Lovely stay, close to everything!House was clean, great pre-check in information super easy to deal with! All the little details thought out. Would happily stay here again! Garage parking was a bonus but we really love how close to down town it was and easy to walk anywhere. We loved it!

Clean place, nice amenities and great location!The amenities are great, check in easy, nice to have a bar, plenty of staff available and working. The room was modern, light and bright. Pool was great except in October its shady for a couple hours due to the adjacent high rise. Plenty of open spaces to relax and enjoy. Just bring your own shampoo and conditioner as they were skimpy especially for a 4 day stay with long hair. Bring your own make up remover so you dont dirty their wash cloths.

This hotel is incredible!!this hotel is incredible thats what my 4 year old son kept repeating no matter how many times i said, thats because its a lake house, not a hotel. 😊 but that pretty much says it all! Great little house, fantastic amenities, comfortable beds. We swam and cooked and lived our best lives for 3 days. Nobody wanted to leave.

Austin family vacaCame into town for a concert. Initially picked the rental because it was close to the venue. What a wonderful stay! Place was beautiful, exactly as pictured! The rental was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The gated backyard with parking was a major plus!!! Will definitely return

Overall, we had a fine experience at natiivo austin. The location is great, and the condo is clean, spacious, comfortable and well-kitted out. The unit has modern appliances, including an oversize washer and dryer, and a full-size refrigerator and dishwasher. While we didnt cook in the unit, it is well equipped to prepare full meals. There is a supply of coffee, sweetener and creamer, as well as dishwasher and washing machine pods. The bedroom has ample storage to unpack. The building offers a gym, a pool and a lobby coffee bar that doubles as a cocktail bar in the evening. The rainey street district neighborhood boasts multiple bars and restaurants, as well as a small grocery store less than a two-block walk. Id definitely stay here again on a return visit to austin. There are a few small negatives. The condo faces a busy highway, so even on the 22nd floor the noise is noticeable. While the bed is comfortable, the thick, hard pillows are equally uncomfortable. The unit needs hooks on the back of the bathroom doors or the bathroom walls for hanging damp towels, and the bedroom needs an overhead light. Finally, no kleenex in the bathroom is a big miss.

Great stay! Love Natiivo!On-site staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Natiivo is a fun place and the amenities are great! Will definitely stay here again. The communication from Vacasa, from booking to check in, stay, and check out, was fantastic! They made it so easy to reach out with any questions, though I didnt have to since they provided all needed info upfront and everything in my room was perfect. Thanks to Natiivo and Vacasa!

Horseshoe Bay The WatersThis unit was newly updated! The furniture was great, clean and comfortable. The owners had EVERYTHING you would need. Paper goods to garlic salt. They thought of it all. We didn’t need to purchase consumable when we got there! All cooking utensils were nice and new. The towels and sheets were fluffy and smelled great. The balcony furniture was clean and very useful, 4 loungers and a large table with chairs. The view was amazing my picture is of the lighthouse across the way from the condo! Beautiful bells from a church rang every quarter hour. Peaceful and relaxing....We had just one small issue with the door lock as it didn’t work every time so we had to press the code and try several times before we could get it open.I would highly recommend this condo, It made our eight hour drive so much bearable! If we return to LBJ Lake we would definitely rent this unit again.As a owner of a beach condo I will add some of the nice touches to my unit,

Excellent location. Super clean.Everything in the house is basically in excellent condition, The kitchen is perfect and have everything you need to cook, everything looks like new, the customer service was totally helpful and they are 24/7 to assist you, is not that you actually need them but i did contact them to ask something related with the check in, it was so easy to book the house and they only sent you a code to open the house, all my family loved to stay in this house. You dont even have to carry your towels, bed sheets or blankets because everythings gonna be there in clean and excellent condition.If i ever go back to Big Bear i will definitely look for the same house and the same agency to book or house.

A perfect spot for a quick weekend getaway. Very nice Aparta-Hotel concept type of property but definitely worth the stay. Check in and check out was a breeze with 24 hrs valet ( $40 a day ) You can also rent parking next door or across the road which are both very very convenient. The views alone are worth the price. Bars and restaurants are within 3 minutes walk on Rainey st.

Amazing r&r placeWe highly recommend this stay! The vibe was the best! The room was beautiful and very updated, all new! The balcony was a pleasant addition for the evenings to sit out and enjoy a glass of wine 🍷 all the amenities are amazing from the rooftop pool , the doggy park on the 10th floor, the coffee/bar downstairs and the list goes on! The staff hands down are 10/10 !!!! We will definitely be back!

Stayed here for our first trip to Austin - AMAZING views! We loved looking out to the city (can see the bats from the Congress Street bridge in the sunset even), great access to Lady Bird Trail -10 miles around, we got through half of it this trip. And most important, super comfortable bed :)

This home is a paradise where you go to bed each night to the crashing of waves just outside your window and wake up each morning to a beautiful sunrise. The sunsets are breathtaking! (I took this picture during one of the sunsets) This home is very private, very comfortable and the kitchen is complete with all of the utensils, cookware, plates, cups, glasses, everything one would need. This home is a perfect getaway.

