Devida Jarvis was our realtor who worked so hard and did an amazing job, made sure for our first time home buying process was as stress free as possible. She answered every question we had quickly and if she didn’t have the answer Devida would get back to us with an answer as soon as possible. She did an amazing job getting in contact with the seller (who wasn’t the easiest to communicate with) but she made it work and wouldn’t mind taking the time to do so. She’s very knowledgeable and makes you feel important and heard. I make sure to recommend her to everyone. This was our first time home buying and being young we had many questions and every step of the way she was there to answer any question we had any concerns and she did her do diligence to look up information and to get with the lenders and the sellers to make sure we had the best deal and make sure that we had a great experience. If you are looking for a realtor, she is the one!

No matter what questions or concerns we had, she was always willing to answer them in a timely manner .
