Whispering Winds is a great house to rent, just steps away from the water! We kayaked with our own kayaks but they store a few, for use, in the garage. There was about 12 of us and we split up meals that were easy to cook with the full kitchen and dishwasher for use. Beautiful property, peaceful and relaxing!! I highly recommend!!

Stayed at the Home on the range cabin , absolutely fell in love there . Quiet and cozy . Owners welcomed us with a box of donuts , their hospitality was so welcoming . Our 2 younger children fell in love watching the buffalo and playing soccer in their spacious yard .

The home and setting were lovely. The house is spacious for large groups. The kitchen is well stocked and easy to prepare food with several cooking and serving areas. The house was very clean and comfortable. And Aggieland Vacations was super easy to work with. I would highly recommend!

Very Unique cabin surrounded by bison, which came up close the last day! Has everything you need and comfortable king bed! Quiet and peaceful.

Really enjoyed our stay. We had a group of 7 (two couples and 3 singles). Everyone was comfortable and there was a large table we could all eat at. The kitchen was well-appointed, if a little tight on counter space. Still able to cook meals for the group. New AC was quiet and comfortable. Full size W/D if you happen to need it. There is a car charger (didnt use it but thought that was a nice touch). 5 minute drive to campus. The group consensus was we would definitely stay there again!

Our rental was absolutely perfect. Immaculately clean, our host was very responsive, courteous and thoughtful. The loft style apartment was perfect for us and our two kids visiting our oldest at A&M. This will definitely be our new pjs d to stay while coming in town for football games and visiting our daughter in College Station!

Our stay at Whispering Winds in Smithville was absolutely amazing! We had a small graduation party for my youngest daughter! We enjoyed the river, the homemade slip and slide down the hill, the house was perfect and stocked with everything you need! Such a great place and friendly host! Thank you Aggieland Vacation Rentals! Looking forward to staying again soon!

Pulling into the driveway of the River house you are greeted with a beautiful field few. Wonderfully painted rocks are neatly positioned on the side of the steps, leading to the front porch. A good majority of our needs were provided along with medicines and extra sheets if needed. Our family loved the board games and the variety of movies that were provided. During a cold night a warm fire was just what we needed. Thank you Aggie land rentals for a great family experience.

All I can say is WOW!!! Everything about this rental was amazing! The owners are kind and respond very quickly! The house is new, well decorated and spotless . Perfect game day house for multi family rental , 4.5 bathrooms is a game changer . Super convenient location with all the amenities a group could ask for. Thank you .

Our family of 8 (including 2 tiny tots) stayed at the Parkview Cottage in Bryan, TX for a full week. Its a beautiful house in a nice, quiet neighborhood. All of the appliances worked, the backyard is a great place for a cookout, and we enjoyed some good family time. The beds (king, queen and 2 daybeds/twins) were accommodating, but may need an upgrade. The hosting company was very easy to work with.

We had an excellent experience renting a condo in CS/Bryan with Aggieland Vacation Rental. Excellent communication, all the people working there are very professional and friendly. We rented for 7 months and have been very please. Highly recommended.

We have stayed at Whispering Winds several times and each time I leave, I leave with wonderful memories!! We floated down the river, we shopped in towns close by, also enjoyed the restaurants!! It’s the coolest house with a beautiful setting!! Love hanging outside especially with the fire pit!! It’s a great getaway from city life, family trip or for us a girl trip!! I look forward to going again in the future!!

I have stayed at Whispering Winds several times and enjoyed it so so much. Everything you need is provided except food and drinks of course. Its such a cozy, clean and peaceful home with the Colorado River right there. I have done some fishing, tubing and tried my hand at Kyacking and totally enjoyed the scenic riverbanks. Its my go to place for getting away to enjoy nature and some peace and quiet. I also enjoy visiting the town of Smithville thats right down the road with its boutiques and art stores. Its a perfect get away.

We stayed at the Lucky B ranch( Home on the Range) for a getaway weekend during COVID. Everything was wonderful! The place was very clean and the outdoor areas were amazing! Having coffee or a glass of wine on the porch was wonderful! The owners were extremely nice and very accommodating.My husband is from Bryan and we even used the pavilion on the property to social distance with his cousin for a wonderful visit! Overall we would highly recommend!

We have staying at the College Station property every year for the last 3 years and have always found the owners to go above and beyond to make us feel at home! The property is comfortable, quaint and quiet. My girls love to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The location is perfect- a country setting close to town! Would recommend this 5 Star location in College Station. Thanks for the great experiences.

We stayed at Blue Ridge Hideaway and what a great Hideaway it is...its a beautiful setting with a gorgeous pool! We enjoyed using the pool during our downtime, it was so refreshing! We met the sellers father, so delightful! The accomodations were lacking nothing, clean, cool and well equiped. We will definitely be back!

I have been staying at properties managed by Aggieland Vacation Rentals for 2 years! Retreat at Waterwood, Maroon Tap and Gateway Getaway were the properties we stayed in. From day 1, the staff was very responsive, efficient and accommodating! They take pride in each of the rentals and this was evident throughout my stays. Rental contract is clear and concise and if there were any questions I was able to call and get an immediate response. Carla, Liz and Stephanie really go above and beyond to make sure your stay is ready on-time, comfortable and exceeding expectations! I will continue to use and recommend ALVR for all of my rental needs in College Station/Bryan area!

The Whispering Winds on the River property is great! It was clean, and had everything we needed for a family get together. Staff was responsive, and friendly. The backyard is amazing, especially if kids are part of your group. We will be coming back when the weather is a little sunnier!

We absolutely adore Whispering Winds!! It is so peaceful and quiet. Plenty of space for a large family or group of friends. I think my two favorite things are the river access and the gorgeous view!! Floating the river is fun and enjoyable as well!