This is a great place to stay - great location, beautiful building, incredibly friendly staff, friendly tenants and guests... This unit is really nice - very spacious for a one bedroom, and all the furnishings are comfortable and nice. The one drawback of this specific unit is it faces the highway and is quite noisy. I used my white noise app and was totally fine, but plan ahead (just as you would in a hotel).

Bats and luxuryWe came to see the bats and treated ourselves to the luxury of the natiivo penthouse. Grandkids loved the rooftop pool which was only one flight of stairs away. Easy access to all that austin offers and the efficient valet parking made life easy. But the view of austin and lady bird lake from the windows and balcony are what makes this condo breathtaking.

Excellent location and staffWe really enjoyed our stay in this unit. Its in a great location right in front of lady bird lake and right next to rainey street and walkable to other parts of downtown austin. I would definitely rebook this building. There is construction around the building but it didnt effect us at all. No noise, not traffic or anything.

We loved our stay in Austin! We have a 5 and 2 yr and they loved playing in the backyard. The home had a trailer in the backyard and was a unique experience and we loved hanging out there while the boys played. The fencing around the backyard made it easy to let the boys play around without any worries. The house had everything we needed and was well maintained. Early check-in and late check-out was an added plus! Would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a unique experience.

The arrangements thru TurnKey were seamless, the property was clean enough to feel comfortable. The property itself could use some updating - but heater worked well , beds were acceptable, kitchen well stocked. Be careful of the kitchen chairs which need repair, and if you are tall , elderly or heavy the bathrooms can be a challenge. Very convenient to everything, nice outdoor deck.

LOVED this property! The house was exactly what we needed. We had an issue with the ice maker in the refrigerator. I called Turn-Key and the responded immediately. A service person was on site the next day. While the issue could not be fixed during our stay, we were refunded for inconvenience. TurnKey made our vacation absolutely hassle-free. They called and texted me to make sure that we were happy with everything and if there was anything we needed to let them know. I am looking forward to using TurnKey again for our next adventure!

The location was perfect, so close to the water. The house was great. It was so welcoming and homey. You could tell the owners really put a lot of care into the house. There were 7 of us and we all had plenty of room. The fire pit out back was nice. There was plenty of seating for everyone. The hot tub was nice too. I liked that we could all be together but not right on top of each other. We will definitely stay here again and I will be telling my friends and family about this vacation rental.

Great house to share with the family. We had 8 adults and a 2 year old. Plenty of room for all of us. We enjoyed the beautiful and peaceful views. We brought our boat and loved going out on the water daily. It is quite a hike down and up the stairs and trail. We did get our exercise in from the workout going to the boat.I do want to mention that there needed to be more toilet paper and paper towels. We only had one extra roll in each bathroom. We were there for 5 nights and 6 days. More towels in kitchen would be nice as well. Overall it was a very nice place. We had a great time!

This was the greatest trip and a beautiful place. We loved looking out over the balcony onto the lake. We were able to pull the boat right to back door in a sense. Turnkey made my 50th birthday very special. We are making it a every year trip for my family. Everyone had their own bathroom and for three adult children and their spouses it was wonderful. This home sleeps up to 18 people comfortably. It’s spacious nicely decorated and when one of our vehicles broke down they allowed us to extend our stay for additional two days which my husband and I enjoyed the alone time after the kids were gone. We could fish swim and enjoy one another. I would tell anyone and everyone to book this place and enjoy it with your family as I did. We are thankful and grateful.Anita Knight

This is a great unit close to the marina which is awesome. The unit it nice and spacious for a group of 6. The view is beautiful. The parking was easy.I do think it could use some new carpet, some touch ups on doors that have clearly been scratched by dogs. The comforter in master could be replaced as it had stains. The condo wasn’t all that clean when we arrived we opened a drawer to an old sandwich. The master shower had mold all over it. They did address this issue in a Timely manner but for what we all pay for cleaning fee I would expect it to be perfect. Also, I could not use the washer it would not spin any of my towels correctly.The above neighbors are awful. They walk loudly all day and into the evening. It’s quite annoying.

Four female friends traveled to this property in Black Mountain, NC for a hiking/leaf gazing trip. The mudroom at the entrance to the house is very useful. We loved having a bedroom each. There are plenty of towels and blankets. Bathrooms are very adequate. The kitchen is updated and a pleasure to use. The water filter on the kitchen faucet is a very nice feature. The living spaces are roomy and comfortable with gas fireplaces and views that were exactly what we wanted. The decks have the same great views with comfortable seating and provided us a perfect place to have cocktails and enjoy the sunsets. The location is close to multiple hiking trails and the quaint town of Black Mountain.Thank you for such a comfortable home for our trip. We had a great time and will tell all our friends about it. We highly recommend this house!

If you like upscale and classy then you should book this property..We stayed at the property for our anniversary and it was perfect. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom.. We had our 17 month daughter and another couple had their 10 month old son plus we brought my mom and the space was just right. My mom loved the separate bed and bathroom down stairs. We enjoyed the balcony with the amazing view. The Pool was relaxing and the house was gorgeous inside and out..We also enjoyed the friendly deer that showed up each day.The home was equipped with all the amenities we needed.We will definitely booked this property again..

