    We loved this place! Great beach view and the owners thought of EVERYTHING. This condo is on the smaller side but packed with character and met all our needs. My husband and I stayed 3 nights with our 9 year old. The bottom bunk has its own tv! ❤️

    The condo was lovely, spacious, and well maintained. The owners have fully stocked the kitchen with cooking items, there are tennis rackets and balls, a volleyball, and beach towels for enjoying on site activities. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were decorated well. The bathrooms were stocked with towels, a blow dryer, and each shower had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers. We loved the open layout and the owner even had a variety of cards and board games to choose from. The view from the patio was superb, you get great lake and pool views. We enjoyed the gym on property as well. There are plenty of deer on the grounds and they love to be fed!! We had so much fun feeding them. We grabbed deer corn at the grocery store and the deer would eat out of our hands. We loved our stay on the Island!! This was not our first trip and definitely will not be the last!!

    We stayed at the Birds of Paradise home in Georgetown, TX, and everything was fantastic! The home was beautiful, clean, and well appointed. A Stay Above The Rest made the stay smooth and easy! Checkin, checkout, and communication was seamless. We would definitely recommend them and would stay again! Thanks for a great trip!

    We stayed at the retreat on San Gabriel in Georgetown, TX. I know I won’t be able to put into words fully how great this property is, but I will try. We stayed here for a family reunion with 10 total adults, and two toddlers. It was magical here. It was so spacious, clean, well decorated, and homey. Everyone kept going on and on about how wonderful and comfortable everything was. It seemed like they had thought everything out that we would possibly need. There were toys for the kids, anything you would need to cook a big meal in the kitchen, comfortable, seating arrangements, laundry detergent, plenty of towels, plenty of pillows, etc.! we loved sitting outside on the patio and watching the deer and listening to the wildlife from the river. My kids love to walk down to the river and see the fish and the turtles. The neighborhood is so wonderful and safe. We loved going on, walks down the trail, and even just in the neighborhood. Not only that, but there is so much convenience right next to the house. You’re only about five minutes from an H-E-B and lots of restaurants to choose from. We had such a wonderful weekend, and I know that it was mostly due to this house!

    I had an amazing experience in one of their Galveston units. The view was absolutely AMAZING!! The unit was very clean and well decorated. It looked exactly like the pictures. No detail was forgotten. I most certainly will be booking with them again. Communication is great!

    We recently stayed at this beautiful home and were so very impressed. The home was so cozy and comfortable. I was able to prepare an entire early Thanksgiving meal for our military son since he will be away this year in the very well equipped kitchen. The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions I had. I highly recommend this wonderful home for your stay near Austin, TX.

    Our Point Venture condo “Hogan’s Haven” was perfect. Impeccably clean, well appointed and a peaceful location. We enjoyed coffee on the patio each morning, watching the golfers and listening to the birds. Seeing the dozens of deer grazing at dusk also added to our enjoyment of the location. Would stay here again without hesitation.

    We had the best experience staying at this property. It’s in an awesomeeeee location. You’ve got the restaurant of the year a two min walk away, a cute wine garden down across from that with a pizza food truck & a sourdough bagel shop with coffees and teas. Another 30-45 seconds walk across from that is a trail head for a paved walk and a perfect little yoga studio with the best instructor & drop in rates! We stayed at this cute place for 18 days and we loved every bit of the house inside & out! The inside had every cooking tool you might need to make meals at home & was well stocked & well equipped. The outside had the cutest bistro lit side yard with a fire pit, a hammock & enough seating for a 6 adults by the pit or on the deck which had a separate seating area. Parking for us was easy & we have a beefy suv & a pick up truck. Plenty of fenced yard space for our pups as well. If you stay here, try Birdie’s for dinner, Cork&Screw for the wine garden but grab a pizza at Sammarto’s truck while there- you won’t regret this NY style, made from scratch pizza. In the morning walk over to @practiceopenform for a yoga class with Jasmine and then grab a coffee or matcha & a sourdough lox bagel on your walk back. SWOOONNNNN. Other places to eat that aren’t on the awesome curated list the management company had include: Space Cowboy, Palomino Coffee, Veracruz tacos (any of their locations), Figure8 Coffee, Nixta Taqueria, ATX Codina, South Congress for the ATX experience. Stop into Joann’s for some food & good cocktails or catch a Saturday night flick at Austin Motel. Their whole vibe is so iconic. Live music? Gosh, where do I begin? Continental on S Congress is also iconic, 6th st or Rainey st...to name a few. This house & location was perfect for us & we have 3 kids & 2 dogs! I could totally see this being an incredible spot for friends to meet up from out of town or a girls or guys weekend. Anything you might possibly want to do or eat is either a walk or a short Uber ride away if you don’t have a car. We’d HIGHLY recommend this location. Last but not least the staff at A Stay Above the Rest was TOP notch. No this isn’t sponsored or an ad. We just truly had that great of an experience. The coffee pot glass was broken & they dropped off a brand new one the same day. They answered within minutes of any text I sent. SUPER attentive. Just do yourself a favor & book it already.

