We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cabin! As soon as I walked in the door I was so amazed at how clean and romantic it looked. Wow was literally the first word out of my mouth. We immediately felt so relaxed and comforted by the feel of being up in the mountains secluded from civilization. My hubby and I didn’t even need to leave the cabin so we cooked our 6th anniversary dinner right there. Thank you so much for sharing your “little piece of heaven “with us. We visited Fredericksburg, Tx to celebrate my 58th birthday. Our stay at Allies Spot was great! The property was clean, spacious , comfortable & pet friendly. We enjoyed reading about how the property was named after the owners rescue dog who was dearly loved until its passing. The host provided everything that we needed for our stay including dog bed, treats, and leash. We appreciated the attention to detail. Our pup enjoyed exploring the large backyard while we sat around the fire pit enjoying some wine. The swinging bed on the back deck looked like it could be fun, but it was too cold for us that weekend. The property is just a few blocks from main street which was perfect for a celebratory birthday outing with live music, good food & great wine. The check in and check out process was smooth and unlike other properties that charge a cleaning fee and expect you to take out the trash and remove linens, the property charged the cleaning fee and took care of everything at check out. We highly recommend Allies Spot and would consider another stay in the future - maybe in the spring when we could better enjoy the backyard deck.

We stayed at Felsenhaus in Fredericksburg and loved so many things about this home: convenient location to walk into town for wine tasting/dining; quiet neighborhood; lovely colorful and tasteful decor, plenty of options for relaxing in comfy furniture inside or outside on the huge patio. We dined out at lunch and cooked in for dinner, which was easy to do here. The agency was so organized, friendly, and responsive! In fact, we had a tire problem and AAA was not available in time, so one of Absolute Charms staff rushed to our house with an air compressor to pump our tire so we could make it to the tire repair shop before it closed at noon on Saturday! That is special service! We are already booked to return to this same house in March. Many thanks!

The cottage lived up to the billing, the whole place is as cute as can be. We loved the period decor, the cottage was extremely clean, beds comfortable, and stocked with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen (even the toaster is cute). The location was great too, just a few minutes from downtown and close enough to the highway to access the wineries and distilleries outside of town. The fenced backyard, complete with yard games was also a big plus. The owners went above and beyond the call of duty and noticed my daughter had forgotten an item and arranged to send it to us. Would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved the 3 Ten property …. The outdoor fireplace was fabulous… we sat outside every morning drinking coffee and visiting… the large island in the kitchen was great.. we also loved the set up of the house with 2 master suites on one side and two bedrooms and a shared bath on the other side … all king beds… a definite plus!! This is a great place for 3 couples! Would definitely rent this property again …it’s a great location …. it’s located right behind Hill and Vine restaurant !

This place was everything you could ask for and then some. The house was amazing and had everything you need to be comfortable. The view on the back patio was also amazing with a beautiful view of the hill country and all the wildlife you can think of from birds to deer. We stayed for two nights and it was perfect! Spotless and comfortable with everything we needed. The area was lovely even in the winter with deer and squirrels. I would love to see it in the spring when everything is green. We even had space to decorate Valentine cookies. Highly recommend!

Easy check in , clean cabin, very quite neighborhood, cabin decorated well, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster ,mini kitchen stocked with dishes snacks , coffee pods. Best part was the big hot tub. Wifi , TV, fireplace. Will stay again

Stayed at Vero Ranch and loved it! Beautiful, secluded home just minutes from downtown. Everything was clean and well maintained. They even had treats ready for our pet! The communication from Absolute Charm was clear and helpful. The only drawback for this location in particular is that it’s a 20-30 minute drive to a lot of the bigger wineries. It didn’t bother us, but it’s something to keep in mind. Overall, we loved it! We would definitely stay here again!

