say we are very happy with Blue Beaver Cabins.

The cabin was beautiful, comfortable, beds very comfortable and having a bathroom in each bedroom was perfect. The only small issue is the lights on the ceiling fans and TVs come on at random times. The place is a great place to stay.

We stayed at Owl Always Love You. Cabin was very nice - clean and well taken care of. It was also pretty roomy for its size.I’m assuming they have had issues in the past judging by the signs with high fees for things, such as a $200 fee for rearranging fireplace logs (as it causes it to work improperly).Only real complaint is the location/privacy. Our cabin was very close to 2 other adjacent cabins, to which we could hear them being loud anytime we were outside. Privacy fence around hot tub was only private from one of those cabins. Location is also very close to the highway (loud during busy times of the day/night).

My boyfriend and I stayed at As you wish cabin. It was absolutely immaculate! The fireplaces turn on with the touch of a button and one of them is in the bathroom with a luxurious tub! It has coffee pots, tvs, a perfect, comfortable king size bed! A hot tub is on the deck where you can see deer strolling by while soaking and relaxing. Our trip was just perfect!

My wife and I took our two kids (5.5 & 4) and stayed at the “hoot and holler” cabin. We really enjoyed the outdoor fires (s’mores), the playscape, the hot tub, horseshoes, the indoor fireplace, the Roku tv in the main bedroom, and having kitchen utensils and pans ready for us when we arrived. The only hiccup was the electronic keypad wasn’t set correctly when we arrived (and it was raining and cold), but Christy came to open the door in a prompt manner and reset the keypad for us. The shower in the main room was a little small and the water pressure was not that strong, but these are first world problems and we weren’t disappointed with the space overall. All in all, it was clean, cozy, and a good value, felt safe, and our family really enjoyed the stay. Great experience!

The place was wonderful. It was big enough. King beds in all the rooms, so everyone felt like they had a master suite. Lots of things available for the kids (spa, playground, room to ride bikes, play tag, firepit for smores). Wed absolutely rent again. The only thing needed were more towels/washcloths and more dishtowels. There were not enough towels for each individual to use daily, so it made for a lot of laundry. Otherwise, it was wonderful!

We loved the Backwoods cabin. It was very peaceful. Things to consider when staying are, bring bottled water to drink as the tap water is very strong chlorine taste, also the hot tub had way too much chlorine in it!! Burned your eyes, so it was unusable. And there are no electrical outlets in the bathroom.

This was my first time here, and I was mind blown how nice these cabins are it blew my expectations of a cabin near a lake away. They are beautiful inviting cabins with plenty of room. They are in a perfect location. They are far enough away from the hussel and bussel of everything, but not to far away that its an inconvenience to go enjoy the lake or the nice little town that has tons of things to do that look like so much fun.

So, this cabin was ideal for us. The lay-out is great. You walk in the front door into the living area. This is a large area with kitchen and dining at the back and a wide open floor plan. There is a bedroom and bathroom on each side. The bathrooms on the front of the cabin and the bedrooms to the back. You have to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. The ONLY difference is the bathrooms. One has a tub, the other a shower room only. I absolutely LOVED the shower room. It is HUGE. The cabin itself is gorgeous and comfortable. Out the back door is a large porch with the hot tub on one side and a sitting area with an outdoor fireplace on the other. The GAS grill is in the back yard under a small roof of its own. There is a stone fire pit with 5 chairs and a nice little play area for children.For my wife and I , our ONLY complaint would be that the area itself has grown up into such a tourist area. We enjoy getting AWAY from people. While we had a tremendous time, seeing all the retail shops popping up was sad.The cabin is top notch though, and we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at Deja Blue, the decor was beautiful, all the appliances were new, the beds where comfortable, the towels were fluffy and white and the back yard was a breathtaking oasis. Each room has its own restroom, there is nice size game room off one of the bedrooms...that have a TV, couch and foosball table. There is a half bath off the kitchen, the laundry room is spacious. OMG, the rocking chairs on the front porch are amazing with that view!If you are looking for a cabin, Blue Beaver is the perfect place to rent from. The only complaint I had was the knife set was not very good and there where not alot of mixing bowls

My family and I stayed at the R&R Creek cabin, which is one of Blue Beaver Luxury Cabins. This cabin was the most secluded cabin to escape the world for a couple days. It had 2 King suites, and a third room with 2 bunk beds and a sofa bed. It was the perfect cabin for 2 five person families to share for a weekend get away trip. There was pool, board games, a fire pit, clean bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, jacuzzi, and beautiful back and front patios to just enjoy the nature around you. The cell coverage and wi-fi was shotty but that’s just what we wanted, to unplug and just live. The most peaceful spot ever.
