My Father and Stepmother started the process to sell their home nearly 2 years ago. They were not 100% sure at the time and from the first meeting to the selling of the house TK was patient, kind, understanding and gave them the time they needed to come to the final decision to sell. TK went above and beyond especially the house was put on the market, offers made and accepted within 4 days, during that exact time my father passed away. TK was instrumental in helping my stepmother with all aspects associated with the closing of the house. I cannot stress enough how grateful our family is to TK. TK was absolutely amazing!!!! She has been quick to respond, is very knowledgeable, organized, and has gone above and beyond our expectations for selling our home in south Fort Worth. She gave us all the information we needed to get our home listed and make it look perfect for pictures and showings. She helped tidy the house before our appraiser came and before a couple of showings when we were not able to make it back to the house in time (she was a life saver!) and always gave us feedback as soon as she heard anything from other agents after they showed the house. With her help, our home sold for over asking price even with the market slowing down. Highly recommend. TK knew how to stage and make recommendations on our home to receive maximum dollar for our area. Our house sold in two days for over list price. She rolled up her sleeves and helped clean things up and move things around for pictures. She even had her family help move some of our heavier items to our new house. Her communication skills kept the many participants assisting our 89 year old mother informed and pleased during all phases of the sale. TK Dorsey is simply an outstanding real estate professional. When I decided it was time to sell, I called three agents. TK is the only agent who answered the call without redundant questions and we scheduled an appointment.She listened, provided comps within hours, we agreed on the goal. She helped me find a handyman with whom she had worked to take care of minor cosmetic repairs. She spent an entire Saturday before the listing went live to help me take care of finishing touches, move out furniture and stage the house. Her advertising of the listing was superb. The listing went live at noon and by 6 pm I had a full price offer. Throughout the selling process she was available, professional, supportive, and the whole event was perfection.