    What a wonderful stay. Beautiful historic home in New Bern, NC within walking distance of downtown. So many thoughtful touches throughout the home: well stocked with kitchen utensils and appliances, coffee station, bar station, loads of fluffy towels, crisp linens and comfy beds, outdoor space with fire pit and more! Stay Above the Rest was so responsive too. Highly recommend!

    I completed my 2nd stay with Stay Above The Rest in one of their Galveston units. It was a different unit with the same wonderful experience! I don’t think I’ll stay anywhere else when visiting Galveston. Thank y’all so much for offering a fabulous place to stay with AMAZING VIEWS! No detail is missed. I’ll be back during my next adventure to Galveston.

    Higgins Downtown was absolutely beautiful! They had absolutely every appliance you would ever need.Beds were super comfy, and the linens were top notch.Excellent location to all you need.We will definitely be staying here again.

    I’m not sure there’s enough space to say how blown away we were with our stay. Every detail was thought of and provided for in an amazing way. I think the beds may sleep better than mine at home! Such cozy bedding, plush towels, even coffee, filters and condiments were provided. AND a Brita water pitcher in the fridge! We could’ve shown up with just clothes and had what we needed. The location is perfect, a block away from shops and restaurants, directly across from the Farmers Market and walking distance to Tryon Palace and so much more. Everything was as described in the listing and the response time of the agency during our stay was within seconds or minutes. I can’t say enough good things and we will definitely be staying here again.

    We were in 1224. Place was great. Clean with a great view of the lake and pool. Had a few hiccups when we first arrived getting in the gate because we needed to go though the service entrance with our boat and only had the code for the main entrance. They were very prompt in their response in getting us in the complex. I only mention this because I could tell Angela was doing everything on her end to fix the problem. Had a great time and will be back. Got some lake time in; got some pool time in; ate at some restaurants right on the water.

    We have never been to a place that it’s so fully stocked. All sort of spices to cook all kitchen needs from blender, toaster, two different coffee pots. Tons of pillows, blankets and towels. They even had beach chairs, fishing pole water guns. This place is amazing and super clean they even had a UV light in the bathroom.

    We really enjoyed our stay here! Home was thoughtfully decorated with a soothing rustic modern decor. Cooking was easy in the large kitchen. The large master bedroom with fireplace was very inviting! All three bedrooms had luxurious bedding. We used both the fireplace and fire pit on cool nights. Everything was in good working order and exceeded our expectations. Our 19 month old grandson enjoyed playing in the spacious house and backyard. Having a park with playground within walking distance was such a treat!I especially loved the attentiveness of the property management. The ladies gave timely updates and accurate correspondence; very easy to work with! All information about our stay was provided upfront and was accurate. I highly recommend this property and host. I will definitely book with them again!

    We stayed at this company’s Georgetown house and had a great time. The location is PERFECT for families, or girls trips, etc. walking distance to downtown and surrounding shops/restaurants. A 15 min drive to Kalahari. Beautifully redone historic home. The property management is extremely responsive and prompt - 24 hours a day. I’ve stayed in rental properties all over the country, this one tops them all in terms of customer service. Would definitely seek this company out for rentals in the future!

    A stay above the rest is right! It was a very wonderful property. Very clean and well taken care of. The beds were the best weve slept in. Even the towels were luxurious and fluffy. It was stocked with all kinds of towels and kitchen items. The AC keeps up with the Texas heat.The back porch does have a small drop off. You only need to be careful with small kids and dogs. The house can get loud at times because of an echo. Thats just because its a large house.Overall its a wonderful place to stay. We definitely will be back when we need to visit Austin again.

    Loved my weekend in Galveston! I have lots of wonderful things to say about this property but will narrow it down to the top 3 and keep it simple. First, it was one of the cleanest properties I have ever visited. Second, it was stocked with everything you could possibly need plus some things I didn’t think of, but needed. Third, the host was top notch. Thanks to emails, texts and a fabulous guide eBook all my questions were answers regarding not only my stay, but things to do around town. They even texted me about a festival they thought I might be interested in while staying in town. I would highly recommend A Stay Above The Rest for your next home away from home.

The condo was so clean and fresh that we suspected that we were the first to stay after the complete remodel. The decor was on point and the view could not be beat! We will be back asap.

