We found Wendy by chance and it appears it was fate!!! She was an amazing realtor and was very patient and helpful with every step of the process. She listened to all of our requests and was open and honest about expectations and gave suggestions about how to make it all happen. She was meticulous about looking over every document from the mortgage company and even found a mistake that they made and had them refund our money. She had her go to people that would assist in getting the most accurate and up to date information. We needed an honest opinion on any area we looked, and after each answer she always ended with “But you have to do what makes you and your family feel comfortable”. That made us feel good about the homes we looked at because she wasn’t just trying to make a sale for commission...it meant she truly had our interest at heart.
