I worked with Wes for several years when I had a rental home. At the time, I had a very difficult renter that had stopped paying. I had had enough and Wes was recommended to me as a Property Manager. I signed on immediately after we had an initial discussion. The first thing Wes had to do was to (legally) get the renter out of the property; which he did quickly. He then found a wonderful replacement who stayed in the home for multiple years never missing a rent payment. During this time, Wes took care of everything for the property including collecting rents and making repairs as needed. For the repairs, Wes used quality contractors in his network who were less expensive than I had been using for my personal home and the job always looked great. When I decided to sell, Wes was the only person I considered to list the property. He handled all the repairs to the home after the renters left. He recommended a listing price which was higher than I would have estimated it would sell for and he sold the house in one weekend for full asking price. I recommend Wes highly and would use him again myself for any real estate needs I had including buying, selling, or managing a property..

There are realtors and then there are incredible human beings that happen to be realtors. Wes Walser is the latter. I had the privilege of working with Wes for both the purchase of a home and also the sale. He was nothing short of phenomenal during both. When faced with the challenge of an overwhelming (and seemingly impossible) time constraint, Wes purchased a second moving truck out of his own pocket to help my family get out of our rental home in time to move into the new home. And as if this wasnt a clear enough revelation of what kind of amazing person Wes is, the owners of the house we had purchased had not finished moving out on this same day, so Wes rolled up his sleeves and assisted in moving them out and stayed to help us move in that same evening which lasted well past midnight. I cannot say enough to adequately explain the kindness, dedication and generosity of Wes Walser. I hope you read this and truly know that he is, without a doubt, the best there is. Wes helped us sell our home during the early days of the pandemic lock down. To say the least it was an interesting time. He was wonderful to reach out to prospective buyers and to other realtors.