    Wow!!! I cannot say enough about our experience here. House, was gorgeous, so clean and so comfortable and so much room! Pool was amazing, location was perfect. What few questions I had was taken care of immediately. I rent houses for my girl trips all the time and we all agreed, this was one of the best!

    We had a wonderful mini vacation at one of the properties hosted by A Stay Above The Rest. The property/resort in Galveston was absolutely wonderful with a great view of the ocean.     The view and quiet surroundings are worth five stars alone. The condo was a perfect modern, updated stay for 2. I drove up early by myself and felt completely safe. The bed was extremely comfortable and the place came with all the amenities needed to make it feel like home. There was a bit of confusion with the information for Wi-Fi and checkout time, but nothing to big that could not be figured out. I stayed for 7 days and would do it again. This could definitely be a repeat for rest and relaxation.

    Stayed this past weekend in this unit. Took a short weekend getaway to Lake Travis and had a great time. The unit was clean and came with everything you need. The property is beautiful and I felt secure there. The lake was scenic and I got some much needed rest and relaxation. Will definitely go there again and book with this company again!

    My husband and I and our 2 furry babies stayed here for a week. It was so comfy clean and relaxing! If ever you have any problem they get back to you right away!! The front yard and back yard was so beautifully landscaped! I needed rest and a change of scenery and this place is wonderfull! I loved the screened in porch and looking out back! There is everything you need to bake or cook! Plenty of blankets towels and the best pillows ever! I have stayed in a lot of airbnbs and this is probably the best! Very quiet neighborhood!! I want to stay again when it gets warmer! There is no reason what so ever that you wouldnt love this little place!

    We had the most comfortable stay on lake Travis. Everything we needed was provided and then some . The beds and bedding were very comfortable . My teenagers loved the gym in the morning and pool/ hot tub at night. The scenery was amazing, felt like a castle on our own island . The deer would just walk right up to you, we loved that part as it felt like a different world. I like the safety features with it being gated . We would 💯 comeback and stay again. Thank you

    Our family had a wonderful stay at Oak Hollow. The shady pool was a fun, relaxing retreat in the heat of the day with our grandkids, and we loved the privacy and beauty of the landscape.     We enjoyed our stay very much at the Serenity on Saint Gabriel.The open floor plan and the wonderful views in the backyard makes the house so welcoming and comfortable.We were visiting family in the area and had them over for a meal and several of our family members had children ranging in age from 2 to 6. The house is equipped with children’s books, a chalkboard with chalk and a scroll of paper for them to draw. They also had a cabinet with children’s toys.The big hit with the kids was the treehouse.We really did not want to leave the house and can’t wait for a return visit.We also met the neighbor next-door, who is so friendly and nice, and we had a great conversation about the history of the neighborhood.Whether you’re traveling with children, pets or just as a couple, you will find comfort and beauty.

    I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this property. The place was consistently clean, modern, functional, and cozy - all of the things you wish for in a hotel or other accommodations. It felt like home and made me not want to leave. The owners have obviously put a great deal of thought into making sure their guests have a relaxing getaway type of experience, as well as providing helpful and accurate information about the property, community, and surrounding area. Not to mention, ensuring that guests have everything they need from kitchen appliances for cooking to clean and comfortable bedding and towels.     As a single mom taking my kids on our first official vacation, this place was wonderful! The condo and our view from the patio was amazing and gorgeous! All around is so many beautiful views! We loved everything about this place. It was so relaxing and peaceful. If I needed anything I got a reply very quickly. The only thing I wish is that the indoor pool would have been open but that is a minor thing and did not deter our fantastic stay! ❤️

    We loved staying at A Stay Above the Rest residence in Georgetown TX. The house was darling and my husband repeated about a 1000 times I could live here. We were there for my brother in laws funeral and needed a place that would work for my husbands immediate family. Birds of Paradise exceeded everything we looked for. The beds were large and comfortable. The rooms modern and spacious. The kitchen had everything we could have possibly needed. We spent hours on the deck reminiscing about family events involving my brother in law. There was a BBQ that looked like it had never been used. We fixed that for them. We also took advantage of the hot tub/pool in the back yard. And the guest/pool house was perfect for the family member that wasnt quite as chatty as the rest and wanted more alone time.The neighborhood was just as cute as the house we stayed in. It is a historical neighborhood and we spent about an hour driving around looking at the old houses. But dont worry we were less then 5 miles from a grocery store, Target, restaurants or Starbucks.The staff at A stay above the rest were amazing. Easy to communicate with. Very responsive and we at no point were left not knowing what to do.Thank you so much for making a very sad time so much easier to deal with.The Wagner Family

    The house was exactly as described and pictured. Lovely decor and the fenced in backyard was perfect for our furry travel companion! Would definitely stay again. A nice park is only a block away with walking trails that our dog loved! Close enough in to Austin’s downtown and the University of Texas without being in the busy hustle and bustle of the city, about a 15-20 minute drive.