Jeffrey Springs Moon Creek was absolutely perfect for my family. The interior was surprisingly roomy, with the king bed behind the couches with a great view of the tv, and the bunk bed was a cute touch that our daughter appreciated. The kitchen had just about everything we needed, plus the owners left a basket of farm fresh eggs for our use. The bathroom had a really unique rolling door, which you heard everything through haha. The vanity and towel racks were great although the vanity towel holder was broken and unable to be used. The modern accordion-style shower door was very confusing at first, but we got the hang of it.The highlight was the outer deck with a nice amount of seating, a propane fire pit, and a nice big jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was ready to go and nice and toasty. This property is designated as a dark sky area so you see an amazing amount of stars, and when you shut all the lights off, you can easily see the milky way. There’s nothing quite like floating in the water in pitch black with zillions of stars above you. The property is on a farm, and we very much enjoyed walking around and exploring the area. We even enjoyed seeing farm dogs, goats, and ponies! This is by far my favorite absolute charm property, and I would absolutely come back and recommend it to all. It made for an absolutely perfect birthday experience.

The beds were great, we had everything we needed, plus some delightful extras. I will always look at Absolute Charm properties when returning to Fredericksburg.

This was my first visit to the Hill Country. Absolute Charm gave me the perfect base of operations for a wonderful weeklong vacation. Beautiful room not far from Main Street, close enough to explore but very peaceful. The hot tub under starry skies made for a delightful end to every day. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Despite the 20 degree weather, this Absolute Charm was the perfect retreat after a full day of wine tasting and exploring. The room was spacious, warm with the fireplace, comfortable, and close to the Main Street activities. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for a great weekend.

We loved staying at the meadows cottage and enjoyed how central it was to everything. I wish since we cooked breakfast every morning there that the kitchen had been more stocked with pans and cooking supplies, but I recognize that not everyone will cook when there. We also experienced this weird banging noise in the middle of the night both nights of our stay and could not figure out what was causing the noise. We had a white noise machine so it wasnt that big of a deal it was more just creepy. LOVED how many stars you could see in the sky and how peaceful it was in the mornings. Super close to downtown and conveniently located near major grocery stores. We will definitely use this location again.

Loved our stay a few weeks ago at Anderson Orchard. We visit Fredericksburg at least once a year, and this was our best house yet (5 years staying in short term rentals vs. Hotels). This home was gorgeous! Nice living/dining space. Comfy furniture. Gorgeous kitchen. Beautiful courtyard and patio to sit and relax. The neighbors are a good distance away so youve got a nice view. Deer in the yard. The beds and bathrooms were all very comfortable and nicely appointed. This home is top notch. We stayed just after a busy weekend and the cleaning crew was delayed, but worked swiftly as a whole team to ready the home. Oh, and I used the sauna daily and want one at home now. Dont hesitate to book this one, you won’t be disappointed. Oh, and plenty of parking. The team at Absolute Charm was great, communication was timely. Weve stayed in their properties before and they are always very nice, maybe the best 2 homes ever were both managed by them!

Mary and I loved Hilltop Hideaway! The back deck view was fabulous and the attention to detail was so first class! Thanks for the wine bottle . . a nice surprise. The “flip-on” fireplace switch was so handy! The hot-tub and the deer that greeted helped made it a great escape from all the election frenzy here in Houston. We will be back!

Great property for girls groups. Definitely sleeps 10 easily with 2 more spots on the couches if needed. Please note that the choice of window coverings do not offer the best privacy, but we could not have asked a better space for our group of 10.

We stayed at Biscuit House for our Annual Sister retreat. This was our favorite place in 5 rentals in Fredericksburg over the last 6 years. It was super clean, cool, comfortable beds, and nicely supplied with high end products and furnishings. It was also the least expensive of all our previous rentals! Only a few minutes from Main Street. We enjoyed Hill and Vine and BurgerBurger, all the shopping and a visit to Peach Haus. If you are like me and read all the reviews, believe me! I’ll only stay at properties managed by this company from now on in Fredericksburg!

No wifi, no problem! Best way to totally disconnect! Nature, oh how I missed you! The peace and quiet, priceless! No people anywhere! All alone in the cabin in the woods....just what we needed. All the amenities were fabulous, but the peace and quiet,(other than all the nature sounds)was the best! Star gazing at night then waking up to birds, deer, hummingbirds and jack rabbits, oh my! Will definitely be back when we can utilize the fireplace and outside firepit. Cheers to 25 years for my hubby and I. We will be back!

