This was my second time to stay in this building. Both units were decorated beautifully, comfortable, and had amazing views. Communication with hosts have been fantastic. This is an old building though and on my most recent visit there did seem to be times when there was air freshener being pumped into the building to cover up the old factory smell of oil. After this happened the first time I was hesitant to stay there again but thought it might be better with whatever was being pumped into the vents. It wasn’t. Everything that I took into the building including coats and bags had to be washed multiple times to pull out the smell from the building. The units themselves are perfect but it’s an old building with old building issues.

Grace’s place was the perfect spot for a few of my colleagues and I to stay for a conference. Offered plenty of room for working and separate sleeping arrangements. Conveniently located with the right amenities. Would absolutely stay again

The lift apartment was wonderful. Very clean and nicely pet together. We rented it for the proximity to the convention center. We felt safe in the area. We walked around the park area and the homeless never bothered us. The security in the building was amazing!Mind you that the building was. Built in 1910 and there is an old smell to it. Comes with the territory I suppose. Over all we loved staying there. Thank you!

This location was perfect! Was within an easy walk to everything we needed & just a short drive to Ft Worth. The valet parking so easy to use & only took a few minutes to get the car each time. The onsite activities room & gym was very nice. Communication with the host was very easy and they were very responsive. The only complaint we had at all was lack of mirrors in the apartment, which made it difficult for females to get ready at the same time lol. We will definitely stay here again when in Dallas. Highly recommended!

This place is perfect for a couple visiting Dallas. Great central location very close to everything in Downtown Dallas. The place had all the amenities we needed to be comfortable and happy (TV with streaming, coffee etc). The bed was very comfortable, the room was quiet and the a/c was good too which made for very restful sleep. Very large place with a nice view from the big windows into the city. All in all, great experience. Highly recommend.

Great spot! Loved the stay… my only complaint is the free valet was understaffed and took over an hour on more than one occasion. Come to Dallas on a less crowded week where there isn’t a conference happening and I bet you wouldn’t have that problem. Would absolutely stay here again.

The space was perfectly located next to all the things we wanted to do and in walking distance. We got to walk to the aquarium and the museum. Lots of really good food nearby.The space itself was beautiful. The view from the wall of windows was amazing especially during the lightning storm we witnessed.This space had everything we needed, was easy to find and the host was super responsive providing all the pertinent information we needed. We would highly recommend!

We chose this Airbnb for its location, number of beds and square footage. It was the perfect location as it is walking distance to downtown Dallas. We had plenty of room for all our guests. The unit was clean, beds were comfortable and towels and shampoos, etc. provided. Thanks for the coffee pods. We had to ask for extra cutlery, but that was it. They delivered it the next day. Thank you we had a great day.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. This whole building is an absolute nightmare and I would hate to see other people have their Dallas trip ruined by these people. The entire building reeks of marijuana and chemicals, it will permeate through your clothes and you’ll have to wash them twice just to get the smell out. There are roaches and all sorts of other critters in the rooms. Plus plenty of mold in the bathrooms if that wasn’t enough for you. They will offer to “upgrade your room” if you complain but it won’t be any better, you WILL get sick from staying here.The outside of the building is surrounded by homeless people and garbage and you have no choice but to leave your car with the valet if you want the free parking, seems odd to me as the valet line was wrapped around the block and self parking would save so much time. Only one elevator was working during our few hours in the building too.They are actively suppressing reviews on Google, Yelp, and Airbnb itself. A majority of the 5 star reviews you see are fake which is why I am leaving 5 stars myself. Please avoid this property.

This is a nice little apartment style unit. It was pretty comfortable. A couple of little complaints I had:1. Strange strong smells in the hallways.2. It was a quick walk to the convention center, but you had to walk through a park full of people that made me a feel a little uncomfortable.3. Not a fan of the cement floors. It was pretty echoey.Other than that, everything else was nice. Id stay there again.