    Great location! Very clean! The bedroom has a window that backs up to the condo hallway where the light is super bright. The bedroom needs blackout curtains badly! I even tried putting up beach towels over the existing curtains but light was still shining through. I slept terrible. The home guide said there would be laundry detergent left to get you started, but none was left. The home guide checkout needs to be edited and not say load and run the dishwasher before departure. There is no dishwasher. If blackout curtains were added we would definitely be back!

    The staff from the beginning to the end was outstanding, and the booking process was super easy. The condo was extremely clean and comfortable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. We had a great view from the balcony looking directly at ocean. Overall it was a great stay, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a getaway to the Seawall area.

    This is our third stay at this beautiful vacation home. We love because it includes all the amenities of a luxury boutique hotel! While Galveston offers lots of activities choices, we find joy in relaxing on the back porch and patio. It is on a quiet street and we left all our stresses behind while there! It was clean, cozy, and had the feel of home. I contacted the management office during our stay. The response was timely and courteous. The amenities were amazing. The kitchen and pantry were full of useful items. I will definitely stay at the Blue Pelican again.

    This is our second time using A stay above the rest, and this house in particular had everything that we needed for a beach vacation. With the beach only walking distance, and the house being fully functional, we will definitely be back!!! Just down the road is a dollar general that is pretty big. Plus a golf cart rental place that delivers, and then the BIG store is also down the road for all the souvenirs that you could want! We’re use to staying on Galveston island and love it but Crystal Beach is exactly that. The water was clear, and the sand was as beautiful!!! You won’t want to leave this area.

    Absolutely the best rental home we’ve ever booked! The home is walking to distance to almost everything and so adorable. Kitchen has almost every appliance you can think of; makes cooking away from home a breeze. The train comes maybe once a day and isn’t noisy at all. We had a toddler with us and it never bothered him. Highly recommend renting!

    Unit was very clean and in a great location to walk to many restaurants, stores, and activities. Was easy to get across Seawall Blvd to the beach at the light. Great view from the balcony.

    Very clean and comfortable place. The backyard was great to have for our dogs and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Hosts were communicative and I would definitely recommend staying here!

    We had the best time! The kids especially loved the jacuzzi and seeing wildlife from the back patio. Great location to the mountain for skiing and town. Will for sure stay here again!

    Such a cute house. We stayed here for a wedding weekend. The wedding was at Tryon Palace with reception at the museum. Everything we did was walking distance and the house was just perfect, easy and adorable. Would definitely do it all over again at the same house.PS. If there are concerns, the train was not an issue at all. I actually never saw it or heard it but wish I had.

    Out last minute trip so relaxing! A STAY ABOVE THE REST was exactly as we hoped! The condo has super cute beach vibe, everything we needed, walking distance to the beach, simple check in/check out process, impeccable communication, very clean, comfortable bed, and beautiful sunset views!     The little condo was good for us. Loved the beachy decor. We spent time on the balcony enjoying the view of the beach. The bed up against the wall is a downer for us elderly people. Overhead light in the bedroom didn’t work.

    The Machette place was a perfect home for our extended family to stay while we held a memorial for my wifes mom. Its a great floor plan with lots of space for good conversations and the yard is perfect for the dogs. Best of all, theres an HEB close by!

    Weve done cabin/house rental getaways for many years and this home was unique, sweet and close to the beach. The kitchen was one of the best equipped Ive ever seen. Easy to get to, close to many restaurants, and overall very relaxing.

    The house was new on the inside and very clean. Kitchen was well stocked and bathrooms had plenty of towels. I wish we could have walked to a store or restaurant. Lots of Uber rides to get anywhere. Would recommend this house as long as you don’t mind being 20 minutes from downtown.

    This is a wonderful townhome sitting on the golf course overlooking Lake Travis. The king sized beds are very comfortable, the home clean and perfect for relaxing. Check in was smooth. Looking forward to coming back again.

    Great place to stay. Perfect for a small family, clean, nice outdoor area! The only issue we had was the key code not working but we were able to obtain a key and the owners were always available to answer our questions when we needed to get inside or any other concerns. I’m sure this issue will be fixed very soon but it all worked out! We would stay again. :)

    The place was neat and clean. You do need to cross a busy road to get to the beach. The bed has one side against the wall which may be hard for some to get into bed and scoot all the way over. All in all, we had a great time in a great place.