We LOVED the Texas star. It was exactly what we needed for the weekend. Next time we will book one more night to get all the benefits of the amazing place. I love the cats that greeted us at the beginning of our stay. I looked in the binder of instructions for the weekend and saw something about cat food but couldn’t find any. Given that it was after hours I called and left a message. I’m an animal lover and wanted to make sure all their belly were full if they were keeping us company all weekend. The host texted me and was very quick to respond and tell me that they would get us cat food by the next day.The cabin itself was absolutely amazing. Perfect for a couple trip. We loved waking up to the deer in the yard. Having coffee and a maker was perfect for us. We weren’t sure if utensils would be included so we got some on our H-E-B run but come to find out EVERYTHING we needed was provided in the kitchen.We didn’t get a chance to use the fire pit (burn ban) or the grill but we took advantage of the quiet serene atmosphere and napped whenever we could on the amazingly comfortable bed.The hot tub was fantastic and all the stuff was provided for us. We loved watching the sunset from the back porch in the hot tub. The host was quick to respond when we told them that the jets didn’t work in the bathtub but that was minor compared to the amazing thing I just talked about above. We will be back in the future and look forward to our next visit.

Ive stayed several times at Absolute Charms properties and have never had a bad experience. My latest stay was at the Main Street Retreat Our Thyme cottage this past week. Conveniently located. Room was comfortable, bed was very comfortable, the AC worked perfectly and I was able to walk to the restaurants and shops very easily. Have already booked to stay again in September. My wife and I loved this place. It was a little out of the town but was not a bad drive. We loved all the freebies and appreciated the fact that there were no chores before leaving. The only thing that was an issue was getting in and out of the tub. A little step stool would be useful for shorter people. My wife struggled.. haha. Other than that it was a great stay

The house is very clean, comfortable, and convenient. It is located a short drive from the downtown area, and we did not have any issues finding a parking space Thursday through Tuesday. The swings in the backyard are a nice touch, and we enjoyed them in the evenings. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained. Coffee bar is well stocked, and all appliances worked as normal. There are plenty of dishes to either cook or reheat as needed. We will definitely stay here again when visiting the Fredericksburg area.

My husband and I celebrated our 15 year Wedding Anniversary this past week. We chose Texas Haus to stay for a long weekend. It was perfect for us! It had everything we needed and we plan on returning again! Its just outside of Fredericksburg so we had loads of fantastic restaurants to eat and lots of stores to shop. We spent a day away to visit Luckenbach and Gruene Hall. Then another day we booked a winery tour with Cellar Rats which was a lot of fun. Book it! You wont regret it!

This home is clean and comfortable. Close to downtown (the Hondos end). Kitchen is well appointed. All bedrooms are en-suite..which is wonderful. Absolute Charm was very responsive to our text about the small issues we had during our stay. The backyard and hot tub is shared jointly with any guests renting the back two suites but this was never a problem. The grill hadn’t been used in some time and was not gas (and we didn’t bring charcoal) so we cooked in the oven. Our check in didn’t go smoothly due to a front door maintenance issue and we were left sitting on the front porch stairs after 4pm. I think this is not a regular occurrence for Absolute Charm tho. The one thing I would fix are the pillows. Buy some decent feather pillows to go with the nice mattresses. We would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I had the privilege of staying at this beautiful house in Fredericksburg, Texas. The location is ideal—close to all the charming restaurants and shops in town. The property itself was easily accessible yet private enough to offer a real sense of peace. The space was spacious and impeccably clean, with all appliances and furniture feeling fresh and brand new. The property featured lightning-fast Wi-Fi and refreshingly cold air conditioning.A nice touch was the ambiance upon entering the house, with pleasant music playing softly over the TV. The showers had exceptionally strong water pressure, and the beds were large, clean, and incredibly comfortable.The outdoor space was another highlight, featuring an outdoor bathtub and a large gathering area with a fire pit in the center. We enjoyed a cozy bonfire with marshmallows in the evening. On our second night, we took a dip in the hot tub under the stars—an unforgettable experience.Lastly, this unique property offers a speakeasy, which is a separate structure behind the residence. Its quite the sight, with a beautifully designed interior large enough to host a big party.Overall, this is a premier place to stay in Fredericksburg, and I anticipate it will be fully booked in the upcoming months. We cant wait to stay here again and highly recommend it.

