Very nice, clean, stocked and ready home away from home. All the cookware and utensils you may need. Elevator works properly. The beach is not what i would consider a short walk from the house, but it isnt very far. The outside shower is very slippery due to build up of algae... I recommend a bath mat to avoid slipping. It would also be nice if there were more outdoor hooks near the shower. Overall, i found my stay here to be quiet, peaceful and relaxing without having to load up any cooking supplies. I recommend it.

I would like to start off with I do not normally write reviews but A Shore Thing is A Sure Thing when it comes to a wonderful time in Port Aransas! I have been coming to Port Aransas ever since I was knee high to a grasshopper and this trip was my best experience yet in Port Aransas! The house is HUGE! It has two awesome decks with wonderful views and it is wonderful sitting area that can bring you to a state of serenity. Oddly enough the best sunset view was out the window above the kitchen sink! I was always in this moment of euphoria when I was doing the dish (FYI I hate doing dishes). Also, the neighborhood is very family friendly with close access to the beach’s boardwalk and right next door to the pool. Lastly, what really made my experience enjoyable with this rental was the Owner Rosie! Her friendly energy and genuine honesty made this stay for my family and me nothing but pure bliss! I am 110% sure we will be back next year!!