Grace and staff did and outstanding job hosting us fr four days. It was definitely a super host experience.Do not worry about homeless people. This place is located in downtown Dallas close to everything. There is NO TENT city of homeless people close to the location but as with any large city there are homeless people who are down on their luck. Yes I saw A few and even spoke with them. It is a super safe location. There is a convenience and liquor store located in the building. It’s close to everything in downtown. There is also a very safe parking garage if you’re driving or you can Uber at a very reasonable price.The photos are accurate. It was impeccable as far as cleanliness and the only smell in the building or unit was CLEANING supply smells. Not mothballs. I could have eaten off the floor it was so clean. The views from the unit we rented were outstanding.The building is EASY to access if you can punch in some numbers on a keypad.I will definitely rent from them again for both myself and clients. You won’t find a better rental unit but more importantly Grace went above and beyond to assist with any small issues we had. They answered with in minutes and you do not get that from most rental places. Plus it was 1/3 of what the crappy hotels charge.

We were there on 07/26-07/29………very spacious apartment for 6-8 people. Super roomy bathrooms, super comfy beds. We had no complaints really. Valet parking included, a big bonus because the property connected had to pay for parking. The space was cute, and sound proof. near all things needed….food, shopping, entertainment. I would definitely stay again especially with my party size. P.S. it looked exactly like the photos online

Stayed here for a two week vacation in Dallas with my family. The space was bigger than expected and really clean. Access was easy and the building felt really safe as a lot of other families were staying there. Highly recommend, the hosts are really friendly and will help you with anything.

My group and I had a great stay at these loft style apartments. the loft was very nice and industrial. It was spacious with smart tvs for our entertainment and huge windows to watch the beautiful skyline.There is a homeless shelter nearby but what major city doesnt have that issue? We werent bothered by anyone and everything we wanted to explore was only a hop and a skip away. Access to the building was interesting but the host was proactive and made it easier for us. The parking garage with valet was easy to use and we had no issues getting our vehicle out for the day if we needed it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and left with minimal complaints.

I rented a 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment while staying for my daughters wedding on July 13. I wanted a big place where my daughter and her 4 bridesmaids could meet the day of the wedding and have hair and makeup done and get dressed for the wedding that night. The wedding venue was 3 blocks away. The apartment was perfect! Extremely clean, very roomy, well accommodated, and had an excellent view. My only complaint was that I did not feel safe coming in the front of the building because of homeless people in the park across the street. You can enter the back of the building which is in a more secure location. There is also a convenience store with coffee in the back of the building which was nice. I highly recommend staying here, but would enter from the back.

We LOVED staying here! It was perfect for our Mary Kay convention! We got to be all together comfortably! Check in was easy, clean, pool was great! We will be back! The only thing that was a little scary was the Homeless camp to the north and the people walking in the front entrance Which we knew had nothing to do with the building itself and our service. I would just advise others to come in the back entrance by the Fairfield and Towne Places Suites where it is a little safer. Other than that it was perfect!! Cant wait to book it next year!!

Hi, just letting you know that though we enjoyed our stay overall there are some issues I would like to address: all concerning the Bathroom1 - missing/ loose tiles in the shower floor. This is not only a tripping hazard but could lead to a cut foot injury. My wife had to go out and buy a shower floor mat so we could comfortably shower.a- The light in the shower stall was not working.b- The exhaust fan was not working.c- The vanity mirror in the bathroom there were several light bulbs not working.d- With such a large bathroom there was only 1 hook to hang anything on.There were No towel racks, No shelves, No soap dish. With such a large bathroom you could easily have a bench to sit.Very poor planning on bathroom essentials.2- The rest of the apartment was great.a - comfortable bed and spacious bedroom.b- big walkin closet.c- great kitchen with all the utensils you would need, clean big refrigerator.d- plenty of cabinet spacee- the building is secure/ though the key entrance pad gets super hot because the sun rays are hitting it all day long so be careful. Its covered by a metal cage so it gets 🔥.f- the valet parking was great (Free)....one of the best perks was that they provided indoor garage parking. Very easy to drop-off or pickup your vehicle.We contacted our host as soon as we arrived and she was fantastic. Helped us navigate through the process of checking in. Thats it. Great value for your money.Its definitely a good deal. Enjoy!

