David and Danny are the real deal when it comes to buying houses. They have bought 5 houses from close friends of mine or members in my family in the last 3 years. They give very good comparables and other information. For example they tell me everything about what properties sold in the particular area, how much it sold for, how long it was listed for, and then they explain how they get to their offer. They are very honest, knowledgeable, and they really know the market in El Paso. They beat their competition on every offer and to be quite honest, they offer an amazing service.

My aunt asked me to help her sell her house and after talking to a few realtors to list it I decided to call companies that buy houses. To be honest I was overwhelmingly skeptical because Texas Property deals told me they would buy my aunts house (pay closing cost and help her move) and net my aunt almost the same as with the realtors. I asked for references. One was the title co they use. I called the title company they use and got very good feedback. So my aunt sold the house to them. They made selling the ugly home the easiest process ever. They answer their phone, they are professional, very courteous and responded to all of our questions. I’ll continue to refer anyone looking to sell fast to them. When we factored out the repairs the realtors were asking for, closing costs, commissions, no moving help, no appraisals or inspections and so forth their offer came in more than fair. Without a doubt, this is the most honest review I can write without writing a book.
