    As a first time homebuyer I had no clue what to do or where to start. But Audra and PJ explained everything easily step by step and with each step they were on the ball leading me along at all hours of the day.     We were growing our family a few years back, and knew that we needed more space. We had initially looked at a home that Janna was the listing agent for, however we hadnā€™t made our decision on a realtor yet. We could tell right off the bat that Janna was knowledgeable, very friendly, and cared about our wants/needs in finding the perfect home- she wasnā€™t overly pushy in the least bit. Over the next year, we tasked Janna with finding us the perfect home- only kicker was we gave her a circle of about 100 homes, within a single neighborhood. We wanted to be as close as possible to friends, so all of our young families could grow up together. After several walk throughs and a few offers, Janna found us the perfect home. The process on both buying and selling was quick and seamless- Janna kept us informed every step of the way. We know that this isnā€™t our forever home, and weā€™ll definitely use Janna as our realtor again in the future.     PJ is one of those realtors that really care for you and is passionate about his job and the people he meet. I was not able to be in town to look at homes due to my schedule always being rescheduled but PJ made it extremely hassle-free for me. He drove miles and miles away from his home to do FaceTime viewings to five different homes I wanted to look at. He was completely honest about his opinions of the homes. After giving him my final choice on a home, PJ went out of his way to complete everything that was needed to be done from meeting with the builder and any inspections that needed to be done. Throughout the whole process, PJ kept an open communication, was very open to any questions I had and his response time is just crazy fast. Even days after closing, he kept asking me how I was doing and if there was anything he could do to help with the transition.
