Matt Walker went above and beyond for two home inspections! The first home inspection revealed some issues with the foundation of a house that was only one year old, and Mr. Walkerβs suspicion was later confirmed by a foundation expert. He literally saved me thousands of dollars in repairs and years of potential foundation problems. The second inspection received the same level of professionalism and expertise, with a glowing report! Mr. Walkerβs prices were more than fair and he was able to complete both inspections quickly in order to meet the timeline imposed by the contract. He was kind enough to remain at each house and explain what he had discovered in person, giving additional insight into both houses. The reports were emailed to me by the end of the day and were easy to read with numerous photos and recommendations for any needed repairs. I would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone that needs a home inspection. Matt Walker is definitely the home inspector that you need before purchasing your future home! -
