    Just spent the weekend with my husband in Villa 3. We were very happy with the room. The view was beautiful, the room was clean and cozy. I agree that a couch would be great, but we were impressed with the extra touches - the robes, the tub, the coffee/kitchen area. It was perfect for a weekend getaway for some adult time alone.

    Beautiful place, very clean and view of the Blanco River. There was easy access to the river which is in the State Park. We arrived with an appetite and pleasantly surprised there was a Bistro right next door.

    Wow wow wow. A nice balcony , lots of drawers , top notch towels, lighting except in the shower !! Garden tub !!

    You want quiet, relaxing, scenery, fishing, or swimming YOU HAVE TO GO HERE!!!! VERY WELL DESERVED WEEKEND VACATION FOR MYSELF AND MY FIANCÉ!!!! Very clean, very well designed, and had all the necessities you need for the weekend. I will definitely be back. Thank you

    We stayed in Villa 3. The room was immaculately clean!! The king size bed was incredibly comfortable, more so than expected! Everything about the villa exceeded our expectations!! Beautiful view of the river from our private balcony. And the jacuzzi tub was just what we needed to make the weekend perfect!!

    Absolutely adorable place to stay. Great beds nice soft towels and even robes. The only thing missing was a comfortable place to see it. Would be much nicer if it had some nice chairs to sit in or a company sofa.

    Great place right outside the Blanco State Park. Some hey noise but a relaxing spot. Can only hear hwy outside.

    Just stayed in Villa 4. This place is so comfortable. Especially the bed. Lots of room. Very clean. It will definitely be my go to lodging for future stays in Blanco.

    This is the best hidden treasure in Blanco! The beds are SUPER comfy. The thread count on the sheets alone is a good reason to stay here. Every time I’m in Blanco, this is where I want to stay!

    Just stayed at the Villas, very nice experience. Very clean and spacious room. Owner was very nice and quick to address minor issues. Definitely would stay again.
