Very open and very close to the beach. The building was two stories with the bedrooms on the top floor and the living rooms on the bottom with all you can want: oven, stove, washing and dryer, two sofa, a huge TV, and a small porch in the back. Very comfortable place to stay for a few days!

This complex is a 5 minute walk from the beach and a public parking lot with showers and bathrooms. The pet friendly option was very comfy with stone floors that made for quick clean up - great for families with dogs. Our expectations were far exceeded and we will definitely consider staying here in the future. Thanks for a great stay!

Our girl weekend was awesome at this location. We had a golf cart to go back and forth to the beach. More than enough room. Kitchen stocked with more than enough. Very clean and cozy!!!

We rented out a townhouse this past weekend and we enjoyed our stay! The town house was beautiful and tidy.We loved the fact that the beach is around the corner and walking distance. Neighbors were friendly and area was quiet. We Will visit again soon .

Nice condos within walking distance to the beach with a salt water heated pool to enjoy. Perfect for family gatherings. This is our second time to rent the same beautiful 3/2 bath condo.

This is such a quite place with tons of room to stretch out. Clean, well stocked and convenient to so many things.In just three days we completed a whole list of sightseeing.Royal Botanical Garden, Texas State Aquarium, USS Lexington, Padre Island Nature Reserve, Beach ⛱ mini put put golf, the movies, Science and History Museum, swimming in the heated po and a Dolphin Cruise on the way home. Id say thats a great vacation!

Was a very nice place to stay with family. Great sized rooms and entertainment. Place did say walking distance but your better off taking a vehicle.

Very nice and updated town homes. High ceilings, full bedding in every room. The rooms were clean and came equipped with a tv and Roku devices in every room. The 2nd floor loft has a digital spectrum box and so does the living area. Very close to the beach. 10 minute walk or 4 minutes drive. There is a bar and grill right down the street. A stripes a little further down from there. Make sure you buy any clothing or groceries before you get to the island.

Beautiful. It is very close to where I have recently bought a house. It is hard to explain the exact location but it is on the southside neighborhood, so to say. I definitely honestly think that this is a good neighborhood and definitely recommend renting, or even buying in this neighborhood, and more specifically these places.

New construction and 14818 leeward street is my favorite! Owners make sure your stay is perfect! Leaving out extra paper towels, toilet paper even laundry soap. These little extras really help out on you vacation!!! Place is always cleaned right! Making it a relaxing stay always!

Awesome lodging, well taken care of, very clean. Shaded sitting areas at pool. Quiet in evenings to allow relaxing time to unwind from the day.