The house was as lovely as the pictures showed. Our 3 kids really enjoyed the bunk beds, and my parents appreciated having the upstairs all to themselves. Having two separate living quarters was very nice. There were a couple of cleanliness issues - what appeared to be a blood stain on the downstairs master bedrooms blanket. We washed it right away just to make sure it was clean. A couple of the baking sheets werent very clean and had grease on them. The outside of the trashcan was dirty. Overall though, the sheets and towels, bathrooms and floors, and the kitchen and fridge were very clean. The neighborhood was quiet and the view of the water from the porch was serene. We really loved the dumb waiter and used it every day. It would be nice to have a code to the garage, as we had to close it and go upstairs and come down from the front door. Other than that, we would definitely stay again and recommend the property to our friends.

The house we rented was absolutely beautiful, comfortable and just right for us. The house was clean and we were especially grateful for the comfort of the linens and beds. We found the kitchen well-stocked, the toiletries that helped get us started on our vacation were much appreciated. My children and grandchildren especially enjoyed the hot tub and we all really appreciated the fire pit and chairs that were supplied to sit around the fire. All of us enjoyed both porches on the house. Sitting on the front porch, having my coffee in the morning was especially wonderful. If I had only one suggestion, it would be to maybe think about putting a bigger coffee maker in the kitchen on the main living level. We did manage, however, with at least 4 of us drinking coffee each morning. The location was convenient to everything we could possibly think of. Several grocery stores, restaurants, activities are nearby and even the 1 hour drive to Cherokee was delightful...the scenery is beautiful. Also, the staff with which we dealt in booking the reservation, etc. were very helpful and made the entire process so easy and convenient. We are incredibly grateful for the vacation and accommodations. The place is definitely a bargain financially as well.

The representative was very helpful and was able to provide us the answers to the questions we had. The communication was outstanding, with numerous emails and text messages leading up to our stay. We rented this house for a girls weekend and the location is great - close to shops and restaurants within walking distance. There is ample living and outdoor space and the kitchen was great. The bedrooms were very small and the trundle was not usable since the room was too small to pull it out. So, one of my friends had to sleep on the couch. Aside from that, it was very clean and modern and I would stay again, but only with four people, not five.

Condo stay was great. When we arrived at 3:45 unfortunately the cleaning people were there so that was a bit annoying since check in was at 3. But otherwise place was great. Spacious and had all the amenities our two families needed. The bunk beds were a hit with the three kids.I do wish there was extra paper towels as the roll we had was almost empty. Also for soaps it’d be nice if there were soap holders. But otherwise it was a great location and right off nice walking trails.We definitely will book again when return!!

Turnkey vacations rentals are professionals. We stayed at a cabin in big bear and this place was beautiful. It was spacious and clean. I really appreciated the details of this cabin and the little touches to make it feel homey. They provided all the amenities we needed for the stay. Communicating with them was prompt and easy. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. The cabin location was perfect. It was less than a mile away from the lake (short 10-15 min walk) and about 10 min drive to the city.

We stayed in the Panorama View Lodge with awesome views for 3 nights. the views are outstanding, as soon as you enter the home all you focus in on are the views.Home is very well appointed, large living space for all family members to enjoy without being on top of each other. the pool table was a bonus. As was seeing fireworks on Wednesday night from the house. Life is goodThe home can get very warm, as the sun moves across the sky, screens on the sliding glass doors would have helped with the cross ventilation and cooled the house during the day.However, once the sun goes down the house cools off very quickly.The deck is more like a balcony in size. Great place to take pictures of the lake, however.The master bedroom is very large, and comfortable. The king mattress is ok, not great.Obviously, the views from the living room and kitchen enhances the houseappeal. The house is located close to Heavenly Ski run and the casinos.we will most definitely return the next time we have a long stay in South Lake Tahoe

This house worked pretty great for our yearly summer vacation! Great location, loved being on the culdesac and near the river. Two concerns we had, we have a toddler and he could lift easily, the small round black deck railing pieces. Not that we would let him go out there unattended, but had to watch him very carefully when we were all out there. And we sure wish there were better covering of the skylights. They sure brought in lots of heat when we were trying so hard to keep the house cool. Other than that, we had a great time and would rent this house again!

It had everything we needed to feel at home (yet enjoying vacation) and we had a great time using the pool/outdoor dining area. Wonderful home! Amazing kitchen... likely the best equipped and stocked kitchen of any vacation property I have ever rented... 5-star++. Very clean. Beautifully and comfortably furnished. Outstanding location and view, including 3 breaching whales and lots of turtles. We would stay again. The only nick-picks... 1. When we arrived at midnight, the water main was turned off to the house. It took a few phone calls and >two hours to get that sorted (including a bump on the head under the house looking for the valve)... by the time we had water it was 5am our time. My impression of the 24 hour Turnkey customer service line is that they are an answering service that sends a message to the local maintenance folks and they do not have any idea when someone might get in touch. Not super comforting when there is no water and after midnight. 2. Oddly, no shampoo or soap for shared bathroom. 3. The Turnkey smart-pad that is supposed to provide information to the guest/s was on the counter but not set up for the house we were at. 4. Garbage removal is the responsibility of the renter and there are only 3 days during the week to drive it down the road to the dump. Seems like a better solution could be offered or arranged here. We missed the date (our minds were on vacation), and the day we left the dump was closed. 5. The palm trees along the drive dropped coconuts during our stay. Winds were high. This is dangerous. They could potentially fall on someone walking the drive.

