    After my Mom passed away and her house was foreclosed on, Ryan of Conscious Dealz helped me get the excess funds from the foreclosure. He told me the amount I would receive at the beginning of the process. He also told me that I would never have to step inside of a court room, which I didnt want to due to the complex challenges of probate court. Ryan and his team worked very hard for me. I got the full amount of money he said I would and I thankfullly never had to step inside a boring court house. Ryan and his team are very hard working and reliable. I am so glad I was given the chance to work with them.

When Ryan and I finally connected he said Mischelle Ive been trying to reach you to tell you that you have a Surplus owed to you for the foreclosure of your home. I really was in a state of shock. First, I did not believe that any funds would be returned to me. Second,Emotionally I began to cry my feelings were all over the place.     As a current client of Conscious Dealz, I cant begin to brag on how great this team is! From the moment that I received a call from Ryan, his expertise and knowledge was far beyond anything Id ever imagine. Losing my home to foreclosure was and is not an easy pill to swallow. However, without Ryan and his team, I dont know what I would have done. At my stress level, fighting to keep my family from becoming homeless was top priority. Despite everything thats been thrown my way making my plate so full that its tipping to 1 side, he has guided me thru the entire process. I didnt know anything about a differintial/kickback coming. Remember.....you hired him so trust what he says. Hes the expert...and I DO mean EXPERT. IF YOU were the expert, you wouldnt have hired him!! Let him do what he knows best how to do. In the end, youll be glad you did. I know that I am because he is a wolfhound for sure! LOL....With all of the things that have been thrown my way during this process, Ryan has had more patience with me than I probably deserve. He keeps you in the loop, keeps you updated and you never have to worry and wonder if hes working for you. You should rest assure, that when he tells you its going to be okay.... trust me.. hes got your back! He will do everything in his power to make sure that you are protected and walk out of any situation as a winner!
