    Sandra was fantastic to work with in our search for lakefront property. She is very knowledgeable of the area and the nuances of the different areas around the lake, and really helped us understand the pros and cons of what we were looking at. We moved at our pace and she was as patient or as aggressive as needed throughout the process. Her communication with us and the various sellers we dealt with was professional and efficient. Buying a property like this is challenging as no 2 are alike, so having someone with so much knowledge and experience in this area was invaluable.     My husband and I have worked with many realtors over the years and Emily Schmitt is by far the best we have ever worked with. She was honest, explained things clearly, and was realistic in preparing us for possible issues that might arise. She did not push us to do more than we were comfortable with in preparing our house for the sale. She was very efficient, straight forward, and conscientious.