My family of six rented a gorgeous house in South Lake Tahoe from TurnKey. The house was new, fully stocked and perfect for our family. The cabinets were stocked with basics and the house was immaculate, both clean and furnished well. We would definitely rent this house again when traveling to Lake Tahoe, and would recommend to friends and family. The check in and check out process were straight forward and clear. TurnKey provided us with a contact number and representative to use if needed during our stay. We had no issues and would rent again.

This house was exactly as advertised and even more beautiful in person! Upon arrival, the place was immaculately clean. The beds, pillows, and linens were very comfortable and we slept well. Everyone loved the hot tub! It was perfectly clean as well and a perfect 104 degrees. The views from the balcony were stunning and if it had been summertime, we would have enjoyed a meal at the patio table. The kitchen was stocked with everything you might need to cook with and there were plenty of dishes! The cupboards were even stocked with food and spices left from, Im assuming, previous occupants. We even left a few bottle of liquor behind for the next group to enjoy. If I ever return to Breck, this house will be my top choice!

Had a great time. The house was clean and well maintained. The only issue is the air conditioning was a window unit in the master bedroom. The problem was that to maintain a decent temperature in the rest of the home it was very cold in the Master. This was not a big issue because there was a fan provided and by the third day we figured out to blow the cold air out of the master bedroom and it cooled the rest of the home. Other than that the unit had plenty of towels and the linens were nice and the beds could use some updating but were fine. I would stay in the home again. The creek was nice and it was far enough from town to be private but close enough to be convenient. There is no TV but the wifi worked fairly well and we kinda enjoyed no TV. The kids were more apt to talk and be apart of conversations. This was a Cozy Little Cabin on a creek.

We had some problems in the balance payment system. Their system seems pretty antiquated. Once we arrived at our rental though, we found the place clean, well stocked with kitchen ware, towels, etc. We rented a place with a private pool and yard and it was awesome. The house was smaller than we anticipated. We had two families so I would recommend the vacation rental folks add a floor plan to their listings so people can plan sleeping arrangements easier. The house was charming - very clean and beautifully renovated/updated throughout. It provided a perfect home base for our group of 6 adults. We were close to the airport and all the roads we needed for getting to downtown Austin, Lake Travis, and San Antonio. We also enjoyed taking morning walks around the neighborhood and visiting the cute local coffee shop. Overall, would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Austin!

There was more than enough soap/shampoo/conditioner to be used by all of us. I have rented homes from TurnKey twice this year. Both times were enjoyable experiences. The homes are just like the pictures, sometimes even better. The customer service, if needed, is quick and courteous. We didnt have many issues, simple things like forgetting the entry code or replacing an inflatable mattress were taken care of effortlessly. The east side home with green kitchen has been my favorite property thus far. It was perfect for entertainment. I will continue to use Turnkey whenever we visit Austin and surrounding areas, and 100% recommend their hassle free rent services!

This lake house was lovely, quiet, and had a very relaxed vibe for our girls’ weekend. Overall, I would say it was good.A few small things could have made it great: we arrived at approximately 7 pm and found no toilet paper, paper towels, or hand soap in the kitchen. The staff responded they would bring some out the next day and contact us before noon, which doesn’t fly with women sharing the space so we decided to purchase our own supply.With it getting dark earlier, it was pretty hard to see the house and the stairs as the outside lights did not turn on/work. The house is set off the road and accessible by a steep-ish staircase. It was a little nerve wracking trying to navigate in the dark.The pillows on the beds are old, hard, and super flat.

Great place to stay! It was so convenient to the beach, but the pool was awesome too! I loved being able to just stay in one place and not have to drive to the beach! The vacation rental we stayed at in Park City, UT was amazing. Being in the mountains we had some trouble with the internet but the TurnKey team was always on-call and ready to help! The condo was very well kept and had all the necessities one would need to cook and clean like it was your own home! I am personally allergic to feathers and liked that even though the condo was prepped for cold weather, they has fluff blanket and pillow options for me to swap out! The house we stayed at in Austin we great. Perfect set up for a family. Grandparents downstairs and kids/grand kids upstairs. It was definitely a good Austin vibe house. We loved the giant beer pong set up and the upstairs porch hang out area (outside TV did not function - but wasnt really needed). Kitchen had high quality dishes, silverware and cooking pans. All beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend and will be back on any return trip to Austin. TurnKey was great - several text messages with updates. Just bumped it and it falls, I bumped it one day and it fell on my nephew who was underneath. He was ok. Teenagers enjoyed the table though. Beds were comfortable but sheets would come off easy. Smell to the house too each time we walked in. But we were happy to have the house as it was the perfect location for our needs. There is a minor bug problem. Windowsills were dirty and with dead bugs and there were micro bugs running occasionally in the master bath. I dont know about any other part of home as I was either in the kitchen, master room/bath and briefly downstairs. I didnt hear any complaints from anyone else. Mostly gratitude from so many for a place to call home for several days. Thanks!

