Vivienne Thao Le is a local real estate knowledge expert who made the entire experience of purchasing my home seamless. She is an experienced and trustworthy realtor who guided me through every step with precision and care.Her attention to detail and commitment to thorough diligence ensured a smooth buying process from start to finish. We just moved to Austin and decided to purchase a house. We didnt have a car so she always the one who pick us up to go see the houses. She gave feedbacks to houses that are worth the price and some that is over-pricing. Even though the house is closed, she would always assist us out when we have questions even it is the smallest.I couldnt have asked for a better partner in this journey and will definitely go back and use her service again in the future. If you are looking for a realtor who will fight their hardest for the customer benefits, Vivienne is the one. Highly recommend!

My wife and I worked with Thao (Vivienne) for almost a year, looking for our first home. She has been more than what we could ask for as a buyers agent. She has good knowledge of the area and has made our purchase process very smooth, educating us along the way.I consider myself a not-so-easy buyer, always looking into the small details and asking many questions. While our search took nearly a year, she has been absolutely patient. We never felt rushed into buying a home.We made some offers that were not likely to be accepted, and they failed, but when we finally found the home we really wanted, she guided us on how to increase our chances based on competition and the current market. With her experience, we even lowered our offer amount while still being confident in winning against the other offer(s). Our bid won. She then applied her negotiation skills during the option period to help save us thousands more.We recommend her to anyone looking for a home, especially their first. We had the pleasure of buying a few investment properties with Thao post Covid. Being from California, made buying in Austin not impossible but more difficult. Thao was so helpful by providing local advice. We had no idea about small neighborhood pockets and subdivisions. She was so knowledgeable and patient with us. She gave us info that we could not get from Zillow. She would often drive to the homes and upload videos and most importantly give us her honest feedback.Thao has become more than our agent, and we can now call her our friend. We regularly talk and get updates on trends and referrals to contractors and handymen. I highly and proudly recommend Thao to anyone who needs an agent in the Austin area. We ended up buying 3 properties from her.
