I surely enjoyed working with Danielle & James to sell my house, in a down market no less. Initially I dithered for the better part of a year on whether to keep, sell, or rent it out; but they patiently hung in there and supported me at every turn. Good, clean, salt of the Earth types. I’m not the marrying type, but if I were, I would have them serve as my matron of honor and best man, respectively.

We cant recommend James enough! He not only helped us buy our house when we relocated to TX, but also recently helped us sell our house as we moved back out of state. He is honest, professional, kind, and trustworthy! The current sellers market is stressful, and he confidently led us through the entire process - going above and beyond and helping calm our nerves!! He is exceptionally knowledgeable about the central TX market, buying/selling trends, and even the little details on how to stage your home for sale. As I was not local to the area, he understood that I needed more information about the area and properties we were exploring. James listened to everything that my family was looking for and found us the perfect place for us to call home. It still feels a little unreal that he found us a place that is so fitting for us. From the time we started looking to the day we got our keys, James was there every step of the way and was so extra responsive, which we greatly appreciated. As first time house buyers we were way over our head when looking for a home, thank god we had James in our corner! He helped walk us through every step and answered every question we could come up with. He made the seemingly scarry process not so, and really fought for us when we needed him to. I cannot recomend him enough, if you are looking for a realty magician and someone incredibly familiar with the greater Austin area (he sells everywhere, man!) look no further!

Wow! James really knows Texas! He was such a great resource and was able to answer any questions we had. Since we were not able to actually visit Texas, James made the process very easy for us where he sent us pictures and videos of properties we were interested in and provided us with great feedback and comments. Summary up front: Get James to represent you either buying or selling!I would give more stars if I could. When I learned I was going to be reassigned to Austin, TX in December of 2020, I tried to start my own search for somewhere to rent or buy. After two days of panic that I would never find anything suitable, I started contacting realtors in the Austin area. Of course, a number of realtors reached out. James was the by far the best of the bunch. He quickly calmed me down and within an hour, he sent me tons of links that showed me what was possible in Austin and the surrounding communities. He really listened to my wife and I in what we would like to have in a home. He provided great recommendations on different builders and locations. It seemed clear at the time that homes were flying off the MLS and that our best bet would be to build a home. Once we selected a design we liked (Go Perry Homes!) James did yeomans work in getting us under contract. One month later the same home to build went up 25K and by the time we closed, it had gone up 100K. Jimmie was able to get us under contract right before this happened. He was incredible in representing us during the build process. This was during Snowmageddon, crazy supply chain issues, challenges in getting trades to build and everyone from across the tech world seeming to rush Austin all at once. Through all of this, Jimmy took care of us. On one instance, he really talked me off the ledge because I was overstressed about the time delays (we were temporarily living in a hovel) and was on the verge of saying things that would have been hard to overcome. To start wrapping this up, James got us to closing and then beyond. He is not only the finest realtor Ive had the privilege to work with, hes also become a great friend to both of us. I know he will do for you what he did for us and you will come out of the process happy and having had some fun along the way.

He was in contact with us more than our builder and always responded in a timely manner. We came from outside of Texas and we were grateful to have him on our side. We were so glad to have James as our realtor when we purchased our new house in late 2020. We lived in a different state and James was very kind and patient to show us around the Austin suburbs and introduced us to some of the great local home builders. With his help, we found our ideal home model within a couple of days during our trip to Austin. While our house was in construction, he actively worked as a coordinator between us and the builders and he would constantly go check on the the construction site and send us updates. He made the whole process very smoothly and we never had to worry about anything even though we were out of Texas. Now we’ve been living in our new house for almost a year and we love it so much.

Over the next year, he met us to view properties in all corners of the Greater Austin area, often providing useful insight into the house, city, schools, or neighborhood.