I booked this property for my sisters bachelorette weekend for 7 girls. The pictures online of the house are very accurate; the space itself is very well decorated and clean. We all fit very comfortably in the house. The pool was also very spacious and mostly clean, although we did have to clean it a bit on our own before actually going in. The view of the boats on the waterway was also nice and private - for us it was a treat being from Chicago and visiting Florida in December. The house had plenty of towels also. It was very nice to have a washer/dryer as well. The ONLY downfall was that we utilized the kitchen to cook dinner one night and being there for such a short time (and flying) we did not want to buy simple cooking items like cooking oil, spices, etc. and the house did not have any basic cooking items like other AirBnBs that I have stayed at before. There were plenty of utensils and cookware, but the knives were very dull. If we had been driving to the destination, I would have brought some of those items from home and would have been able to take the leftovers with me. This is NOT a downfall of the rental itself, but just something to keep in mind if you plan on really utilizing the space rather than just using the house as a place to sleep. Other than that, the booking process and communication was easy and I would love to go back again with a group of people!

We booked a cozy cabin in Big Bear for a weekend getaway. It was our first trip since COVID hit. We arrived later than planned and the check-in office was very accommodating. When we arrived at the cabin we couldn’t park our car because the driveway was covered by three feet of snow. We called TurnKey and they said the owner was responsible for making sure the driveway was plowed. They contacted the owner and they were able to get someone out within 30 minutes to plow the driveway and shovel the walkway.We also had trouble getting into the cabin. The deadbolt on the door was broken and the code was not working. We were able to reach the check-in desk once again and they were able to give us another code to the lock box for an actual key. They stayed on the line with us to make sure we got into the place.I must say I really appreciated how easy and quick their response was with the hiccups we had, especially with the two tired, cold, and hungry kids.The cabin was very clean as cozy. Perfect for our family of four. The kitchen was stocked with cooking essentials. The bathroom had toiletries and clean towels. It was as described on-line.

We booked a home at Big Bear Lake through VRBO. Turnkey was the property manager on the home and all subsequent communication happened through them. Turnkey was incredibly communicative throughout - in the weeks leading up to the rental, during the rental, and afterward. The actual property we were in wasn’t very good, but that wasn’t TurnKey’s fault. I realized days after we returned home that I may have left something in the rental. I sent them a text on the evening of Labor Day; they immediately responded and asked a series of questions to help with locating and returning the item. I expected a next business day response; the holiday evening response was incredibly impressive.

My former college roommates and I chose to reunite at The Reserve at Lake Travis for a few days of relaxation. I cannot recommend the resort location and amenities highly enough! The lazy river and pool area was clean and beautiful. The pool area bartenders and staff were helpful and friendly. The cabin itself was clean and sufficient for our needs...we loved having a grill and both indoor and outdoor fridges. A few downfalls we noticed... on the second day, we contacted staff to request more towels for our cabin and were declined. We didnt mind washing the towels ourselves in the in-unit washer/dryer, but we had a situation where we unexpectedly needed more at that moment and werent told ahead of time that washing towels was our responsibility. Also, we were told that the cabin was not stocked with grilling utensils (tongs, spatula, etc) so one of my friends packed those items for the flight. When we arrived, there were indeed grilling utensils in the cabin. I am glad that these were there, however it would have been nice to know ahead of time so we didnt pack them in our checked bags. I suggest replacing the waste cans in the units with at least one full-size can...we cooked all meals in the cabin and therefore created more trash than a tiny can allows. And better instruction for disposing of trash would have been appreciated. On a positive note, we were granted both early check-in and late check-out which was very helpful! All-in-all, I think the small roadblocks were probably a result of the resort being fairly new and still getting used to everything. Thanks for a great stay. We hope to return again one day!

The property we first arrived at was a huge disappointment. Very run down, dirty and aged. We didnt even want to take our shoes off and sit on the furniture. Nothing like the pictures made you believe. It had a great view, but aside from that was nothing we expected especially for the price we paid. I took lots of close-up pictures and then made a call to Turnkey who immediately called the local agent. The local agent called me back and said he would send a cleaning crew over. Exhaustedly after a day of travel, we left for two hours to hopefully have the property cleaned up....but not really thinking that was possible with such a disaster. After getting back and only seeing that the dirty bedding had been changed I called Turnkey once again and asked to be moved promptly. They ended up moving us to another property. It lacked the view of the other, was in another close by town, but it was brand new, beautifully decorated and ended up working out well for our family. It was a huge inconvenience to move but it was better than staying. The house was about five minutes from the beach and offered a great community pool for the kids. It was an overall good compromise. To say the least, Turnkey did take care of our issues and needs. The customer service was friendly and understanding. They did their best to accommodate us to the best of their ability. Because of the ending outcome Id use Turnkey again to book a property. Ill just do better research on the place first.

We had a great experience with TurnKey and with Erica at the Downtown Nashville loft we stayed at. We felt very welcomed and the Turnkey App made finding access codes and door codes a snap. Close to restaurants, Starbucks, and downtown in general; we parked our car and walked the three days we were in town.Some of our favorite things about this loft included cleanliness, architecture (if you like industrial, you are in the right place), and convenience to downtown. Add in the bonus of key codes instead of keys and a full kitchen, if needed, and we had everything we needed and more.

