Whos the best Realtor in the San Antonio/Hill Country area? Tiffani Morgan - shes the best! Within 2 days we had an offer on our home, and only had a month and a half to find a home and move. Prices were high and inventory was low, but she worked around the clock finding us the right home. Shes funny, professional, and always looks out for her clients best interest. Tiffani has been an amazing realtor. She was very patient and helped to guide us in all aspects or our new home purchase from the search to the closing. Tiffani has many resources to use in the help of a new home purchase as well as old home sale that simplified this journey. She always listened to us and was readily available in person, by phone, by email, or by text with any of our questions. My process started with Tiffani as an out of state sale. As I was moving from Virginia to San Antonio. Usually, its a straight forward process. However, we have already started having speed bumps one after another. Our home was only listed as 2% commission, not 3. So, as you can already tell, the morale was starting to plummet. Tiffani did not let that discouraged her and kept pushing on her responsibilities. Then, we started having issues with appraisal/ multiple items on home inspection, which dragged out the timeline. Followed by, a fiasco of lending issues. We started our buying process in may-ish/june. We didnt close until end of August. She kept her fiduciary duty with me the entire time. Tiffani will get you into a home, thats for sure. Contact her and see if she can help you out. -
