We were a little nervous about giving these buyers a call but the day we reached out to Zoe Home Buyers, our problems were solved and business moved forward smoothly. This buyer was very professional, he explained how the sale is handled, listened to our wants and concerns. He delivered on everything he said he would . ZOE HOME BUYERS is the type of company you dont see much any more .They went above and beyond the standard business practices by helping us 4 siblings come together in selling the house our parents were so kind to split between us 4 siblings.Trust is built slowly in most circumstances its by actions done or not done that lend one to think positive or the other way and these folks did their upmost during a difficult time by taking care of 2 siblings that were in the hospital or unable to come in and close.Also!.. they help one of us who had been living there in my parents home still and was strapped for the financing to have his belongings transported to the storage unit as well as other positives.If they only knew how much pressure they helped ease.. So Im gonna cut to the chase .. If you find yourself in a difficult place trying to sell a house or other property as such or -even in a non -difficult situation- Give these good folks a ring! In June 2024 my elderly parents decided to move closer to my residence. As you can imagine the thought of selling their Shreveport, Louisiana house of many year sounded overwhelming. Shevroy Green with Zoe Home Buyers LLC submitted a fair cash offer with a quick close long distance. He has excellent people skills and was able to walk us through the steps needed. Honesty, integrity, making the process easy and simple are the qualities everyone looks for when selling their home. We had initially spoke to a real estate agent and were told paint and do some light remodeling before listing our home for sale. We had just started the demo and prep so we could sell our home, but when we spoke with these guys on the phone they said put the paint roller and hammer down, they came out that day and looked at the house, made an offer that evening and we were sitting at the closing with check in hand within weeks. These guys truly made selling our home hassle free and headache free. Thanks for making the entire process simple without any of those unexpected hassles you always hear other sellers talk about. I have had six houses in my life span but I have never had such a streamlined process in selling my house which I inherited from my mom. Zoe home buyers were very professional and personable and guided me thru what is normally a nerve wrecking experience to the point where it was over within a couple of weeks. I am a 32 year Army Vet and was very skeptical selling to a home buyer, but Zoe’s made it where I felt comfortable from the first conversation to the closing at the end. At first I was very suspicious. My dad had just passed and I was getting a random text to see if I was wanting to sell his house. I decided to play along. They seemed very anxious to buy the property but the house needed a lot of work. Long story short…everyone I dealt with was very professional and very prompt. Shevory was in constant communication to keep the process flowing without delays. Overall everything went great we didn’t want the hassle of updating my family home. Hope they do a great job