Great location for a family vacation! Nestled among the trees., in a very peaceful setting. The cabin is very large and has lots of space for social distancing. It was our first trip out of the house since the pandemic started and we had a blast! The game room, spa, and huge kitchen were awesome. The cabin is also close to Blue Jay and Lake Arrowhead if you want to venture out for take out or Starbucks. We will definitely come back!

We stayed in a house in South Lake Tahoe, California, managed by TurnKey in March 2017. The location was perfect-- quiet street, but close to Heavenly Ski Resort, a main thoroughfare through town, and shopping/restaurants. It was a great space for my husband and me plus my in-laws to spread out, relax, but still spend time with one another. Love the amenities-- remote controlled hot tub and first class kitchen were the best. The master suite is idyllic. TurnKey communicates extremely well, and I was pleased that they checked in with us via text after check in and called in response to a question I emailed. Very professional. Ill look for more of their properties in the future.

This was the perfect place for our family of 3. The house was very comfy, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Very close to the village, the zoo, and the snow play area. There was also a hill around the corner from the house that we were able to safely sled down the hill. Overall, we had a nice 3-night stay at the 2BR Charming Bouldin Cottage. I loved the feel and style of the house, and it was a perfect location for out trip to Austin. Our experience with TurnKey was very good as well. We did notice that the house wasnt quite as nice as it could have been, and a few changes would have made it wonderful. 1st and most important - the beds were not comfortable. We had 2 adults in each queen sized bed, and we all noted that the mattresses were saggy and unsupportive; also the bedding left something to be desired. It was cold outside during our visit, and fluffy comforters and extra blankets would have been welcomed! Other touches that make a place truly comfortable (like hooks for towels and hangers for clothes) would have been appreciated as well. 2nd - the bathroom drain was very slow, something that you really notice when you have four adults sharing a bathroom! And 3rd - the general cleanliness of the house was good but not great. My aunt found a dirty nightgown under her bed. Also, the water filter indicator light on the refrigerator was red. That said, there were many nice homey touches throughout the house. Also, we loved the lighting, the kitchen and the Bose radio. Overall, we appreciated the experience, it was much more memorable than staying at a cookie-cutter hotel!

First off the home itself is really nice and comfortable and also everyone that I spoke with at TurnKey was professional and courteous. When we arrived there were a few things that the cleaning crew had missed and thus was our call to the TurnKey staff to inform them since this particular rental had a $120 cleaning fee and I felt that we did not get our moneys worth. The island when we arrived had sticky cup rings on it and there were no paper towels so I called to see if they were kept somewhere specific since the rental agreement stated that a basic starter supply would be available but there werent any paper towels on site. The fold out sofa had popcorn kernels folded up into it which left greasy butter stains on the mattress cover so it was obviously never checked. The floor had not been mopped and the dust broom did not do very well if it had been used. The next morning revealed baked on coffee residue at the bottom of the coffee pot which couldnt be seen until the coffee pot was removed from the maker. We cleaned the pot to use and when brewed found out that the top of the handle would pop loose causing us to nearly burn ourselves and almost spill it. Supporting the bottom with a cup towel solved the problem. I again informed TurnKey and they said they would note it and replace it with a new coffee maker. While we did not receive the new one before checking out the next day, I was called on Sunday morning and asked if the new pot had arrived which I replied no and was informed that one was on its way. The last issue we had involved food dried on plates and some silverware which at first had us reeling a bit and so we hand washed everything we were going to eat with, but after loading the dishwasher we noticed that the soap door had never opened for the load before us and that soap was still in there. We ran the dishwasher that night to clean all of our dirty dishes and it washed them just fine. Because of the nature of the issues at hand TurnKey said they would refund the cleaning fee and I am here to state that they have. I have rented with several different places such as HomeAway etc. and my experience with TurnKey was A+ and would not hesitate to rent from them again.

Stayed here in the Pompano Beach rental this past weekend and it was a beautiful house and beautiful experience. The code was a nice touch so we didnt have to worry about losing keys or even meeting someone to collect keys to gain access to the house. The sleeping arrangements were comfortable for all - 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. and the kitchen was well configured, a bit small for more than 1-2 people to be cooking in there at a time, but not a big deal. The pool was fantastic and warm the entire trip, but didnt like that we couldnt heat it up on our own when it got a bit colder outside, hence a bit colder in the pool. We would have had to wait for someone to come set it.The sand pit with beach chairs was a really nice touch, Id say the only thing missing was a fire-pit, but that is just preference. The grill was perfect - big enough to cook for a bunch of people (always a concern) and the table outside was nice, only issue with that was there were hundreds of little nats/sandbugs that infested the table, so we didnt eat outside. Aside from that, couldnt have asked for much more. Overall, 5 stars. Glad we stayed there and would def stay again.

I stayed at a TurnKey Vacation Rental for a long weekend in in Nashville, TN. It was totally perfect! The directions were clear and easy, the key pad worked well, and the apartment was clean and exactly like the photos showed. There was cable TV and internet, which we did use due to some rainy weather. I also appreciated the secured parking spot. There were some added bonuses like recommendations of what to do in the area, a full kitchen with any supplies we would need and bathroom had trial sizes of shampoo, conditioner and body wash.I recommend downloading the iPhone App, too. It made accessing the apartment and updates (an early check-in time!) very easy. The App is free and added value to my stay.I would recommend using Turnkey in the future!

