I have worked with Tracy on several transactions. I was looking for an agent would actually negotiate for the buyers we pre-approve and wow, does she deliver. Ive never worked with an agent who fought harder for our borrowers and made the listing agents uncomfortable to secure the best price and get costs covered, all while being the nicest and most helpful person to work with. If you want to be impressed, she negotiated a sales price $50k less than appraised value and had the seller cover all of the closing costs. Did I mention that she has resources above and beyond just showing houses like contractors, painters, roofers and lenders. I highly recommend her as a buyers agent because few agents can prove what they say, and she delivers.
