We spoke with Mattie on a Wednesday regarding a listing and within the next 2 days my home was under contract before even being posted on the MLS!     I highly recommend Wallace Myers and his real estate team. I am a real estate broker in Dallas, Texas and I have a client that was relocating to the Dallas/Fort Worth area, but she needed to sell her home first.I found Wallace after searching top Realtors in Lake Charles, and I was so impressed that Wallace was quick and prompt on responding with me about my clients home (BTW this was on a Sunday).Wallace met with my client and was able to help advise her on what was needed to get her home ready for sale.
