Had the pleasure of staying at the Magnolia River Haus and what an amazing stay! Our host Kim was amazing when it came to communication and providing recommendations in the area. The home was huge and exactly as pictured in the perfect location to explore town. Highly recommend their properties for your next trip to New Braunfels. -

We have had a great experience booking this Air BnB run by Big Chief Vacation Properties for two years now! The host is very responsive and helpful. The Rio Guadalupe Condos are in a great location, have a spacious and comfortable layout, and the views can’t be beat. They do have rules in place designed to keep the property quiet and private and as long as you read and follow them, as you should when renting someone else’s property, you will have no problems. If you don’t read them or follow them, they will be enforced. Iff season rules are relaxed quite a bit so co wider that when choosing your dates. We look forward to returning next summer for another stay at Rio Guadalupe #107! -

We had the pleasure of staying at the Dolly cottage this past weekend. It is so tastefully decorated and sweet. It is an ideal location for any Gruene or New Braunfels attraction. Kim with Big Chief was so helpful and provided several great recommendations of things to check out while we were in town. We would absolutely stay at 8Sages again and would recommend them to anyone! -

Beautiful house! excactly like their pictures! We had a wonderful time, my kids love the pool, perfect location too, closed to any popular restaurant around town! We will come back for sure! -

Our families loved the Schlegel Haus! We will be back!!! The pool was fabulous, and it overlooked the Comal and across the river from Schlitterbaun the inside was glamorous, but so comfortable. We loved that all seven of our family could fit on the living room sofa to watch tv. They left plenty of suggestions for places to eat, but the kitchen and grill were great for cooking at home. The beds were super comfy and the loft was perfect for the kids. Such a fun place to stay!!! -

This condo is absolutely beautiful and so clean. It’s a quick walk to Gruene Hall and the surrounding area. This will be where we stay when we come back!! -

Stayed at “sequestered sunset” on Canyon Lake. Great size home for our group w beautiful views! The rental company handled all of our needs quickly! -

This Airbnb was an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, the host made us feel incredibly welcome with clear communication and great local tips. The space was immaculate, stylishly decorated, and equipped with all the essentials we needed.The location couldnt have been better—conveniently close to key attractions yet nestled in a quiet, charming neighborhood. We especially appreciated the thoughtful special room for children.Our stay was fantastic, and we couldnt have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone seeking a delightful and hassle-free getaway! -

This house was perfect for us! We had 10 people and still had 2 extra beds. Super clean. Fully stocked. Great location to get to both rivers. Living and kitchen area huge. -

We stayed at Warnecke Haus and it was such a great house!! No pictures, sorry! But, it is exactly as shown in the pictures provided on Air B&B. This place is absolute gorgeous and was perfect for our 4 couples. We enjoyed the house and New Braunfels 😊 -

This vacation rental is everything and more!! Plenty of room for all your favorite activities like corn hole, playing cards and having a barbecue. My daughter was getting married and this was for the wedding party. Plenty of big, nice restrooms for everyone to get ready. And the view of Canyon Lake is amazing!! No one felt crowded and it has everything you need to be comfortable. I have told all my friends about this awesome place and we made some great memories while we were there!!!! -

Our stay at Gruene-Go-Condo was awesome! This place is so cute everything was nice and clean, it has everything you need to make you feel right at home. Great location so close to great shopping and delicious restaurants. This place is a must stay. We can’t wait to visit again!!! -

Big Chief properties is wonderful to work with in planning vacations. We have used them several times and each experience has been wonderful. We stayed at the Comal Haus with our extended family, 10 adults and 8 kids, for thanksgiving and had a wonderful time. We enjoyed cooking and eating on the expansive porch and enjoying the beautiful view of the river. There was plenty of space for the family to relax and have our own space.We have also stayed at the Rapids house next door for a girls weekend and loved the fun vibe of the house. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed! -

Great Location! Great spot on the river! Float the Comal River or just play on the bank of this property. Lights and ambiance at night on the deck was nice too. Fire pit available for s’mores. A/C in the house works well to keep you cool on a hot day. Thank you Big Chief Vacation Properties for a great stay. -

My friends & I stayed at their Condo on the Comal 331. Convenient location, perfect amount of space for the 5 of us. Parking was a little tricky to figure out as we only had 2 spaces available on property. Kitchenware was limited but we figured it out(no can opener). We were harassed by the property manager, Dan, who said we were being too loud as we were walking into our condo one evening. We were not hanging out outside, you can imagine how loud 5 females talk sometimes but this was unacceptable to him. Overall we had a great time, nice location! -

Great house, awesome place to have a birthday party or just a relaxing weekend. Rented the property for my 40th birthday and it had everything we had hoped for! Private river access, heated pool, and lots of space, both inside the home and outside to hang out! -
