This house was extremely clean and had a wonderful floor plan. The kitchen was well thought out and had plenty of room to actually cook in. There were 3 refrigerators. Two inside and 1 out. The outdoor space was perfect for our group. We enjoyed the pool, the covered patio, the outdoor kitchen and especially the ping pong table. Also the property management was extremely responsive to any concerns that we had. We would definitely recommend this house.

This is a very well thought out floor plan for all types of gatherings. You can have a quaint coffee with the early risers on the back porch in the morning. Then a large, post river float, family party by the pool in the afternoon and evening. Then same goes for the inside. You will not be tripping over each other because the house is spacious with multiple rooms with private bathrooms. Look no further, this house is awesome.

This place was so peaceful and relaxing. When you come in a group, this place is so much fun!! The spa, pool, games, smores fire pit, spacious rooms, everything is lovely. The living room is perfect for gathering around and the kitchen is a wonderful set up for large groups. Honestly, this was an incredible experience that I definitely recommend. Just be careful driving in or out especially at night, there are deer, animals, and narrow roads.

This place is a dream! The pool was nice and refreshing and hot tub sealed the deal at night! We could watch the football game while in the pool and the outdoor fridge was super convenient! The house itself is gorgeous and basically has a bathroom for every room! The living room/kitchen was huge so we could all hang out comfortably! This is a must stay in Concan!

Beautiful and spacious house that will really made our river vacation fun. Beautiful new home with upscale decor, beautiful floor plan, and enough room for a huge group. Awesome views, great back patio and beautiful pool.

Had a wonderful time during girls weekend at Bella Vida. The house has a perfect layout for a girls get together or a family vacation. Everything was perfect from the furniture layout, kitchen supplies, and outdoor activities to keep everyone relaxed and/or entertained. Highly recommend!!!

In Concan for a girls weekend. Everyone enjoyed the inviting atmosphere. One of the biggest positives is a bath for each sleeping room! So important for female guest. It was completely furnished with more than necessities the owner thought of ever detail. Recommend highly
