My family and I were in Dripping Springs for the weekend to attend a family wedding. The house was absolutely beautiful and made for a perfect get a away to relax and enjoy some great time and conversation with one another, whether it was in the open living room and kitchen area or around the heated pool with a beverage in hand. There were plenty of games available and an impressive supply of sunscreen, towels and pool accessories. On the morning of our departure, we were enjoying the heated pool and the plentiful seating around it while looking at available dates of the property to schedule a return visit.

Hill Country Camp Starlight is wonderful! I was there with my children and grandchildren. We all had a blast. So much to do and the house is so comfortable and beautiful! Randy, the host is wonderful in making sure everything is perfect. Highly recommend staying here!

We loved staying at Ranchito del Cielo; the property is beautiful and the pool was great for the two toddlers we have - the long steps gave them plenty of room to walk safely in the water. The setting was great and the outdoor kitchen worked great. The only item in the house was the ceiling fan in the motorcycle-themed bedrooms light would come on whenever the A/C turned on which was hard during the night. We loved the house so much, we have already booked it again and the reservation staff was so nice to work with. Our family summer vacation was supposed to be in Galveston, but it was cancelled due to the hurricane, but we could not have been happier with our Plan B.

We had an amazing time at Austin Hudson House. The property is spacious with one (stunning!) main house, a garage apartment, and another studio, giving our group plenty of space to spread out. The home had everything we could want, including tons of games, kayaks, and more beach towels than we knew what to do with.

You get lucky to find a property with amazing picture and walk in to exactly your expectations - this property is it! They cleaned and stocked the entire space. The bedrooms are so roomy and the bathrooms are amazing! We had 18 people in our group and it didn’t feel claustrophobic. The staff were very responsive and super professional. They responded to our emails in less than 24 hours and answered our calls immediately. Will definitely recommend.

We loved staying at the Quit’N Time Ranch in Dripping Springs. The hosts supplied us with an amazing welcome basket that was stocked with everything we needed for a great visit. The amenities were incredible. From the pool, the mini golf course, the media room, and the location - every detail was high-end and went above and beyond our expectations. The entire house was stocked with games, yoga mats, complimentary lotion and shampoo/conditioner, towels, and more. The property had something fun for every member of our group. Our stay was amazing and we will definitely be back soon!

Mystic Enchantment is a lovely, quiet paradise in the Texas Hill County. Our large group was in for a wedding and we couldnt have been happier with the accomodations. This spacious retreat had everything we needed. After each busy day filled with various wedding activities, we ended the evening on the beautiful back deck huddled around the firepit enjoying the peacefulness of a fall night. Many thanks to Austin Vacation Rentals and the owners of Mystic Enchantment for a wonderful experience.

Great experience all around! The booking and check in process was super easy and straight forward. We had to move properties after a few people in our group couldn’t make it, and Austin Vacation Rentals was so flexible and easy to work with during the process. Our rental (Dripping Springs Majestic Hideaway) was perfect. Quiet, close to everything and plenty of space.

Our group of 11 ranging in age from 7 to 75 spent a wonderful week at Dream Escape in Dripping Springs. The house was great, our 15 year old boys particularly enjoyed their own above the garage apartment. The pool, putting green and game room got a lot of use from everyone including a few hotly contested competitions. The house is lovely, well appointed and probably the best stocked of all the rentals this group has shared over the last 10 years. The customer service crew plus Holly, the local manager, responded quickly to the few issues we encountered. Both Austin Vacation Rentals and the house were great!

Our family spent a week at this lovely home. The property is amazing and kept all of us entertained for days! The house is well stocked, and they have thought of everything you could possibly need. The owner even asked us to let her know if anything was needed that might not already be there. Don’t hesitate to book this if you want to get away to your own private resort-like property!

My family got together to celebrate my dads life and it was important that our weekend went smoothly. They answered all of my questions and followed through with exactly what they said they would while making me feel valued as a customer! I would not hesitate to stay at any of their properties again.

We had such a wonderful experience staying at the Shadywood Shangri-La. It was the most perfect place for us! The home was completely immaculate and well organized. We especially loved watching the deer every morning from the kitchen table! Such a peaceful place to be. Will certainly revisit in the future.

Austin Rentals and the Ranch was a really cool find. Like one of those I know a guy who has a friend that knows a lady that might be able to help kinda deals.A large group of long-time friends made big plans to all converge on the Quit N Time Ranch. We came from all parts of Texas to spend the 4th of July weekend together and had big plans to see some sites and take in some activities in the area.As people started rolling in some of us were already feeling at home at the wonderful kitchen bar. Talking, reminiscing, catching up - like we hadnt missed a beat in the time that had slipped away from us. With every couple and person that walked through the door more food was loaded into the massive fridge, another chair was pulled around the bar, and another bottle of wine was uncorked and poured into the Yeti-like wine cups and stemware.Once most of us were there we decided to take it outside. The waterfall splashed into pool where the kids that never met became quick friends. The large outside dining table was organized with munchies and we continued to catch up.The pool became the hangout to beat the Texas heat and was large enough to allow all of us to be in one place - continuing to catch up and meet the new additions to our group. Occasionally, a few would peel off to go hit the putting range or show how great (bad) we are at golf by trying the pitch it onto one of the greens. The life size chess board was put to good use, but as the drinks flowed and our wit waned we switched to checkers.I was put in charge of the BBQ pits - which was a no brainer as I fired up both Webers. Next to the pits was an outdoor lounge area where some of the group congregated to keep me company as I flipped burgers and slathered the sauce on the meat. We all hopped in the shade of the large patio to grab some vittles and continue catching up, talking business, and sharing our lives.As the sun set and the stars rose we carried on the conversations now all trying to talk over each other because, well, we were having a great time. The hot tub under the starts became the focal point as a few weak friends hit the hay.After a nights rest on the Westin-like mattress we woke up to make breakfast and ate as one big family. Then we hit the wineries and local spots.We could not have picked a better place to do this. No hotel would have had this vibe and feel. I hope the Quit N Time Ranch is available the next time we do this. I hope we dont go as long as we did to get back together. Now we have an excuse AND THE PLACE to make this an annual event.This was hands down the best rental home that any of us has been to. We were at our own private resort. Very pleasantly surprised at how nice and well kept the property was. Beautiful views from front and back and the rooms were all big. Loved the tropical backyard with pool, spa and games. Will come back for sure!