We came in for a couple of days of wine tasting and relaxation. The Rosemary was perfect! It was charming, clean, comfortable, quiet and close to main street. The kitchen was well stocked and the coffee bar had a little something for everyone. We loved the outdoor space, sitting out and enjoying meals each day. We had a problem with the air conditioning which I called about. Even though it was after 9pm someone was there within 5 minutes to help. I would stay again!!

We LOVE the Main Street Retreat! This is my third time to stay at the Main Street Retreat. The bathroom has been remodeled with a beautiful walk-in shower! The area of Cotswold Bungalow is quiet in the back area yet so close to the pool, hot tub, and parking lot. Absolute Charm Wine Tours collected us at the location and dropped us off. Downtown Main Street is a short 3-minute drive. We had an amazing Mother/Daughters/Sisters weekend!

The only thing I as we got in later in the evening, settled in and discovered the ice and water maker wasn’t working which was very inconvenient. We did call the property and they were responsive but unfortunately the water filter wouldn’t be available untilAfter we left. Aside from that we enjoyed the stay.

I enjoyed staying at the GinGin in Fredericksburg TX. It was a lovely one bedroom with a side bed so you can have more than two people stay comfortably in this rental. It is close to downtown and many different spots to explore in Fredericksburg. I really loved the hot tub. I would stay again. I found the photos matched the rental details. I do recommend this location, as it was peaceful and enjoyable.

Overall, we enjoyed Rise & Wine. Its basically what is advertised which is good. Very clean and well maintained and has everything you need for a few days. On the smaller side but fine for 2 people. Enjoyed the hot tub, its well taken care of. Have a few items for consideration, there is always room for improvement. (1) There is limited storage in the bedroom because the closet is padlocked. Would be good to have use of the closet to hang clothes, although there are a few hooks on the doors to use but still, why is the closet locked. (2) Need to bolt down the toilet, its not secure. (3) Consider putting in a Keurig rather than the traditional coffee pot. Many do not use them anymore and its a guessing game on how much coffee and water to use. Keurigs are used everywhere and simple to use. (4) When you replace the refrigerator, buy one that has a water dispenser and filtered water. Many people, including us do not drink tap water anymore so we had to buy water at Walmart. (5) Change the soaps in the shower. Cannot get enough lather out of them to be useful

We enjoyed our stay at the Baron’s creek ranch estate. We had a girls trip and their was plenty of space for our party of 7! The house was so spacious, clean, and cozy. The beds were all so comfy and clean. The hosts were responsive and friendly! We appreciated the make up wipes and make up eraser rags! With seven ladies they were all so appreciated for those that forgot. We Ubered throughout the weekend and it cost about $17 with tip for an Uber XL that fit us all. We really appreciated Sandra from Uber and The Cowboy chauffeur! Both pleasant with big vehicles for big groups. For a fun time, we loved the crossroads steakhouse and saloon (live music on the weekend) it is pricey, but the food is yummy! Our most favorite was the velvet lounge, the young girls loved it and so did I! Such a fun atmosphere in this town! We enjoyed our stay!

We stayed at Orange Blossom Hideaway. The house was great. Beds were GREAT. Location was awesome. Just a few little things. One was tiny sink in bathroom was really unusable to wash face etc. The fire pit wouldnt work, propane was empty. Hottub was yellow so we werent able to use it. The big thing for us was the back door did not have a dead bolt. Both front doors did but the back one didnt. Kind of scary for older women being there alone.

Texas Rose is such charming house. I wanted to say little but it felt very big. The open concept of the den, kitchen and dining made it feel extra spacious. The décor was so cute and very Fredericksburg, Texasy. It gave it such a homey feel. The kitchen was well equipped so eating our own breakfasts and food we brought in was very easy. AND, it was VERY clean. In addition, in this heat wave, the house was very comfortable as the AC worked quite well. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms sparkling clean. The backyard is welcoming with a little deer that we saw a few times back there as we sat an talked to enjoy the evenings. We were able to walk to the shopping and dining on the main street. It was just two blocks up the road. We enjoyed eating at Ottos one evening. We visited William Chris, Augusta Vin, Rhinory and our old favorite, Becker Vinyards. I recommend them all. All in all Texas Rose is a wonderful find and I will definitely stay here again but maybe in the cooler weather so we can use the hot tub.

