Birdsong Retreat is a beautiful place to stay! The owners have thought of all details, both big and small, to make sure that your stay is comfortable and relaxed. The living and dining area are spacious and have plenty of seating. The kitchen is stocked with everything that you need to prepare your meals. There are plenty of beds for a large family or group of friends. It’s located close to the historic downtown McKinney area which has fun shops and restaurants. I can’t recommend this location enough! We loved our stay in this adorable home! It is so cozy and cute, the perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort. We loved being able walk to historic downtown McKinney and the host had a book full of recommendations which was so helpful. Lora was a wonderful host and we would definitely stay here again!

I rented this house for my mom and her siblings and they were so impressed with how pretty, spacious and comfortable it was. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family who are visiting North Dallas. Lora was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Checking in and out was a breeze. The area is walkable, just a short walk to beautiful downtown McKinney.

This house is surprising large on the inside and SO CLEAN!!! The host thought of all the little things and special touches. Kitchen had everything you could need. Adorable and cozy with many amenities. Very close to downtown area. We loved walking through the neighborhood in the morning to the local coffee shops and grabbing breakfast. Great night life. Shops are a large variety and very unique. 10/10. Definitely will be back!

This home is a perfect distance from lots of fun shops and food. We loved our visit! The comfy beds and nice linens provide great rest, and the stylish furnishings make a fun hangout. The host is super accommodating and eager to please.

We stayed at the Birdsong Retreat for a weekend getaway to Historic Downtown McKinney. It was the perfect location for walking to all the sights and restaurants, as well as the Farmers Market. Chris and Lora made sure we had all we needed and were gracious hosts. Highly recommend this rental!

We LOVE staying here! It’s beautiful, clean and peaceful. It was well stocked with everything we needed. It was really nice to be able to walk to downtown McKinney and wander through the shops and restaurants. We have stayed twice and would book it again!

Wonderful get away. Just down the street from down town. The home is beautiful and well cared for. The host was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be coming back soon!!! Highly recommend.
