    This our 6th time to buy a house in different states . Heather the best realtor we ever had. While we selling our house in Hawaii, Heather taking care of business for the house we buying in Texas. And I mean really TAKING CARE OF BUSINESS. She’s detailed oriented nothing got missed , her assistant Victoria on top of everything, we are so grateful. We too far and yet we felt we there in the whole process. Its always stressful to sell and or to buy a property, but it’s worse when doing at the same time and from different states.     Heather Morstatter and her team at Magnolia were simply the best. We were very happy with her from the first meeting at our kitchen table to the closing of the sale of the house. She knows the real estate market in Falcon Pointe/Pflugerville intimately. She was clear and thorough with every step of the process. We chose to move out before completing some repairs and replacements in the house, and that left Heather in charge of overseeing that work; she did so without a moment’s hesitation. She kept us informed and up to date, she had all the documentation ready when needed, and she advised us wisely and well when it came time to make decisions about pricing and negotiations.     Heather is amazing! 5 years ago she helped us buy our house, and this year helped us sell it.     Heather Morstatter is such a sincere person and when you are going through a stressful and intimidating experience like buying a home, you want someone who you can trust. And from day 1, my husband and I felt very comfortable with Heather and her team. She was always available, explained all the details and answered all of our questions with such patience.
