Today I did a site visit at XSpace located in Lakeway, Texas near the city of Austin.XSpace is located off of highway 620 near the Madson Ford Dam.XSpace is a commercial condo development, which means that owners buy their space and then can use it for an office, an extra garage, a man cave, a tech room or simply as an investment.I was keen to see the inside of this gargantuan building, and it appears that XSpace is scheduled to open in late June.It will be very interesting to see what it looks like when it opens, especially the lounge overlooking Lake Travis!

What a great space! I love the concept of using x space as an office setting. The view of lake Travis from there is breathtaking!!! Mary is very kind and knowledgeable about the property.

While Im not a whiner about the growth and change of Austin, I do have a hopeful request. As bright and bold as you need to go on the Highway side, please do your long-time neighbors (27 years a bed and breakfast) a good-will favor, and coat the back 2 sides a nice green to blend in with the natural surroundings that we have left. Our view means everything to us, and our business! And thanks for not building it higher, so we can still see the lake! We appreciate it! The photos tell the story.

Brilliant concept and design. So many creative ideas on how each commercial unit can be utilized. Great location and can’t wait to meet the neighbors, network, and see how others are using their space. My first question was about air filtration if we are parking our cars inside our units - they’ve covered every detail. Just ask! Build progress is moving swiftly. Thank you to such a smart and collaborative team.

Cant believe people are complaining about the look of concrete- literally right next to the dam lol. Best concept for a business in the area for a long time, counting down the days until completion.

It is going to be excellent, very large with all the services, air conditioning, equipped, beautiful greenery and a wonderful view. I recommend it.
