Toni Bondonzi is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with. From her professionalism all the way to her kindness, she exceeded beyond leaps and bounds all expectations I had.Toni reached out to me when I advertised my need for a property. I required information 1 year in advance due to living overseas, and while other realtors turned me away or sent me to Zillow, she took the time to speak with me, understand my requirements, understand my situation, and add me to her companys portal so I could look at houses to my hearts content that only she would be involved in. The fact that she helped me when nobody else would is a testament to her professionalism and her exemplary ability.Upon arriving in Texas, she made herself available at any time, including to give me a virtual tour of the property I was interested in, and to meet me there and give me an actual tour. I am forever grateful that she took time out of her day for this, as it made my decision much more comfortable. I secured a lease with no issues at all.Toni is a friendly person with years of experience, and it shows in how she communicates and gets her job done. I highly recommend her for any real-estate need you have.

I write very few reviews anywhere. However, I was so impressed with Tonis service that I asked her where I could post a review. I luckily inherited Toni Bondonzi after our property manager and realtor retired. After they retired, they picked Sienna Properties for their rental properties. This recommendation made it a no-brainer for me to go with Tonys organization for my rental properties. Toni Bondozi is the realtor at Sienna Properties. When I later sold a house using Toni as our agent, she was competent and reliable. Being a business person myself, I found her consistent, reliable, knowledgeable, easy to reach, and a savvy negotiator. I wouldnt think twice about having Toni Bondonzi as my real estate agent when I sell my other house. She goes the extra mile and is an expert in working with contractors to fix up properties to bring the maximum profit with the minimum outlay.

Toni is an excellent agent! She has helped me with two property sales in Austin and I was very satisfied with how she handled each of them. I am now living in Oklahoma, so I needed to trust someone to take care of all of the details locally for me and she did so with the utmost competence. From organizing local contractors to renovate the properties, to combing through the comparables to select the right asking price, Toni was diligent and always kept me in the loop on all decisions. Her attention to detail is what sets her apart and kept everything in budget and on time. I can highly recommend her as a competent and knowledgeable realtor.

I am very happy to share my experience working with Tony Bondonzi. I am a foreign investor living in Israel, so all my work and interaction was by mail, WhatsApp and phone. My house needed a lot of care, painting, changing of carpets, replacing the roof and dealing with the insurance company. Toni helped me with all of that and actually was overlooking the work, making sure it was made to our full satisfaction.later on the house was put on the market for sale. Since she is a professional, she listed the house with beautiful pictures and got great offers. The whole process took a few days and money came into the account with no delay.It has been a great pleasure working with Toni. Communication was easy, she is very responsive and gave me all the right advices. all along the way I had the feeling of being in good hands.
