David Canning, our compass agent, was really great. He first showed us a bunch of rental places through video chat, when we were in Brooklyn but had an impending move to Austin coming up. We landed in a great house and even loved the neighborhood (which David had recommended) so much that we looked to buy there next year. Again David was super patient with us, showing us many places and never pressuring us to overbid to move the process along faster, which wed encountered from another agent before. Again we landed in a place were super happy with. Highly recommend David!

My wife and I had the privilege of working with Michelle, who was our listing agent, when we decided to sell our house in Austin, TX. Michelle is a thorough professional who is very passionate about her job and an expert in her line of work. She always strives for the highest levels of client satisfaction and works towards getting them the most favorable deal. Ours was quite a tricky situation where we sold the house by being remote. Additionally, we had to remodel our kitchen entirely along with all the other make-ready work involved before listing the house. Derek Peterson is an amazing realtor to guide you through selling (and I’m guessing buying) a house. I met him through a referral from my neighbor, and his preparation on understanding the market, his support to make my house shine via staging, his support of quick open houses, and his leadership through the entire transaction made this my best broker experience to date (and I’ve bought and sold 6 houses). His team is fantastic and keeps you informed throughout the whole process. You won’t regret working with him… would suggest meeting him at least once to discuss your needs! I’m glad I did :)

She then took great care in ensuring the transaction closed without a hitch, from inspections to appraisals to follow up discussions with the sellers. Mark and France are amazing!They helped us find our new dream home and property, and then did a great job selling our old house for more than we imagined.We were very picky buyers, but Mark stuck with us and was very patient as we viewed several properties over the course of almost two years. He never gave up trying to find us exactly what we wanted at the price point we requested. He also was an amazing negotiator during the purchasing phase and got us everything we requested, and at a lower than market. France was also incredible as she helped stage our old house for sale, brought in a stager, and even loaned us towels, plants, and furniture to make the showing perfect. We ended up getting multiple offers in the first few days of the listing and sold for more than asking price. I firmly believe this was in large part because Mark and France know their business and know how to market a house to a broad audience to maximize profits for their clients.One thing that impressed us was at the closing. In all our years of purchasing houses and land, we have never had our agent show up for both closing at the title company. Wow, that really took a lot of stress off of us as buyers and sellers. Mark ensured that all the Ts were crossed and Is dotted.Mark and France dont end the relationship after the sale like many realtors, rather that was just the beginning of the relationship. They have continued to call us to see how everything is going and if we need anything. Weslea was super helpful when buying my first home in east Austin in 2015, so it was a no brainer to use her again when I was ready to sell it in 2022.
