The Ivy was truly the perfect place to host my companys third anniversary party. The venue is obviously gorgeous, but most importantly, it is nothing short of accommodating. Demitri made the entire process seamless, providing a list of preferred vendors to make my selection easier, ensuring that all details and needed information was communicated, and, all in all, truly living up to The Ivys standard of not wanting or allowing their guests to need for anything. My favorite part of the night was the added ease of not having to worry about lodging or minimize the amount of fun had since a few guests and I were able to spend the night at the venue! I honestly could not have imagined a more perfect place to celebrate this major milestone with my beloved community, clients, and company partners.

We had the pleasure of meeting and working with Dimitri at Aequilibria event space. She was completely wonderful and gave us a tour of the venue which was gorgeous. Upon meeting her I could tell that she is one of the true members of the event community that values the effort and dedication it takes to put on a great event. If you are looking for an awesome event space or a truly hands down premium rental, this is the place for you. Totally recommendable.

OMG! Have you ever seen a place online and thought well no way it’s that nice in person. Welp…! This one is better in person and amazing in pictures. We have done two events here and nothing comes close to the value of an amazing event space, beautiful and well thought of amenities, CLEAN EVERYTHING (from rooms to common area to kitchen) and the value! We will be back even if we have to make up an event lol! Ohhhhhh the hosts are awesome as well and make you feel like you’re their first customer every time.

I recently hosted a Dirty 30 birthday party at The Ivy for my older sister, and I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience! The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right, accommodating every request with a smile. They even let my family and I stay the night, which made the whole event even more special! Special thanks to Demetri, who was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. Her attention to detail and warm hospitality made everything feel effortless. I’m so grateful and excited to water this friendship! I can’t recommend The Ivy enough for any special occasion. It really is more beautiful in person. Thank you again!

For one of my best friends 44th Birthday. We decided on a trip to San Antonio from Houston. I didnt want to book us a typical hotel. I wanted something different. I found Aequilibria Premium Rentals online and glad I did. The Ivy loft is simply amazing. Its beautiful, spacious, clean, and it has everything you need to make your stay a pleasant one. My family and I spent a couple of nights here. I can’t emphasize how wonderful this experience has been. I travel a lot. Stay in usually upscale locations and have never stayed in an Airbnb that paid so much attention to detail.There is not a single thing that I thought could have been improved. The place is immaculately clean. Lots of extras . They really do think if everything.

I had such a wonderful experience booking with Demitri. Her place was spotless and had everything we needed for our special day (Bayshower). It was very roomy and decorated so lovely that I only had to bring a few table decorations for the extra tables I brought. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to book a party of 40 people or less it was perfect. Demitri was very attentive and available.

This rental is gorgeous! It was neat, organized, clean and classy.We hosted a bridal shower for the day, and the bride to be was so impressed.We also rented it for the rest of the evening. We found it to be quiet and private.I would highly recommend it! Youll love it!

I recently hosted a private party at this venue and I cant emphasize enough how great my experience was. Demitri was very responsive and maintained clear communication throughout and made the whole process seamless.The venue was awesome. It easily held 35+ people at one time, did not feel cramped in the slightest, extremely clean, and decorated. I will definitely be recommending this to all of my friends and family and will book this venue again.

The Ivy was the perfect space to serve as my green room for a recent commercial photoshoot. It was the perfect, clean, comfortable and cool space for my models to have hair and make up done prior to going on location for the shoot. Plus, the property manager was able to provide quick, helpful and informative service in a time-crunch!

Absolutely AMAZING! We had an event that required some of our team members to travel to town and needed a place for them to stay nearby. We couldnt have picked a better place for them to relax after a busy weekend. The attention to detail that was involved in the stay was impeccable! All the personalized amenities available, more than exceeded our expectations. Demitri was very responsive, and made sure everything was up to standard. I definitely recommend staying here for your next rental needs!

Hosted my wife’s 40th party at “The Ivy” and it was incredible! Easily accommodated 35+ people and then 8 of us (family) stayed the night. Every amenity you can possibly need is provided! Decor is modern and amazing and the facility around it is fabulous!

Excellent VRBO. It was luxury from top to bottom, from the linens to the bath towels, they were prepared to meet all of our needs. They thought of everything we needed and it was very comfortable. Large televisions, comfortable couch and wonderful beds. Would absolutely stay here again!
