I could not have been more pleased working with Jack from Zit Buys Homes LLC. He was very kind and reassuring. We felt comfortable with him and he won our trust. We felt his offer was fair to the both of us given our situation and the condition of the house at the time. We werent looking to get top dollar due to the work that was needed on our home. But Jack did everything he promised he would do and he stayed in touch with us every step of the way. Hee even allowed us to stay in the house for a few weeks after closing. If you are looking to sell a property quickly, to a trustworthy home buyer in Austin, I would definitely recommend Zit Buys Homes.

My family was in a financial position where we had to sell our home as fast possible to avoid foreclosure. I looked online for local companies that bought houses in the Austin area. I saw a company with the name Zit Buys Homes and checked out their website. They were definitely a local home buyer in Austin. I filled out a form and like within 2 minutes Jack called me. This was the best decision I could of ever made. Jack was calm, thoughtful, straightforward and I felt at ease. He followed through on everything he promised. Never took advantage of us or our situation by giving us a fair offer so we could walk away with money to start over. Jack is certainly a trusted home buyer who really cares.

When my aunts husband passed her home became too much for her to manage on her own and she was ready to downsize. But then she became ill and had to go into a managed care facility so the need to sell her home became urgent. The house wasnt in the best shape and repairs were needed to sell on the market for top dollar. No one had the time or money to deal with that. A family friend suggested we find an investor to sell to. We were not keen on the idea because we were sure wed get a bunch of low offers. But we gave it a shot anyway. We reached out to a few different companies and it was pretty much like we thought. But then we came across Jack with Zit Buys Homes. Their offer surprised us. It came in the same day and it was better than all the others. We accepted and in less than 2 weeks we were at the closing table. What a great experience. I found Jack Rady of Zit Buys Homes on the BBB and even though he didnt have any reviews I decided to reach out to him for a quote on my home. We needed to sell pretty quick due to relocating. Jacks bid on my home was fair (unlike other companies) and we were able to start the process quickly. Although not everything went smoothly, it was not any fault of his and he worked each time to get everything worked out for us. In the end we were so glad that we found Mr. Rady and we felt positive about selling our home of 25 years. We definitely recommend Zit Buys Homes if you need to sell quick to a cash buyer. He explained the process clearly and kept his word every step of the way. We are thankful to Jack Rady for buying our home! He is a honest and great guy... now we consider him a friend!
