We have a client (Breath Pure) that stores their customers belongings with us while they do restorations of their property (fire, flood, etc.). They use Proactive Inventory to handle the inventory and record keeping of customers belongings (condition, damage, etc.). While they were at our facility, they were professional, kind and a pleasure to work with. The ladies (Alison and her co-worker) were very attentive to our other clients needs. If someone needed to get to their unit, the ladies were on top of making their access a # 1 priority. We had several of our tenants comment on how nice both ladies were. We were very impressed with how they kept everything very organized and cleaned up each evening. We have had other companies of this type at our facility in the past. They were not even close to the professionalism of these ladies. We would highly recommend this company and these two ladies.