The condo was in good condition and the location was very good for our needs. We were not there specifically for the beach but were playing in a soccer tournament on James Island. We could walk over the bridge to the beach area pretty easily. One star off the review because there are a lot of rules to follow, and particularly the parking is pretty limited if you have more than one car. Plus, the steps to the second floor unit are very narrow!

Myself and three of my girlfriends stayed here for a girls/bachelorette weekend and couldnt have been happier with the house! The house was clean, linens were provided along with silverware and dishes. We loved how the house was decorated and there was plenty of room for the 4 of us. The only thing that I would give a heads up about is the train that runs behind the house, though it didnt cause issues with sleeping and I would suggest having a larger curtain across the living room window so it fully encloses it. The TurnKey representatives were extremely nice, helpful, and responsive when I called them about just a few minor things to fix, they sent the handyman (who was super nice) the same day, and also sent out people the next morning to mow the lawn. We had an amazing Nashville visit and having this cute house helped make the weekend even better!

We had a great experience in Spicewood with Turnkey. We started out slowly when we arrived and the cleaning folks had not finished the job. We called and the management team got right on it. We received several calls to keep us in the loop about the cleaning being completed before we went back after visiting our relatives. Everything was in tip top shape when we got there AND Turnkey gave us a $215 credit! The deck overlooking the river is huge and beautiful. We wish there had been more time to hang out there. 5 stars was easily achieved during our experience. Thank you Turnkey!

DO NOT RENT FROM TurnKey or Vacasa!We spent 9 nights on the big island in Hawaii in November, 2021. While We had no issues with the property(condo was nice enough-see my review on VRBO), the TurnKey/Vacasa group was unprofessional and horrible to deal with.The shower head in the second bathroom broke and flew off of the wall mount into the back of our daughter’s head! Imagine if that had hit her face! Surgery would have been required! She had a headache, huge bump on her head and we missed two days of activities due to the discomfort. It took two days to get maintenance in to repair the shower causing four of us to use one shower. We paid over $500 per night for this condo and TurnKey/Vacasa, after being pestered by me, reimbursed us $185 for the inconvenience. They made no comment of apology for my daughter’s pain and bruise. If we had stayed in a hotel(we are extensive travelers and have platinum status with most major hotel chains), the property would have comped us for the cost of the room until the problem was resolved. The TurnKey/Vacasa strategy…put you on hold, return to the call and state they have done all they can do…Same strategy used by management when I insisted on speaking with a supervisor.Unprofessional. Irresponsible. Abysmal behavior. Extremely disappointed. I could not recommend this company, and hence its rentals, any more poorly. Stay with any other company, especially Airbnb or a major hotel chain.I am amending this post on January 9th, 2022. After discussion with TurnKey via email, they have responded in a quality, professional manner. The issue has been resolved and we are willing to give a TurnKey rental another try in the future.

It was a great experience overall, we rented 2 different properties last week for a conference that was being hosted in Austin. I would recommend you verify the number of beds available. We had a few cancellations within our group so everyone was able to sleep comfortably, if we would of had a full house that would of been a different story. The online description was slightly deceiving.This is our second year to rent with Turnkey and the properties are always clean and ready for use. Well be back next year!

We had a really great time in Nashville! The house we rented through TurnKey was in the perfect location. It was clean and pet friendly, as we had our 2 dogs with us. We did however have some trouble with the locking system on the front door. It was very hard for some of our guests to lock it. It was also very rainy at first when we were there and there was no doormat or rugs so the floor was pretty wet. Also, I am one that needs noise to sleep amd there were no ceiling fans or window fans so I had to go buy one after we arrived. It would be nice to,uave those things in the house if guest need them. Overall our stay was great and we would rent with TurnKey again.

This was a nice condo, only one block from Main Street Frisco. The finishes were fairly updated. The property managers were helpful and easy to contact. My only two suggestions... the beds and bedding could use an upgrade, they were comfortable but not on par with the rest of the unit. We were disappointed we couldnt have late checkout, but to be fair, there were renters coming in the evening of our check out. We will keep this unit in mind next time we rent in Frisco. Thanks!

Good location as long as you dont want to be directly on the beach. The house was nicely decorated and the kitchen had plenty of dishes, utensils and pots and pans if you choose to cook in. There are not a lot of restaurants close by but we did eat at Tacky Jacks and had breakfast and dinner at Sassy Bass which we really enjoyed. You might want to stop at the grocery store on the way in otherwise you will have to drive back about 15-18 miles. There is a very nice swimning pool for guests staying at this location. Overall this was a good experience.

Very nice, lots of room and great location, they were quick to respond to questions. I would give it 4.5 stars as overall it was as expected in photos. I would have bumped it up to 5 except for a few minor things. We could only find one washcloth for both bathrooms, we had three people. The glass ware and coffee cups were a very minimal number, cant imagine if 8 guests were staying. Not a big deal if only staying one night, but we stayed 3. Maybe people steal such items and they have not had time to replace. Overall, we enjoyed and would recommend.

