Matthew has been taking care of our family for almost 15 years. The properties are always very clean and ready for us to kick back and relax. We have stayed at the cottages and several of the houses over the years and have always had great experiences. Matthew is a local and he knows the island well. If you have any questions about local restaurants or fishing trips, check in with Matthew and he will send you in the right direction. I would highly recommend the crew at 1 of a Kind Beach Houses as they are one of the best deals in Port A.

From the moment you call them you realize that they are very caring people, and they understand that your vacation is special.We had such a great time in Port Aransas and we felt like we were in good hands from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The house we stayed in was very well maintained with a great ocean view. We will definitely be calling Matt again next year!

The rentals are first class. Clean and well furnished with nicely stocked kitchens. Deck over looking beach access. Matthew and staff are top notch. Have 6 years wonderful experience with 1 of a Kind.