The apartment is absolutely beautiful, tastefully decorated and well appointed. It has ample space with very nice views. The building is very safe and well secured through the code system.The host is extremely communicative and transparent. I don’t think you can find a nicer property at that price point. The neighborhood is in close proximity to some good spots, though there is some homeless clusters nearby (like most large cities these days), it was a non issue.We had a very enjoyable stay and the property was perfect. We had a great stay with the kids (Thursday- Friday). The apartment was clean and safe. They responded quickly to noise complaints. We were assigned a Host who checked on us and responded promptly to questions. We really enjoyed the free valet parking and game room- it was unfortunately closed on Saturday. The smart tv was also a plus, since we could stream movies and shows. We walked to the Farmers Market twice once for breakfast and once for dinner. There were several homeless people around but it wasn’t an issue for us. I would definitely choose to stay here again!

Easy And beautiful views - very New York Penthouse feel and all the details are considered from parking to check in. Just follow the directions that they were so careful with. Someone was available immediately and 24-7 and theres a whole team from the parking garage staff to the building manager who all are ready to help and work with excellence to ensure you enjoy your stay and everything is simple. I stayed here because my kids had to be at the convention center for a competition. It was a 5 minute walk, I didn’t even need to rent a car but the parking was free at the apartment. I felt safe in the apartment and slept well. Everything was so comfortable. Love LOVE this place.

If you are looking for downtown then this is your place. The loft was plenty big for 5 of us. Ovie the property manager was very attentive in getting us access to the loft. The valet was super easy and secure. Unloading in the front is much easier than the walk from valet. Don’t be alarmed by the high number of homeless.We were on the 7th floor. Upon entering there was a horrendous mothball odor. It never went away but we got used to it. And some of the clothes required two cycles when we got home. The coffee maker never worked but we enjoyed Palmieri over in the farmers market each morning.I would stay here again but hope to be on a different floor.

We adored the apartment building, atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The apartment itself is very spacious with the most comfortable beds we have experienced in quite some time. The only complaint was not have a luggage carrier as it’s a good walk from the parking garage to the apartment with all your luggage. We did feel for the Valet guys as they were working out of a makeshift tent in the freezing cold and thought they should have had more than one person working at a time. We will definitely be booking with Amyfinehouse again for our next business trip. People have complained about the homeless outside the building but they do not bother anyone.

Amazing stay at Graces place. Furnishing and pictures didnt match however the place was beautiful and clean. We didnt get the balcony and view of the pool but the view of Downtown Dallas that we did get was even more beautiful and appreciated. There was no disturbances the entire weekend, no loud noise and no bad smells. Our bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. Outside the building, after hours had a few homeless laying around but thats expected in nearly every big city downtown. The doorways were clear of them though. Check in was easy and we even got a late checkout easily. Hands down, without a doubt, well definitely be booking with Grace in the future! It was Home away from Home. Thank you Grace!

We stayed for 2 days and the apartment had everything we needed. The information was organized well. Helpful tip…make sure to get all codes for entry. Great view of downtown Dallas. Beds were comfy, and I appreciated multiple K Cups for the Keurig. The valet folks for the bldg. were very courteous and response to our questions were always answered quickly. I would definitely book again.

Great host and a beautiful apartment in a great location! My sisters and I decided to have a staycation in Dallas. The apartment was only minutes from bars and restaurants in Deep Ellum and Bishop Arts.I had challenges getting into the room (user error) but Grace was so responsive and helpful. There was maintenance issue with the elevator but Grace proactively gave us a convenient work around so there was no negative impact. I will definitely book again.If you are looking for a clean central location to have a fun weekend in Dallas this is the perfect place to stay!

I was skeptical at first because of some of the negative reviews but this place was perfect! Only thing I wish was better is the bed mattress. Homeless people are everywhere downtown (police too!) for the ones complaining about them. I saw none sleeping or hanging outside the apartment. Well worth the money and in a great location.

Such a unique building and fantastic apartment! Beds were comfy after a long day, the showers had good water pressure and the kitchen was great! Loved the huge windows! Felt like a home away from home while we were visiting.

