SavATree was excellent to work with for a difficult removal! We had a massive (think 50ft) oak tree in our front yard, very close to our house, that had developed a crack near the split at its base. Wendy was able to come out quickly to evaluate, provided her honest opinion (which I had backed up by two other arborists, who agreed completely), and got her team on the job in record time.The tree posed a huge risk to our house, and likely our neighbors houses, so although we were sad to lose such a beautiful oak tree, I very much appreciated how the SavATree team prioritized a quick removal so we wouldnt have to spend weeks worrying about a sudden storm or high winds.Wendy communicated well throughout the project, and the team was careful and well-organized. They also cleaned up well afterward, and did a great job repairing some minor damage to our gutter. Additionally, this team came in at the best price for removal out of three quotes. Im very happy with our decision to use SavATree for this project, and would recommend them wholeheartedly!

We highly recommend SavATree tree service. We have been customers for at least 9 years ... and have continually been pleased with the multiple services they have provided for us over the years.This year our arborist, Lizzie Miraldo, made recommendations for trimming the large trees on our property and removing a tree that was too close to our house. Although a painful a decision to have a tree removed, it had to be done. Lizzie priced the job (which we thought was a fair price for what we were having done) and then scheduled the work to be completed within about 10 work days after we met with her.The SavATree crew who came out to do the physical work (headed up by Geraldo), arrived exactly on time ... immediately went to work and did a beautiful job trimming our trees and cutting down the tree we wanted removed. We were amazed at how quickly they were able to accomplish everything. Total job took less than 3 1/2 hours.Because the root ball of the tree we had cut down was so big, it could not be removed without disrupting/destroying the hard surfaces around it. So, Lizzie scheduled an experienced professional to come out (2 weeks later) to grind the stump to about 4 inches below the surface of the ground.Not only were all the SavATree workmen knowledgeable, experienced, professional, etc. ... they were also very respectful of our property. Each time they finished their work ... they cleaned up and left our lawn looking as good or better than it did when they arrived. Simply incredible!As stated in the beginning, we cannot recommend Sav-A-Tree Tree Services highly enough.

Eduardo has accomplished the impossible! With his comprehensive professional experience and vast knowledge of lawn care, plus his exact mixtures and timing of applications has allowed us to have an absolutely beautiful thick green lawn this summer…….weed-free! We were very close to ripping out our east side parkway grass and part of our east side lawn due to an over abundance of several types of weeds for the last two summers. We hired Eduardo and Sav-a-Tree (and their Lawn Care Services too, and within 9 months we have a beautiful thick green lawn! Thank you Eduardo!

After the terrible storm in Richardson in May 2024 with damage to 3 of our mature trees, it was necessary to have professionals continue thinning out after tree debris removal. It was so nice to learn that Sav-A-Tree not only removed from top to bottom those damaged branches but took time to shred on-site followed by further clean up. We highly recommend Sav-A-Tree as we have used the service of salvaging our almost 50-yr. old silver maple.

To all potential customers: I highly recommend SavATree - Tree Service. When I called to schedule a consultation, the person I spoke to was Frances. Please keep her because she is a valuable asset to your company! She is polite and courteous. Frances scheduled Kenneth Smith to come out to my home to do an evaluation on my St. Augustine grass. I told Ken that I did not want any chemicals used that would kill the beneficial insects (nematodes, etc.) and he understood this. He said they could provide me with an organic program. I find him knowledgeable and trustworthy and am so very happy I telephoned them!

I hired SavATree to survey my property after a boring company started a fire that burned across my property killing numerous trees. I went into this process not really knowing what to expect as Id never experienced anything like this before. I needed an evaluation on the tree damage caused by the fire to pursue against the insurance company that had already denied my claim just to clean up the damage. SavATree came out to my place on 2 different occasions gathering data/pictures needed for their report. It is obviously a very involved process on their part and I had no idea what went in to it. When I got the report I was blown away by the detail they had come with up for their report and how professional it was presented. SavATrees report of the damage to my place was a huge factor in this case settling before we even filed suit. The cost was minimal and worth it. These folks were super nice and if your in the market for a similar survey do not hesitate to hire them as they will help your case. I feel very sure that their reputation as real tree experts helped my case settle prefile.

SavATree scheduled three days to work on the trees on our complex, the Ambassador House, in Dallas, Texas. Before they began their work, however, they came twice to talk with us and walk the property to learn about what we wanted to accomplish and to share with us their assessment of our beautiful live oaks! In all, we were MORE than happy with the work that the arborist and work crew provided. When we had another question about one particularly old and huge tree that hung over one building, the arborist returned and the foreman of the crew talked with us about the best solution for the tree. The tree is still standing and we are very very happy. SavATree stands by what they state -- they love trees!

We have worked with Preservation Tree for over ten years and have been very pleased with the results. We have both large red oaks and live oaks. What I really enjoy is that when they are through with the pruning you really can only evaluate how much they took off by the limbs on the ground. The trees do not have that broccoli cut look that I do not like.Kenneth Smith is our arborist. He is very knowledgeable and responsive.

Preservation Tree is known as being a leader in their industry. Very professional. Weve used them for a very difficult/traffic Uptown home and now they are managing our big old trees and gardens in the burbs. We love the staff. Kelsey is a young woman who comes regularly. She asks about our new growth plants and never lets the dogs out of the gate. Very professional and PTS is very lucky to have her. She takes her time, walks the whole area, doesnt step all over the new turf and we know that when she is done its a good job.
