We recently had a new telephone system installed by Siriustek and it could not have gone smoother. The communication by our sales representative Tracy Carlton was phenomenal throughout the entire process, as he explained each step precisely. There was a small issue with the new phones the Monday after a Friday installation, but Tracy and his team were able to correct the issue very quickly. They also trained my team on the new system, accommodating multiple employee schedules. Overall it was an outstanding experience working with them! I would highly recommend them. Impeccable customer service!

What started three years ago as a voice solutions provider has blossomed into a full-fledged technology company. SiriusTEK is our go-to business provider for all our technology solutions.As the head of IT at Siemens Logistics LLC, I cant stress enough the commitment to excellence Tracy and Preston displayed when we brought the Siemens Logistics LLC North American headquarters online.The SiriusTEK team was able to provide fully redundant Internet Service providers (500 Mbps WIFI, 1 Gbps Fiber) through UniFi network hardware at a fraction of the cost of other more expensive alternatives (looking at you, Cisco Meraki!). The team was also able to configure all the access points, hang 14 televisions, test, and tone all our network cables, and provide a security camera solution. Did I mention the Teams voice functionality? Phenomenal!!! If you are in a crunch and need solid technology solutions, do not hesitate to call Tracy and Preston.

Could not have asked for things to go better. Nice phones, nice people and real nice price. Love the new set up,Tracy did a great job training and his crew was very professional. We had some issues with the phone company that installed our equipment and SiriusTEK came in and fixed everything and got us off to a good start. Can not thank you enough SiriusTek, you were Great!!
