    Love environmental septic! They are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Prior to being with them I was with another septic company in which I had constant issues with. I have had zero issues since being with environmental services, they take care of any and all issues my septic tank may have. I just have to call and any concerns will be taken care of. Their field workers are amazing and respectable, they are always attentive with any question I may have when they visits10/10!

    This company is excellent, every time we have called them, they have come out the same day. We have their platinum service agreement, and they covered all the repairs necessary over the years with no hesitation. They are the best!!!!

    By far the easiest service to deal with in the Red Oak, TX area. I have used BJ and Dulworth. BJ and Dulworth were overpriced for what this service entails IMO. Lori at Environmental Septic Services was a breath of fresh air, very polite and fair pricing. I like that she offers 3 year contracts at a better discount. Her staff always text when they are on the way, as I have small dogs that go in out through the doggy door so this is important to me. When I needed pumping Lori had a reasonably priced and very polite guy to call. I am glad to be supporting a locally owned veteran business. I recommend people to this business all the time!

    GREAT COMPANY! They installed our system over 25 years ago and have been doing the inspections since. Their inspectors are tops, they will inform you if you forgot to keep up with your chlorine supply or any other little item.

    We are Platinum customers and have had various emergencies pop up. Such as the head of one of the sprinklers pop off, one call does it all. By the next day they come out here and replace it, no charge. Worse thing that could have happened is when the aerator went out and without any explaining, they came out and replaced it. In the 15 years that we have lived here that has happened twice. They give the best service we can ask for, we do not have a thing to worry about.
