If you are a first time home buyer , Edith is definitely your go to person. I started looking at the houses since February of 2021 and I switched to Edith as my 3rd realtor in end of August 2021. I can say she is the best in the business. She was someone I felt like I can trust from the beginning and I was right. She is not pushy, she is honest, she tells you how much the house is worth even if its listed higher, understands your needs. She comes prepared with the numbers and comps when you go see the house with her. I have been lucky that the first house I saw with her is actually the one I ended up buying with her help. She is an amazing negotiator, We negotiated 17k lower than the listed price and 7k further as sellers contribution which is a huge win in todays market. She is patient but hustles where it is needed. She had her inspection guys ready, her title team and her own team. You just dont gain a realtor, you gain a friend after working with Edith.
