Cue the market chaos, inspections that were straight out of a horror movie, a contract termination (yes, it was that bad), and one serious case of buyer panic. Through it all, they somehow managed to keep me sane and, most impressively, didn’t run for the hills. They even salvaged the deal after termination, bringing it back to the table and managing to get it signed and closed in record time despite all the hurdles. Talyn and Kayla fought for every inch of this deal, negotiating like champs to land me the best-case scenario I didn’t think was possible. Talyn and her team are fantastic! We worked with Talyn Provo and her team when we moved from NC to TX. We had a short window to find a house but knew our priorities. Talyn set 19 viewing in a 3 day period and we did a combination of open houses and private showing. When it was time to make an offer Talyn gave us great advice along the way. We bought our house for under asking price and were able to move in the next month. Talyn worked with us on closing and gave us great recommendations for an insurance broker. Priceless. Communication was constant by text and email. She was patient as we were very picky and it look many months to find the right home. Flexible, Knowledgeable, and Personable . My husband and I are native Texans but moved away the last 3 years. Coming back to North Texas, we wanted to find a relator that would be able to help us find a new area that would be a good fit for us. Before we had even made the move back to Texas, Tayln did a consultation with us to help get the ball rolling. While we made the big move and started new jobs, she was available at all hours, and very flexible with our schedules, meeting with us after work to see several houses, and when she was not available, she made sure someone from her team could be there for us. Knowing our schedules were so crazy, she provided a list of open houses for us to check out each weekend, and really helped us narrow down our search as the process was a bit overwhelming. As first-time home buyers, she made the process less stressful and guided us through everything, including any bumps in the road that came up. The lender she recommended was really great to work with as well, and both teams made sure we were set with a good understanding of everything since we were going through the process for the first time. We love our new home, and the area we are in, she found us the perfect home!

After many years of living in Maine we decided to relocate someplace warmer and once we knew it was going to be North Texas/DFW, we found Talyn on FB and connected with her based on the many positive comments. Turns out she does a lot of relocations. Turns out she is amazingly responsive. Turns out we made the absolute right choice!! She answered all our questions and addressed all of our concerns about the many moving pieces of our big move.
