Melanie would go to the homes and would share detailed videos of each property I was interested in. I just bought my first house and couldn’t have asked for a better realtor! Melanie Ruiz gave us a 20/10 service. All the open houses were scheduled in a way that didn’t felt overwhelming. We communicated consistently and kept us up to date with all the changes and negotiations. The fact that we’re moving from the east coast to Austin, Texas didn’t even made a difference in the process. I would recommend Melanie with my eyes closed to anyone looking to buy home in Texas!
