We had booked a condo that we were very disappointed in, we called and talked to Mike he showed us 111 East Carroll Unit D, it was like a breath of fresh air. We had two dogs which wasnt a problem. We stayed there for a month, its 1/4 block from the beach, within walking distance to beach bars on the gulf and bay side of the Island. Very well furnished, comfortable for 4 people, very clean, from the balconies you can see the gulf.

This years vacation was the best all because of the beach house. Beach house was very nice clean and everything we asked for . The beach house sits perfect in the middle between the bay and beachside you have all the shopping ,food gravity park within steps . This has become a family tradition for 2 years now and will continue to be in the beautiful South Padre Island

Affordable beach house vacation rentals was the best decision weve made last year regarding our traditional SOUTH PADRE ISLAND. Family vacation we do every year!! Mr Mike was super nice i called him booked we arrived he was there waiting for us to show us the condo ....we loved it!!! Very clean and spacious and it had everything we needed!! And we are back this year again!!! Mr Mike well see you soon!!!🌊🌞👙😊

This beach house was everything! It’s 3 min walk to beach access #1 where there are shower heads to wash off sand before heading back in. It’s located near so many restaurants & a gas station. The beds & pillows were clean and comfy. The kitchen has all utensils you need. Inside it’s very spacious & perfect for a summer vacation house. The property manager Mike was helpful. He answered all our questions promptly and was hospitable, thank you Mike! I really enjoyed my stay & I totally recommend!

We really like staying at these condos. They are nice, clean, equipped with kitchen utensils, beds are comfy, close to beach access, and close to restaurants. Prices are great!!! Mike was very friendly and welcoming. We had the best costumer service. It was really awesome to meet you. We had a great stay over all. I would DEFINITELY recommend!!!

Mike met us at the Beach House and went through the house with us and discussed the island and things to do while there. He showed us a book that he has in the house that discusses quite a bit in detail of the things to do on the island with phone numbers and their location. The house was close to everything in the heart of the island. It was very clean and spacious enough for five people to stay comfortable. It was also very close proximity to the beach access which is a 1/2 block away. Will definitely stay there in the future. Thanks Mike for a wonderful stay.

A perfect place for me and my Husband and our dogs.. Everything worked, the beds were comfortable and everything very clean. The location was perfect and within walking distance to the beach and to grab oysters at Daddys.. We will come back and stay here again as soon as possible.. Thank-You to Mike and the wonderful hospitality.. Also, Thank-You for bringing us a hose to wash our dogs belly.. See ya again-

We very much enjoyed our stay at the beach house! Mike greeted us onsite and showed us around. He was professional, courteous and gave us good information about the surrounding area. The location of the house is ABSOLUTELY perfect! The house is just steps away from the beach and has a beautiful private pool. The pool has lots of gorgeous landscaping which provides an oasis of privacy and shade throughout the day. The upstairs balcony outside overlooks the front of the house and wraps around the side, with multiple entry doors into the living room. It was perfect to let the kids play when they were taking a break from the pool!Inside the house was also very nice! The upstairs bedroom was perfect for the kids to hangout, watch tv, relax and have their own space. Even their own bathroom!The two bedrooms on the main floor were nice, however the bedspreads on both beds showed signs of use and looked to need washing. The king bedroom was the perfect size for us but the mattress itself was not very comfortable.The main living, dining and kitchen areas were very nice! The updated kitchen has a beautifully large island, perfect for gathering around!Lastly, just a recommendation for other travelers: definitely make sure to being your own toiletries, as well as paper towels and disposable plates/cups. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes but there are no plastic dishes, only glass. The dishwasher was not working when we were there so we hand washed the dishes however the dish soap provided had a brown tint due to being mixed with different types of soap over time (it still worked tho!). If you will be needing to do laundry make sure to bring your own detergent.Overall we rate the beach house 5 stars! We will definitely rebook and look forward to returning again later this summer!

Extremely satisfied to stumble across this awesome little company. It’s no wonder they were the first recommendation on Google when looking for beach houses on SPI. Management is attentive & responsive. Mike truly cares a great deal for the consumer and displays such hospitality. I could not have felt more at home!! DOG FRIENDLY!!!! The condo was stocked with plenty of towels, dishes, a grill,beach accessories like umbrellas ,chairs, toys for the little ones, and a wagon to haul that stuff out to a pretty close beach access. Nice size patios with plenty of tanning beds.The laundry room is in good working order and the outdoor shower is convenient to wash off sand instead of waiting in line at the beach access.Overall it was a pleasant experience that allowed me to relax & fully enjoy every moment with my family instead of fretting about something I might’ve overlooked. I will absolutely be back and can’t wait to book my future trips!

I started a chat with a gentleman named Mike, fishing off the shore. We got to talking and I asked if he knew of any cool places to stay around here. Turns out I was talking to the owner of ‘Affordable Beach House Vacation Rentals’. Mike set us and our two dogs up in one of his awesome apartments. We had an excellent experience. We had a wonderful time on South Padre due to staying at Affordable Beach House. We stayed in Corral 3. Very clean, and Darrick and Arora were so nice. We are hoping to go back this winter and stay there again. I highly recommend Affordable Beach Houses on Corral.

Affordable and has everything you need. We stayed in a lovely 2 bedroom apartment and it was so cozy we did not want to leave.