Yes, it was a little noisy due to thin walls and village-like commons, but it was presumably less noisy than staying further down in Main Street. Very satisfied with the accommodations.

They thought of everything - we had enough coffee, items for the w/d, and bathroom that could last us an entire month. I loved how easy it was to check in and out. Absolute Charm even provided a ton of collateral and coupons that helped with our first stay in Fredericksburg. It was so nice to not feel like we were in a hotel and have to pay the cost of a hotel as well. Right after we arrived back home, we went ahead and booked the same cottage for October.

Efficient service to reserve a room through. The online reservation process process is simple and all emails will explain how to pick up keys and check in. We stayed at The Victorian Mansion Kings Overlook room. The room was great with two chairs to sit in, an electric fireplace, and clean bathroom. The grounds were comfortable with a hot tub and pool. We even had a slight maintenance issue but the house keeper fixed it quickly to the best of her abilities. The hot water heater is instant and run by gas so there will be no running out of hot water! I say the next as a comment only and not a complaint and Im sure all the houses are different. Bring your own pre ground coffee! All the room has is Folgers out of a can and a glass coffee pot. Its the only thing that could be improved on. Looking forward to returning to this property.

We stayed in “Silver Lining” for a quick getaway in December. The house was clean and decorated head-to-toe for Christmas. The owner left numerous thoughtful touches such as Christmas cookies, snack bags, and sweet treats.Unfortunately the beds were the most uncomfortable we have ever encountered in a rental. The king bed we slept in (in the front bedroom) had a cavern in the middle and we both slept very little. We tested the other king bed and as it didn’t feel any more comfortable we didn’t switch for the second night.We thought the house self was comfortable in a convenient, quiet location, but the mattresses are a deal breaker for us. We would not stay in Silver Lining again because of the mattresses.

What a sublime place to stay for our Girls Trip to Fredricksburg! The walkability score for the Agave Chapel is a SOLID A+ and made exploring the Main Street area an absolute breeze. The beds were comfortable for a sound sleep, as well as the big comfy sofa to cuddle up and watch a movie. There was a minor hiccup with one of the latches on the French doors, but it was dealt with in swift fashion. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and coffee fixings. Every detail is just as quaint and lovely as it could possibly be.PRO TIP: High ceilings and close proximity to downtown might be uncomfortable for light sleepers. Just pack yourself a pair of ear plugs. The amenities here are too wonderful to pass up!

Me and my boyfriend spent 2 nights at the Rockview Cabins to celebrate our anniversary. I originally picked these cabins because they were close to Enchanted Rock (the reason we mainly came to Fredericksburg); however, the cabins close proximity to the historic downtown made our 2 days there much beyond Enchanted Rock. The cabin itself was simply lovely: comfy king bed, fridge, stove, all tools needed to cook ourselves dinner one night, a fantastic bathroom with whirlpool tub. The deck was fantastic with two swinging chairs with a simply breathtaking view of Enchanted Rock. At night, it was really funny to be gazing at the stars only to hear the sound of pack of pigs running about. The only downfall of our time at the cabin was when I was stung by a small scorpion in the bathroom. I called the owners of the property and the nice woman rest assured me that I would be fine, and was extremely apologetic. Considering the great time we were having, I couldnt be mad. The drive in the property, while a bit of a drive, was scenic and hilarious when we would bump into cows during the drive. Because we loved it so much, my boyfriend will now be bringing his family to these cabins in July. The cabins aside, the Absolute Charm staff was very accommodating and sweet. They took care of us and the meal vouchers took us to great places for breakfast and dinner. Well be back! :)

Booked a 2 night stay. Had to be relocated, as there were undisclosed stairs, but the staff was friendly and solution oriented. Unfortunately, the next morning, the new homes fire alarm began shrieking at 6:30a, for no reason. This continued for 2 hrs. Staff did arrive and helped dismember the system and put in battery operated ones for our next night. Although there were issues with the lodging, the Staff fixed it, were friendly, and understanding.

Omg.. where to start the VIP treatment or the MVP tour guide?? I had an awesome girls day out on a wine tour celebrating my mom’s birthday. I could not have asked for a better experience. Private, clean, great location.