The apartment itself was a great value, super clean. It is not really a two-bedroom, they just divided part of the living room with curtains and put another bed there. I would give 5 stars if it wasn’t for the location. Neither myself nor my family felt safe in that area, but this was just us, maybe others will feel different. I would also ask them to add pictures of the building entrance to their profiles to give folks an idea. Valet parking was awesome too!!

The outside of the building was a bit more dated/run down looking than I thought it would be based on the photos. The valet parking was a great feature. Only one working elevator made for long waits. We did send an email that never received a response but it wasn’t critical to us entering or exiting the building so didn’t negatively impact the stay.

This place was a great value! The apartment was stylish and well equipped. Especially enjoyed the pool and washer/dryer in unit. The valet parking in the garage is included when you book and this gave us total peace of mind when getting in later in the night. Grace, our hostess, was accommodating and quick to respond. The home is beautiful it’s close to many attractions in downtown Dallas. The owner of the place is so sweet and very helpful in resolving any issues to accommodate you. Wow! This place was every bit as beautiful as the pictures!! We loved our stay and would definitely choose this place again.The curtained off area is such a cool idea and a unique way to create an extra bedroom space! The little ties have magnets on the end so when you untie them you can stick the magnets together on the other side to hold to curtains together for more privacy.The view from the loft is wonderful, especially at night!The actual bedroom is super dark and our friends loved sleeping in there but if you’re sleeping in the curtained area you may want to bring a sleep mask if you need it to be dark.The bedroom closet is HUGE and if we had brought our son with us it would have been the perfect place for him to sleep.The pool areas was fun and the work out room seemed to be available through our stay but all the other amenity rooms were locked and not available. It was a bummer to not be able to use the cinema room or the game room but we still thoroughly enjoyed our time!The complimentary valet it a cool perk for one car. Little tip on valet when it comes the check out time… call for your car and give about 15-20mins. There was quite a line to get cars Sunday morning at 11.The are of the building is cool and it was so centrally located. There is a large homeless community around this area but we didn’t feel unsafe at all.There is a small market with a coffee shop and a Starbucks within walking distance.We would recommend Grace’s place to anyone!! We loved it!

Grace was a fantastic host, the loft was awesome, great location for our needs! It has a cool vibe, with somewhat of an industrial feel. Kind of sad to see the high population of homeless in the area, to bad the city can’t help these people out in a better way. I was disappointed that the sheets for the blow up mattress didn’t smell fresh, so we had to wash them before using them. Other than than I would stay there again, thanks for your hospitality.

Great place to stay in Dallas. Condo is huge, bed is super comfy, everything you need is in the condo. In a short walk there are tons of restaurants and a great Market. The FREE valet parking was a huge bonus as I usually pay $40/night when I stay at a hotel. We didnt have time for the pool but it looked nice. We had one minor issue in condo and someone came and fixed it immediately. Grace is a great host, great communication.

This was my third time visiting this property and unit. I keep coming back because of the short distance to the convention center, the parking garage/valet, and the comfortable beds.I was a little disappointed when we arrived and the guest bedroom bed was still not made and there were no towels left for us. I had to contact the host and it got resolved around 8:30 pm. Also, Sunday morning the elevators were down to one working elevator and being occupied by all the housekeepers while several guests were trying to depart that morning, which made it difficult for us to leave the building and get to where we were going for the day. There also seems to be an uptick of homelessness around the building which seemed more than usual.All in all, I would book this unit again for the valet parking and comfortable beds.

AmyFineHouse was such a wonderful host! They accommodated me in ways that went above and beyond. The home is modern, industrial, simple, but beautiful! Very clean. Provided hygiene products, so I didn’t even have to use mine. A washer and dryer. Was super close to the convention center, about a 10 minute walk for super convenience. Parking was superb! Communication was on point when I even managed to lock myself out of the unit. I would definitely come back and stay here if I’m ever in the area again!

What a wonderful place to spend a few days. The view of downtown Dallas, Reunion Tower and the Omni’s nightly light show made for magical evenings. This is the perfect spot to stay if you are attending a conference at the Convention Center or nearby hotels. What a spacious layout with many amenities that give you the comforts of home. The decor is so chic and beds are so soft. I cannot wait to stay here again the next time I am in Dallas.
