    I made a mistake and went with another buyer. To be fair, I did know about WFHB when we went under contract, but learned about the company a week or so after.The other company made all of the promises and took over 45 days beyond the original date to close, with countless broken promises of just a couple more days, poorly managed expectations and no follow through. The last two weeks I had to follow up every two hours. It would have been painful to cancel out of the contract, but I wish I would have sold to WFHB. It would have closed a month sooner and would have been without the stress.The entire time Paige stayed in touch, offered honest and candid feedback and great advice.If I ever have another house to sell, Paige is my first call.

    Great company to work with, they made everything very clear to me on our first meeting with Stinson, this was a long process /Probate on two different properties, The price they offered me on both properties was reasonable as one of the properties was in very bad shape, They communicated very clearly as what the process will be , and told me the closing process would be up to me with what my time line would be based on the outcome of the probate courts and when iI took position of both properties.     I found Waco First by searching for cash buyers so I could get out of real estate. Pretty much all of the companies that search out me in contact with were shady, scummy, or both. Waco First were the exception. They were transparent with their reasoning for their offer, communicated well without being pushy, and generally acted like a company should, which set them far apart from everyone else I dealt with. The owner also helped me find other options when it turned out they couldn’t offer the amount I was hoping for, he seemed to care about helping me out of my situation rather than just profiting off of it as much as he could.
