I really appreciate the rules here. Overall its quiet as most cottages are single middle aged residents. Nestled on both sides by train tracks you learn to accept the noise. There are residents that have been here for a while. For a single ,maybe with a child or a couple they are just the right size. -

I have never seen a clean mobile home community. No outward trash, litter or unkempt yards. Very nice place for every age w nice amenities -

Nice tiny houses, and the little neighborhood is also nice. Recommend for a short to midterm rental, or even long term if you really like it. -