I absolutely loved the set-up and most of the grounds of this location. The game room was fantastic and the hot tub had an incredible view. My only complaint is that I asked for handicap accessible and my mom really couldn’t do to much with the tub or the yard. The beds were also rather small but high in the air. We made the best of that and the younger part of my group loved it! Maggie Valley was sort of more quiet than I’d hoped for due to many places being shut down for repairs after the storm earlier in the year and that would have been nice to know as well. All in all I would highly recommend this property if you choose to visit Maggie Valley. The location is on point and we were within minutes to many options.

Our townhome in Bend, OR was in a beautiful spot overlooking a pond and the golf course at Widgi Creek. 3-bedroom, 3 bath, nicely appointewith a lovely deck. Making reservations, checking in, etc. all went very smoothly. The house was quite clean, except for the dirty socks my brother found under his bed. Also, my other brother, who lives nearby, had to hose the bird poop off the deck before we arrived. That should have been attended to. The furnishings were decent. A second TV would be nice to have and more channels than just basic. The kitchen needs more utensils and cooking items. The water heater was turned down when we arrived. Perhaps a reminder about those kinds of things would help. All in all, a good experience, and we enjoyed our stay.

This property is a great retreat! The location is isolated yet only a 5 minute drive from Blanco. Everything we needed was made available and Turn Key management was very responsive to our questions and needs. One of the door locks was not working properly when we arrived and we were able to contact TK management and get the problem resolved in less than 5 minutes. Great customer service! The property is located on 17 acres and we saw all kinds of wildlife including deer and bird sightings and a few critters we would have rather not seen like scorpions and wasps. The river access was so convenient, and we had a blast floating on the Blanco River just yards away from the doorstep. You will need to bring your own floats and if you have a vehicle (we had a JEEP and a truck) rugged enough to go up and down the steep road to the river it is a great way to take your supplies and spend the day riverside. Otherwise you can access the river in foot using the steps. The beds were comfortable, both cabins were clean when we arrived and both kitchens were well-stocked with everything we needed for meal preparation. We will return again.

We had a great stay at this property while visiting our daughter in Austin. The condo was very clean, well equipped and the service we received from TurnKey was stellar. There were some minor things in the condo to attend to and they were very responsive and got them fixed.The neighborhood is a mix of old and new with a fair amount of new building going on. Its very easy to get around the city from this location; its close to downtown and East 6th (closer to I 35) is up and coming with a lot of cool bars and places to eat. It is not walkable to many places. However Palomino Coffee is on 12th St about 1 mile further east and is a great little coffee shop. I walked there a couple of times!!12th is a busy street so you can expect to hear traffic. And yes, the garage is quite cozy so if your car is not on the small side, youll be parking on the street or perhaps parallel to the garage like I saw in many of the other units.

38 Blazing Star Santa Rosa Beach, FL.I was sent a key code a week before arrival then sent another a day before arrival. I inquired as to which key code to use and was told to use the current one just sent. My elderly parents arrived before we did at 9:00pm. No lights were left on the front porch so they couldnt see to even enter the code. The driver that dropped them off had to shine his car lights onto the front porch so they could enter the code, which didnt work. I recvd a call from Turnkey saying they had to use another code. Apparently when the second code was sent that was for an early arrival which I never asked for and didnt know it would be inactive if you didnt check in early. Poor communication! On past reviews someone else had made a comment that the home needed a deep clean. I thought since someone had made that prior suggestion this issue would have been taken care of. The surface areas are somewhat clean but this homes needs a DEEP CLEAN. The shower pans are disgusting & need to be scrubbed. Refrigerator doors & Dishwasher door are stainless & need to be wiped down to remove all previous fingerprints/food residue. You need to step over all the bird droppings leading to the front door on the wood walkway. Looks like someone might have attempted to clean up but left most of the trail behind. As the day started to heat up the droppings started to melt,so gross. Needs to be hosed/pressured washed off. So many lights burnt out,need replacement bulbs.The best was the cockroaches inside the home. Killed several but one living inside the downstairs bath toilet would come out to greet you only to run back and hide. Prior to leaving I sent an e-mail to Turnkey asking what the Watercolor fee included & if pool Towels were available. I was told yes, but there were NO Towels! The second day I called Turnkey to ask where the towels were & I was told that wasnt included. Also informed them of the dirty cockroach infested house & there response was Sorry. Obviously nothing was done to correct.

We used TurnKey for the first time when 11 of my family members rented a villa in Fort Lauderdale. Turnkey was professional each time we called from before our trip and during our trip. We had issues with the wifi and they were able to assist us. We also had issues with the Nest thermostat in the home as the air conditioner was extremely cold and they sent out an agent to fix it. We would definitely book with them again!

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and convenient. True to its online description and photos. It is an older building, but tastefully decorated. The kitchen is small but appliances new, including an ice maker in the freezer. The shower had good water pressure. We didnt have a car (and didnt need one) but there was a space and a card for a car. The convenience store across the street had essential items (and good subs, hot dogs). The owners were very nice. If a regular grocery store is needed the Hollywood Trolley downtown stops by the new Publix. Used the laundry room without any problems. Area is quiet. Enjoyed the walks up and down the Broadwalk and trying various restaurants. The apartment had beach chairs and towels we used for trips to the beach. So close. If you have a hard time sleeping if its not completely dark be sure to bring a sleep mask. The apartment building across from the bedroom window has bright lights. Great for security, not so much for sleeping. Would stay there again. Turnkey very quick response to an Issue with one TV.
