They were so kind and helpful to us in trying to get our taxes reduced in Parker County. Texas PVP is a great team of associates. Hard-working, responsive and the most important thing - Honest. They do fixed fee based services, so you know what portion of benefits you will have to share. And I can tell you it would be less than 30-40% of your savings that others charge. If you want to reduce property taxes that are human driven, and not just software driven, Texas PVP is the team to contact.Update: Another year of great price reduction by Texas PVP.

In my dealings with this company this past year, I have became very disgruntled very quickly; mostly due to the lack of communication on everyones part. I placed 8 properties with this company last May. I was not contacted by anyone throughout the process. If I found anything out it was because I had to stay on top of it and ask for an update. I didnt even know when my properties were due to be appealed OR what the result was from the appeal. I found out in October of this past year when I received the tax bills for these properties. When nothing had changed, I reached out and was quickly told the office was closed until next year. Really, next year? I was stunned. To this date of posting this review, I am still waiting on someone to reach out to me concerning my properties. This is a company I will NOT do business with again. Even though they were eager to take my money and earn my business, they did nothing to keep it. The lack of integrity and accountability is not there. I own my own business, too, and I do not do business this way. I do not recommend this company to anyone.I changed my rating based on listening to the audio from the hearing. Even though I do believe communication was not present with me on my properties, I can hear the amount of work that was done to provide evidence of the appraised value to the TAD board. This company did appeal the properties with good and strong evidence for the lower tax value. I just wish you had communicated with me after the findings so we could have been prepared for the higher tax bills.Also, I would like to clarify that I have not received ANY communication, email, phone call or otherwise in 2024 as stated in your reply. The only communication I have from you is what I initiated with you when I received the tax bills in late October of 2023.

BRAVO for Texas TVP they truly deserve 5 stars!!! Very highly recommend!! Their efforts to reduce my property tax were amazing. They successfully got my taxes lowered majorly! Monica and Cheryl even helped me get through some technology issues. They’re Extremely helpful and understanding, it was very hard for me since I am not tech saavy, but they went above and beyond. I highly recommend them to anyone!! I have used other services before and they don’t even compare, I got no tax reduction from other services. Texas TVP is amazing!!

I called Texas PVP to help me protest my property tax appraisal, and I just spoke with Monica Waters. She immediately, while we were on the phone, looked up information about my home. She was able to see right away that they would not be able to save me money this year because my appraisal value was on target, but could lower my market value to help me save money over time. I havent dealt with PPT before so I didnt understand all of the numbers she was telling me. Even though she would not be able to help me this year, she took the time to explain everything step by step to where I understood. She was so helpful, clear, and kind. I definitely will keep her information for next year and I would definitely reccommend her services.

Before I used their service, I did my first one on my own, and the hours of research on how to do the protest, market conditions and making triplicate copies of everything, that ended up filling up a box, I knew that I didnt want to do it any more. Its almost like they make the process as hard as possible so that people dont want to protest themselves.TPVP came as a referral and it was the best decision we made to have this done for us. She indicated that they weren’t happy with the outcome but the way I see it, it was reduced and I would’ve had to pay much more.
