We highly recommend The McCalip Group. Joe and his team are great. We had been listed with another realtor for several months with no results. We listed with Joe , he gave us honest feed back to get our home sold quickly. He and his team went to work marketing our home over numerous sites. We had an offer and closed within 2 months. If we were to ever sale again we definitely would be calling The McCalip Group.

For a new immigrant and first-time home buyer like me, it is a blessing to have Joe on my side in this long, home-buying journey. It takes so many steps before you can get the keys to your dream home. It is so nice to have a trusted advisor like Joe in this uncharted water. I bought an old house in Arlington Heights, which is one of the highly sorted areas in For Worth. Without Joes negotiation strategy and local knowledge, I am pretty sure I will still be hunting homes as of today. My new home is nice and cozy, and as the seller said, this home price is almost non-existence. I would highly recommend Joe to any potential buyers in Fort Worth region. He was incredible as he walked me through the process and in the purchase of our first home, made is easy and painless.Fast forward to 2022. We needed to not just buy, but sell this time and I was aprhensive of the work. But Joe and his whole team made it an incredible experience.
