Mike & Melissa manage my property. We have regular inspections between guests to ensure good repair and cleanliness. We are given notice for repairs, bookings and improvement suggestions to make our guests more comfortable. AMZ Getaways does a great job of caring for the guests comfort as well as the owners property. Overall great management company for short term leases. Our guests report an excellent vacation experience.

We just had an amazing vacation up in Canyon Lake and stayed at Beautifully Furnished Sunset Point. When looking for a place to stay we ALWAYS book with Gwen and Mike at AMZ GETAWAYS!! The houses we rent are always beautiful, accommodated with anything and everything we need, never have we walked into a dirty house. They always call and check in with you upon arrival to make sure everything is perfect!! Look no where else when needing to book a lake house in Canyon Lake! Everyone is so professional and will bend over backwards to make sure everything is perfect!! Thanks AMZ GETAWAYS!!Bonus 🙂. When departing we got to meet the owner of the home. Great company with employees who give it their very best to provide excellence for a pleasant vacation rental experience . Our home is one they manage as a vacation rental.... we could not be more pleased with the attention to detail that is given before and after every rental! So thankful to be working with AMZ!!!!

I am thankful to God for AMZ Realty and especially Mrs. Stacy Anderson, AMZ Realtor for her special attention to detail, going above and beyond what I ever expected. When others stopped short or just showed a disinterest or were lacking in communication with me, she made sure that those issues were addressed and rectified. She worked behind the scenes on my behalf. She represented AMZ Realty, in a way in which, I will gladly recommend them to anyone. In fact, every chance I get, I leave her business card because I just want others to be blessed as I have by Stacy and AMZ Realty. Too bad I cant give 10 stars. If you are reading this, they are a 10.

Excellent place to find a rental home for your stay in Canyon Lake. We have our hilltop estate listed with them and they are very professional and very responsive. Mike is amazing!
