Oscar is great as a buyers agent! We were able to be under contract within 10 days. He listened to all of our desires in a house to create the best MLS filter, suggesting some houses he thought could fit, was available any time we needed to talk or to tour a house, and he gave sage advice about putting in offers and contract terms based on the market conditions. Oscar is very profesional and personable. I was looking to sell my home and buy another in a different area. Our initial meeting went great; he explained the selling process, as well as the details of our agreement, and made sure I understood everything. Oscar advised me on how to prepare my home for selling and gave me great contacts to help me do that. Within days of my home being listed at a price I was happy with, it was pending sale even during an unfavorable housing market, and we closed even before 30 days.Searching for a new home with Oscar was even easier!
