I highly recommend staying here! I felt so at home and didnt want to end my vacation. I would definitely come back here again. You can walk on Rainey Street with delicious restaurants nearby in minutes! Even better, you can walk around the river, trees, and garden right next to this building. Also, you must go to the rooftop to watch the sunset.

This place was awesome! Very clean, upscale, modern, greatly located! We stayed here for a month and loved every minute of it - it’s very close to downtown and 6th street - it’s exactly as described and the team did an excellent job communication with me throughout the stay - highly recommended staying here!

Highly recommend—10/10! The place was spotless and well-organized, with great building amenities. Located in the heart of downtown Austin, its just a short walk to Rainey Street and easily accessible by car or Uber/Lyft. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful when needed. Overall, my two-week stay was both comfortable and enjoyable! Most definitely booking here again!!

Barceles is very responsive. I did share some feedback which Barceles was receptive to hearing such as it does not mention in reviews/other the noise from the freeway below - I know that can vary person to person but I had a hard time sleeping with the level of noise. The location is great - next to a lovely, new park on LBJ Lake and around the corner from Rainey street (party scene and food trucks).The coffee/wine shop below is super convenient (dont expect low prices) and valet in/out was amazing (but $40 day does add up plus tip). I did have to request linens, mattress pad for first night for the pull-out sofa which were missing which should be part of a solid housekeeping list and a few minor items left over by previous guest were noted. The balcony faces I-35 freeway and lake (more like a river but its called a lake). You can walk everywhere from here - downtown, lake, UT Austin, museums, night-life, trails, etc! Overall I would still give it a 5-star as I am familiar with other rentals in the Austin area and the amenities of the roof-top pool/balcony and gym were probably the best view Ive ever seen of Austin lake and downtown. Great concept in this building as an Airb-n-b!

Our rental in New Braunfels was clean and comfortable. The location was close to everything and we felt safe at all times. We would definitely stay here again.

Had a great time with the family this weekend. We didnt want to go anywhere far,new just wanted a place that felt like home and lounge in the pool. So nice and so much R&R, will definitely rent again.

Perfect spot in East Nashville. Everything you needed. Only down fall is the smart TV you could only watch Netflix or Prime. No option to download other apps. But we didnt book this place to watch TV. Perfect place.
